So this is it: The Heroes of Righteousness, a roleplay set in the far-off future of Samurai Jack. The plan for this RP is that each of you play a person who has been wronged by Aku in some manner, and seek to destroy him for this transgression. This can be anything from a Holy Crusader, sent forward in time after leading a force of thousands on a quest to defeat Aku, to a mercenary that was left unpaid after a mission and holds one hell of a grudge. The general idea is that you've become enough of a thorn in Aku's side that he wants you gone, so now you want him gone.

Rules:
1. Obvious one: All RPG rules apply, what I say goes, you get the idea.
2. There's no actual limit as to what your characters can be/when or where they're from. Just give them a reason for being on future earth hunting down Aku/an artifact capable of his defeat.
3. I'll be playing just about everyone else, from Aku, to Jack(if you find him), to that poor bastard whose house just got blown up.

Appearance:

White skin, brown eyes(robotic one is red and full circle-shaped), 5ft10 tall(180 cm), well built torso, spiky white hair which will be shaped as regular hair. As a cyborg, Well, his right arm and right half of his head(skull-eye etc.) robotic. (I don't think that there will be a limit for this in Samurai Jack universe since it's more fantasy then sci-fi). So basically I'm going to have half/cyborg character, who lived about 60-70 yaears but still at age of 30s. Because of magic and robotics... His organs are replaced with robotic parts while he kept his human skin. I mean... If scottish guy can have machine gun leg, it makes sense....

Carried Weapons: Cowboy Revolver, Pistol, Sniper Rifle, Two machate-like blades, throwing knives, some explosives.
Worn Armor: The armor in the picture, it's medium armor. Nothing much but gives some protection.
Miscellaneous Items: Work in progress, I need to think about it if it's ok.

Supernatural/Superhuman Abilities: His robotic eye. Something like thermal camera, if you know what I mean. This eye will also lock on target if needed. Work in Progress, if I can think about something more I'll place it.

History: He was born in a shelter, with group of humans. They were scientists, farmers, soldiers, merchants... They had railways between 3 underground shelters, and the railway finally reached to the ground. 3 Shelters Province made trade deals with others, sold them technology and seeds, in exchange of material resources.

Johnny Anders was a Courier, he was handling special delivers to trade partners of 3 Shelters. But one day, the water filter simply stopped working. He travelled lands, in a short time, and found a working water filter for 3 Shelters. When he went back home, blood was everywhere. People were killing each other, anarchy ruled the underground vaults. Scientists died first, guards tried to take control. And they managed to do it, with the help of Johnny.

Johnny fought brave, but it was very honorable, actually more than needed. He lost his right eye and arm. So the guards brought a doctor, he cured him. 3 Shelters were a normal place again, but Johnny wasn't. He became extremly alone, improving his fighting skills, unarmed and ranged combat. Silence, camo, hiding, being shadow itself... One day, he got exiled because of his aggressive behaivors. Then he started working as mercenary/bounty hunter/assassin for anyone with some money.

Years later, he got ordered to kill everyone in 3 Shelters, which he accepted without a doubt. After finishing the task, he had time to read computer records about what actually happened in the past-and he realised that his entire life was a lie.

Aku was resposible for the violance happened in 3 Shelters, he put something in the water and made them kill each other-and the survivors to produce technological devices for Aku Himself. Years after Johnny left the Shelters, the place became massive robot-army producer of Aku.

Johnny tought that he wasted his entire life, lost his arm and become something different than a normal living creature, and this toughts let the hate grew in his heart. Now he wants to destroy Aku because he ruined his one simple life. You had one job Johnny, you had one job...

@hellrazorSo, I like your general character concept, I really do. But I really need you to work on the general sentence structure, grammar, and spelling. What you've given me is something I'd expect from a mid-level Free roleplay CS, while what I'm expecting for this RP is a mid-to-high casual. Unless you can improve the quality of this CS, its rejected.

Appearance: At 5'9" Shaolin Sam is in prime shape with an athletically fit body, tempered by martial arts, horseback riding, and farm work. He sports a cowboy westerner's digs with a brown duster and matching hat, blue denim jeans, leather hide belt, buttoned shirt, and red bandana. Every cowboy needs a pair of trusty boots, but for Sam, he chooses to rock a pair of futuristic high tops that allow him to jump high, and leap long distances. They're also shock absorbers, which makes it comfortable to stick a landing from very high drops.

Carried Weapons: The Shapeshifter - A polymorphic weapon that can seamlessly transform into a laser pistol, laser rifle, laser machete blade, laser bladed spear, and a laser whip.
Worn Armor: He wears a lightweight chest armor under his duster. It's made of the same material as his futuristic boots and can absorb a great deal of punishment.
Miscellaneous Items: A brown wooden bead necklace that serves as a reminder of his days as a shaolin monk.

Supernatural/Superhuman Abilities: Sam is a durable fighter with a uniquely formless style. His shaolin martial arts is the foundation of his prowess. Combined with crafty marksmanship as a gunslinger, he is a slippery adversary at both long range and close quarter combat.

History: Sam was a monk that grew up training among other Shaolin under Grandmaster Tan Zang, a centuries old instructor who achieved ultimate self awareness. He was a promising student of the trade that could almost perform telekinesis by honing his chi. As he was beginning to achieve great feats as a Shaolin, Sam started to wonder about his purpose in life. The training of mind and body, though selfless, felt wasteful as him and his brothers perfected their craft in secrecy from Aku's prying eyes. There was no denying the dangers that lurked beyond those temple walls, and he sought to use his skills to combat evil forces that preyed on the weak. He eventually stowed away on a train that took him into the western territories, where he was flung knee deep into the wild futuristic dystopia of the west. Sam served as a vigilante for justice, terrorizing bandits and saving countless people from harm.

One of those fortunate souls was a scientist named Braxley, who saw great potential in Sam. The lab coat decided to assist the shaolin with an assortment of gadgetry like jump boots, durable chest armor, and a polymorphic weapon called The Shapeshifter. Braxley even went as far as hiring a dangerous bounty hunter named Zeke to help train Sam on how to use firearms like a true gunslinger. After he got the hang of firing pistols and rifles, Sam moved onto The Shapeshifter, training in a whole new style that combined martial arts and marksmanship. With new toys and fighting styles added to his arsenal, Sam took it upon himself to be an unofficial sheriff of the land. Yet despite his courageous efforts, the overwhelming corruption lead by Aku could not be thwarted. Dr. Braxley and his family were killed by Aku's forces, sending Sam on a path of vengeance.

Appearance: Urshok is very muscular, and stands at 6'6". His eyes are a blood red when he wears his winged helmet but are blue otherwise -- the helmet merely providing an illusion to strike fear into his foes. His head is entirely bald, and adorned in blue arrow shaped tattoos. His body is covered in numerous scars; by most standards would be considered quite unattractive. His demeanor is mostly very serious and cold, but in his off-time he carries himself much more relaxed.

Carried Weapons: A worn broadsword that radiates a chilling aura -- even touching the blade can result in frostbite to someone without Orshenian blood. He carries a dagger at his hip as well, but there is nothing special about it.

Worn Armor: His winged helmet and and a hodge-podge of whatever he's managed to scavenge from past defeated foes, currently crude chainmail. He carries a roundshield from his homeland, in the shape of a horned skull, and its metal is strong enough to deflect nearly any blow.

Miscellaneous Items: The amulet around his neck is jet black and he has carried it ever since leaving Orshen, and is enchanted to absorb the spells of lesser-magicians.

Supernatural/Superhuman Abilities: He has some control over supernatural winds which aid greatly in things like sailing, or blowing slower projectiles and arrows away. He may also conjure small floating orbs of light that are useful for lighting dark places or blinding unsuspecting foes.

History: Urshok's home of Orshen was a great fortress island that stood for hundreds of years, dominating the Black Sea on a world parallel to Earth. His people were ruthless and cruel, taking whatever they wanted from the neighboring lands, and their mastery of magic and warfare was such that only fools dared retaliate. Such was their power that word eventually reached Aku, who decided they would make excellent soldiers in his empire. First he came with bribes, and then with threats, and when they still did not submit he razed their cities to the ground, and saw to it that their entire island was plunged beneath the waves.

Few survived; Urshok among them, who was a young guardsman at the time, too low in social standing to be afforded a respectable position, or to be taught greater magics. Those few survivors went their separate ways, convinced their people were fated to die. He survived in his world for some time as a wandering adventurer, a mercenary, and in his travels he came to respect the varied people and cultures of the world. Although still a conqueror at heart, the cruelty he had been taught by his people was greatly diminished from these experiences.

Eventually in his travels he found what he was looking for; a portal to Earth, to the dimension that Aku ruled with an iron fist. It had been decades since Orshen fell, and he thought himself the last survivor of his people. Though probably a suicide mission, he thought there would be no better end to the Orshenian legacy than to fall in combat with the great demon itself.

@SkullThis character is great, but I still wanna give time for either hellrazor to fix his sheet, or for Mr Rage to show up before I fully accept it. @Grueslayer Yeah! I was having a really hard time coming up with a character idea but with the new Legend of Zelda coming out I was reminded of the Hero's Shade and thought 'man, thats such a cool design! I should use that!' and then I just built the character around the picture.

@rocketrobie2That's kind of funny because I just started playing Twilight Princess for the first time two days ago, so seeing you use him was kind of cool!

I sort of did the same thing with building my character around a picture -- I believe the image is of an old D&D character named Warduke who always looked cooler than he actually was, so I'm hoping to give the picture more personality here than he had in his original print run.

@Grueslayer I hope you enjoy it! I havent played a lot of the Legend of Zelda games but Twilight Princess looks pretty rad.
