While the Imperial Guard and the Adeptus Astartes may fight in glorious open battle with songs sung to their names, you have been gathered for a very different type of war. Not one which requires you to charge a bunker head on or drop from orbit in glorified metal box (under ideal circumstances), but one which requires a more inquisitive eye and a more specialized skill set.
In case you haven't figured it out by now, this is a 40k RP based around an Inquisitor and their retinue taking nod from the Dark Heresy RPG game and The Emperors Blade's brilliant RP which inspired all of this which you can see here. So in a way all credit goes to him for this. That said, I'm not nearly as well versed in the at of GMing real tabletop games, never mind Dark Heresy so there will be obvious differences and I am going to have to ask for forgiveness for any derps I may make. That said, I will be attempting to mimics DH is some limited form. As to what you (the players) will be playing, everyone will be part of an inquisitorial retinue lead by an Inquisitor played by @Ollumhammersong.
In regards to writing, this should be about High Casual in that I'm looking for players who can write 2-3 paragraphs at least and have a level of maturity and understanding of how to write a good collective story instead of trying to constantly do their own thing. As to number of players, I'm looking for a handful of people like 4-5 with the Inquisitor included at max. If there's more then who will be accepted will be discussed between me and the Inquisitor.

- My Word is Law – I am a hardass GM but I do not wish to have to use an iron fist. I am willing to talk but what I say goes unless I go against it and I also reserve the right to go against my own rules should I deem it necessary. @Ollumhammersong is a co-GM and his word should be respected unless I personally say something on it.
- This is inspired by Dark Heresy, but not a Dark Heresy RP and such will not be exactly following everything it presents. Please do excuse any deeps I may have.
- Be mature when dealing with one another and keep any disagreements strictly IC
- Do understand the circumstances which the IC is taking place, I promise you there’s a reason why you can’t bring a twin linked plasma cannon and a D-weapon and that I am trying my best to make a good story here.
