"You may, Tic Toe at your service" Tic quipped with an exaggerated bow. "If ya need something punched, chances are I'm your guy" the whole act was more to detract himself from the thumping in his head, the slow stiffening of his wings and the sick feeling that was starting to swell in his gut.

"You wouldn't happen to know if you guys do breakfast here?" he called over his shoulder to Ayeka

Undeterred by the man's attempts to distance himself Tic continued to close the gap as if he was merely trying to get a good like at the hooded figure. He was getting a sneaking suspicion that this whole plan was a bad idea, but like most of these feelings he got Tic pushed the feeling back into his mind and pressed on. After all you couldn't know it was a bad idea until you'd done it right?

As the fairy gets closer, James continues to back up and says, "Please excuse me, but I would prefer if you would honor my personal space. It would be very much appreciated."

"We can serve you anything including breakfast, doyou want something spific?" Ayeka said hoping that does not a corpse. She waits for Tic's answer as she wonders if anyone else wanted something to eat as well as she looks at James and the skeleton. Her ears twitches as she hears anything weirder than usual.

Alex climbed under the table and watched the patrons of the tavern go about their daily business when seemingly out of nowhere a cold chill made the hairs on the back of her neck stand up. She felt the cold creep up and settle into the building. Water glasses froze solid and suddenly Alex needed thicker pants. She slowly rose up and out from under the table and looked around the tavern to find a boy in a cloak pull out a... magic monkey? Alex new this was ancient energy and no modern tools would unearth this cold from the very walls of the tavern. Of course, the magic monkey or whatever it was, only worked for a moment of brief warmth. But as quickly as it came, it was gone and the cold returned. Everything felt a shade of color lighter and things seemed stiff and immovable.

Hearing the basement door open, Alex turned on her heel knowing it would be Clay looking like hell after getting his ass handed to him by that skeleton kid earlier. And she was right, he looked like he had been thrown into a few walls. He was shirtless and Alex couldn't help but let her mind wander to what the rest of him looks like. Shaking out those thoughts and replacing them with concern, she noticed how bruised up he was and saw blood from his lip and nose. Alex cocked her head ever so slightly as she watched him eye the bartender and make for his room upstairs.

Alex looked around the tavern once more and took a head count for how many people were there. Noticing the fire wouldn't start and that there was almost no light, Alex headed for the store room to find blankets and other needed supplies.

She came back with a stack of blankets and a box of supplies and set it all on a table in the middle of the floor. "Everyone, help yerself. The staff will figure out what's goin' on, but for now ya keep warm."

She looked to Ayeka and gave her a look that said 'keep watch and find me if needed'. Alex grabbed tree blankets and headed over to the girl who was sitting under the table before and handed a blanket to her with a warm smile.

Continuing across the tavern, towards the stairs, she wrapped another blanket around herself and headed for Clay's room. Stopping by her room, she grabbed her first aid kit and went to knock on Clay's door.

*knock, knock, knock* "Clay? It's Alex. Can I come in?"

"Yeah, either 3 raw eggs or a glass of your stronger stuff" he said coming to a stop allowing the hooded man a chance to gain some distance, he'd get a chance later to flip that hood. "S-all good, I can take a hint" probably a pretty good secret under that hood, maybe a bounties on his head, 'Walker' typically offered good nuyen in finder's fees alone and that was if he couldn't take him down.

The whole spirit thing wasn't anything new to the pixie but pinpointing the mage who summoned it in was a whole other ball game here, every one and there mother were always drenched in some kind of magical aura.

"What about you bones?" pestered Tic descending down to the skeleton's level, "You got space issues too do ya?"

"What do you mean space issues?" Sans asked generally confused by the pixie. He hadn't seen one ever so he was studying it with his eyes.

Ayeka nods in Alex direction as she left to go upstairs. "Tic means if you have problem with people standing close to you or uncomfortable in small areas." Ayeka said as she walks into the kitchen to put three raw eggs in a glass. She walks to the bar to pour a glass of hard stuff. She has a bad feeling feeling this stuff will make a sour face.

"Hmm... It doesn't seem that this 'thing' is sentient. Oh, I've forgotten to properly introduce myself." James pulls back his hood and holds out his hand to Ayeka and says, "My name is James. It's a pleasure to meet you Ayeka." Pulling a glance at Sans, James sends a message telepathically.
I've already introduced myself to you. There's no need for too much formality.

Clay had just slipped into a steaming warm bath when he heard the ruckus at his door.

Clay? It's Alex. Can I come in?

The hot water soothed his aching muscles as it seeped into his skin, the air above now grew increasingly chilly by comparison. There was no way he was getting out of the warm water.
Soft faint slithers of red swirled around on the ripples of his body before fading into nothingness against the larger volume of water.

He held his breath for a moment as he contemplated remaining silent but with a heavy sigh he eventually replied.

"If you must, but know that I'm not decent and that's unlikely to change."

His voice, although tired, held the usual tormenting, sarcastic and defiant undertones. After that he grumbled something to himself that Alex couldn't quite hear, it was probably for the best.

@ALonelyParrot 'thats fine I'm not to much for formalitys" sans said as he sat back in the seat. It's true sans didn't care for it.

Ayeka ears turns a shade red as she has a image of a naked Clay running around somewhere, after she heard what he just said. She may not get use to see men in the nude like that, she focus on James and is surprise he pulled down his hood to his cloak. "It is a pleasure to meet you too James," she smiles as she shakes his hand.

Tic raised an eyebrow at the two glasses in front of him, usually you'd go one or the other to either kill the hangover or catch up to your drunken self. He knew that Ayeka meant no harm and probably wasn't worth getting his ass beat over it, he landed gently in a free seat and contemplated the two liquids. Gingerly he picked up the glass of eggs and swished it around, this was always the worst part. Using a second hand to steady the glass he threw his head back and opened his jaw to the disgusting contents of the glass. The slimy liquid crawled over his tongue much slower than the little Pixie would have liked, the regret of last nights drinking session seemed to a head as his body shuddered and he had to hold back from throwing up the eggs. The thumping in his head wasn't so much gone as it was now overshadowed by the bad taste that had settled in his gut.

"I'm never drinking again" he groaned with his head resting on the table and the second glass already in his hand ready to contradict him at any moment. Turning his body so his head could face Sans "So how's it a guy guy like you comes be all..." one of his free arms flailed as if to gesture to the skeleton's whole body before flowing back down on the table with a thunk "That?"

@Pineappletumble"heh, pal a long story short I was made" sans said as he drank more of the ketchup from the bottle. Sans chuckled at the pixies reaction to the drink.

As James shakes Ayeka's hand, he says, "It's my pleasure. Oh, and just wondering, who just telepathically talked to you? I picked up some noise through the auto function this little contraption." James takes from his right ear an ear piece that's lustrously black and then promptly puts the earpiece back in his ear. "I could only tell that whoever talked to you was not the 'thing' that came in earlier, and also your blushing gives me a slight hint on who you just talked to."

"Did I got your order wrong, I can get you something else to settle your stomache? I think mostly everyone says that before drinking again." Ayeka said as she looks at James, "he was not talking to me but to another person. I have very sintive hearing and what I just heard made me blush. I am still not used to seeing men in the nude."

"Oh, I understand," James responds. "Hmm... Now, what do you suppose we do with the dropping temperature?"

"I'll be right" Tic groaned slowly raising his head above his full glass "just gotta-" the pixie cut himself off by letting his head fall into still brown liquid in the glass. The warm liquid ran down his throat with a small burning sensation, the sensation seemed to fill the small creature with life pulling his now dripping head out of the glass and into an upright position. This lasted for all but a moment as he fell back down next to his glass with a much more pleasant look on his face. Sighing gently he rested his head just under his head.

"Much better..." he could feel the beginnings of the hangover subsiding, well more delayed than anything else but that was future Tic's problem. The words and choice of drink of sans seemed to catch up with resting pixie "So you were made huh?" tilting his bed and offering a confused look to the hoodie toting skeleton "do ya all drink tomato sauce or is that just your thing?"

@Pineappletumble "heh just my thing" sans said chuckling at the way the pixie drank."yup in a lab by my 'father' with my brother" sans said putting airqoutes when he said father. "Ketchup isn't the only thing I drink though."

Ayeka is glad that Tic is going to be okay but is surprise he stuck his head in the glass. She looks at James, "I could meditating again." She had another idea but she did not want to hurt the patrons or damage the tavern even more. Maybe it could work or backfire as she continue to think to herself.
