Mildly interested - but I'm confused on how technology has progressed so fast and yet the global political landscape remains the same. Shouldn't this be more along the lines of 'space opera'?

@BingTheWing Possibly, but that's why you have to use your imagination! It's more of a direct transferal into a different time period - like steampunk or dieselpunk - but more advanced; I'm not sure how that's confusing. I mean, I understand what you're saying, I just don't understand the confusion. As for a 'Space Opera', well, if that's how you wish to see it then so be it.

I'll hopefully be getting mine done this week. School is piling on the workload again, and I've been out of town the last half of the week for a track meet.

I am trying to find the time to get my sheet done!

I'm actually close to done with mine. Just beating my head against the bio a little bit, ya feel? Ahhhh, detailed sheets how you vex me so! Hahaha! I'll try to get it to you either today or tomorrow.

Okay, the ball is definitely rolling now. Started writing for real today, and it's going well.

Gotta take a break now to finish up a half-complete lab report that's due tomorrow. But assuming I can polish that off relatively quickly (hahahaa it's organic chem, probably not) I hope to have this sheet sent in tonight or tomorrow!

Forgive the long pause, I just wanted to clarify my interest was more as a reader than a writer; RL is far too chaotic for me to promise anything resembling consistency anytime soon. I can see how posting a few puns/comparisons in the INT check may have obfuscated that, my apologies.

Yeah, I am good with starting up! Either get it trucking or have an in the soon start date and then get it rolling! Plus, you can always have people join a little later if they are cool with right.
