Due to the fact Rootfur is highly uninteresting to me, I'm going to either replace him with a different cat (and 1. give him up as an NPC or 2. pretend he never existed, which wouldn't be hard considering that the RP just started) or just play Shadestep (I'll probably tweak her personality a bit too, cause she's a little too one-dimensional for my tastes as well...) @ADParis You can have Rootfur be an npc and make another cat. At least that's what I think you should do.

Quick question: does the Shaman Apprentice sleep in the medicine den or do they all sleep in the roots of the tree?

There are a number of eucalyptus trees in the area; one large one that 'houses' all of the warriors, apprentices, and the koa, a smaller one where the elders sleep, one that has since died that is used for the medicine den (there's actually a small pit dug underneath where most of the herbs are stored), another for the queens/kits (which is next to the medicine den), and another nearby for the chieftain. More than likely that the Shaman Apprentice would sleep in the medicine den with the Shaman, but since the Shaman was be absent the previous night, Rosepaw would be by herself.

no prob! Just make the changes you would like, and if you're making a new cat, be sure to submit it to the OOC first so the GMs can review it. Also, lemme know what you decide with Rootfur, and lemme know when you make the changes to Shadestep so I can check it out :P I'm sure it'll be fine tho

Either is fine with me, though another NPC might fill up the gaps in the Tribe. Go for it!

@Vashonn Rootfur will be an NPC cat for the time being - after fixing Shadestep, I'm gonna do my best to rework his character. If I can't, then he'll remain an NPC who will probably die unceremoniously via spider bite or something |D

I also may need some assistance with Shadestep's backstory. I'm pretty sure I'm just overlooking something, but I can't figure out how long ago the whole Cloudtribe debacle happened, so I can't figure out if she was involved or not.

Situation with the Shaman herbs pics: Apparently some people can view all of them NP while others can't view very many at all. I guess the site I used for pics is weird. I will be reworking that (maybe all at once, maybe gradually, depending on how much time I have tonight). I wouldn't try to google search them because most of those are either the regional name or just something made up.

As far as where they can be found, let me give a few examples

Bamboo Orchid - Roots and bloom used to extract and neutralize some adder poison. Found scarcely around BlazeTribe territory in greenleaf. Can be stored for many moons.

You can extract from this that it can only be found 1) in BlazeTribe territory, and 2) during Greenleaf. If no season, Tribe territory, or general area (IE Coast) is stated, then assume it grows year-round and all around the island. If the herb gives a position relative to another Tribe's borders, assume that it is oriented around WaveTribe territory.*

Since it's indicated that it is scarce, you can also extract that 1) There will never be a very large store of it (as opposed to other herbs) and 2) that isn't something that you just accidently find on a patrol or something. You might get lucky and happen across some, but usually not. Most herbs on the list have this info, unless it's obvious (IE Cobwebs - Produced by spiders, spiders are all over the place, therefore cobwebs are also fairly easy to find anywhere.)

Thirdly, it is stated that it can be stored for many moons. I used this to indicate that, once some is collected, it will be a long time before it becomes unusable.

IE
Dock - Poultice used for sore pads and scratches. Burns area when applied. Only found around the volcano, near BlazeTribe territory. Found year-round.
This means that it can be found on WaveTribe territory close to the mountains, near the BlazeTribe border.

@Ambra@XxLyraxX Images for the plants and such are fixed! I added a section in the "rules & things to know" tab, beneath the shaman's creed and all of that for you guys to look at everything. Hopefully all the pictures work!
