Name: "The Swedish Siege" Jarl Ragnvaldr Konrad Bergfalk
Age: Somewhere in the rough ballpark of 1616 years; well if you give or take either a good chunk of centuries or maybe a few scant years anyway.
Sex: IRON
Weight Class: Heavyweight
Appearance: Jarl Ragnvaldr Konrad Bergfalk is a poltergeist which possesses and inhabits a set of plate armor from the Gothic Period. The suit of armor has a few dents scattered across it and is dark silver. During entrances to the ring, the Swedish Siege has a light blue cape with the Stenbock family crest emblazoned upon it. Sometimes the armor emits a bright white light which shows, at least in theory, the ghostly form of the Swedish Siege which is bound to this plane and more importantly the suit of armor. And of course the more important information to note is the suit of armor, and ghost bound to it, weighs in at 262 pounds and stands at a height of 6'3".
Martial Background: During life it is of no importance who the Swede was trained by. What does matter is the training that happened during that period of 'unlife'. The Swedish Seige started training after the American Civil War when Professional Wrestling, alongside other athletic sports, were booked by Carnies as an attraction for traveling circuses. Jarl learned catch wrestling just as it was starting to develop and began to hone it over the years.
Signature Move: Armbar
Finisher: Camel Clutch
Favorite Weapon: A truly professional gentleman has no need for despicable, and crude foreign objects! So stop chanting for swords, stop that now. But if utilizing language for stinging, calumniating barbs which should not be heard by the faint of heart counts...
Heel/Face: HEEL
Pre-Game history: The epic and sprawling tale of Jarl Ragnvaldr Konrad Bergfalk is one that receives little justice when told even when the books and DVDs were released. Skipping ahead past his days as a wrestler during the initial Carnie Period when Catch Wrestling was just invented and becoming big, or his performances during the 'Territory Days' in the Midwest would be a disservice but for the sake of brevity it must be done. As Professional Wrestling was just starting to eke its way onto television in the Fifties, Jarl started to find himself being left behind as a relic of the past. Television changed the game of the profession he adored as new blood, some of who didn't even have any background in sporting competitions, flooded promotions with dreams of becoming famous from the television exposure. They changed what Professional Wrestling was, and the Swedish Siege was no longer 'with it'. But Jarl Ragnvaldr Konrad Bergfalk pressed on and worked with a few promotions that were starting to use the television to encourage people to buy tickets to see the house shows. Unfortunately the Swede's career stint during this period was not nearly as successful as his previous ones and didn't last as long. Angered at the direction society was going and how it corrupted a truly noble carnie profession, Jarl gained the attention of the peculiar promoter Managantamos. After hearing the spiel, Jarl signed onto the Filibuster Federation all too eager to bring back the old-fashioned ways.
