But seriously guys, who should I pick for my next two characters from the list provided on the last page. One for Overwatch and one for Talon. The winning two will have them be in the RP, and probably altered a bit to actually fit in.

B on both accounts, in my opinion, however toning down the assassin would be a wise consideration. Mainly because stealth, flight, vision, and animal qualities are all distinct features that give each hero immense strength, and they each have only one; throwing four into one character seems ill advised to me. But I love the omnic!
You know what... I might as well add them in for physical proof of their existence really. They're in my Character Stash. Anyways, these are profiles also taken directly from the original RP and it was actually an Overwatch-based RP, so the names for the various organizations are going to be different than simply Overwatch and Talon. Again, its your guys choices on the vote (and please vote cause I can be really bad at making my own decisions). Not all of their powers are also final at this point (technically in their own RP they are but I can see improvements for at least one of them).
So 1 for A-1, 0 for A-2, 1 for B-1, and 0 or B-2 so far.

In-Depth Appearance
Jeanne Vicky Jones is a female caucasian woman standing at 5’11”, with brown curved hair, hazelnut eyes, and thick luscious lips. While still having good vision in both eyes, she wears an eyepatch on her right eye, which secretly comes with enhanced vision to that eye, that allows her to zoom in on unsuspecting opponents and calculate distance. When in action, a red streak crosses diagonally down from it, signifying that it’s in use.
She wears an outfit that looks exactly like how a female pirate would wear, only that the material is made out of a special, lightweight clothing that allows adequate protection from stray bullets while also keeping her quick mobility.

Personality
Jeanne’s personality is rather opposite on what you think she might be. As a hardcore tomboy, as well as being raised in a mostly male environment, she sometimes thinks she’s not even a woman to begin with. In fact, she’s what you mostly expect on how a male pirate would usually act. With her carefree and jolly attitude, as well as being quite bossy, she’s really at home with commanding her crew of men and comrades. She is also known for being very snarky towards authority at times, especially if she gets drunk, and has been known to be a troublemaker from time to time. Despite this, she is usually a very optimistic one, always looking on the bright side of life. Don’t make Jeanne angry though, otherwise you’ll be looking into the barrel of her own pistol.
It is also due to being raised with men was how she developed a taste in woman first, but eventually finding herself with men as well, hence her bisexual status.
"If there’s anything I learned about bein’ a pirate, it’s one thing. When life knocks you down, calmly get up, smile, and very politely say… ‘You hit like a bitch!’"
Origins
Background
Jeanne Vicky Jones’ life was a rather interesting one. She was born in Dublin, Ireland, where her father was basically a modern pirate. He had an entire crew at his command, whom he called the Silver Jacket, as well as a fancy ship for them to sail in named the Silver Bullet. Jeanne usually stayed with her uncle when growing up, only participating in her father’s crew at the age of fourteen, where she became second command to her father. They all had a wonderful time together and an exciting one none of the less.
During the War, she and her father’s crew were usually neutral to both sides, not taking a part of either side. That however changed when they were attacked by a small patrol ship that belonged to The Emperors Entente. According to them, the crew was “trespassing” into enemy territory (it was found out later a new superweapon was built on a nearby island). However, Captain Jones’ crew refused to retreat and hence the enemy ship fired upon them. A small skirmish took place on that day, both suffering severe damage to both of their ships. However, Jeanne’s father was hit by a stray bullet, killing him on the spot. The enraged daughter then took command as they found an opening and boarded their ship, killing everyone on board. They then sunk it, getting back on their own ship and retreated back to safety. It ended in a draw...
It was indeed a painful loss for the Silver Jacket to loose the captain, especially for his daughter. Despite this, Jeanne tried to look on the bright side of life, taking complete control of the crew and continuing to sail the seven seas. Over the years, she became a very experienced captain, giving her a name within pirate legends as she makes her home within the more hidden islands of the Caribbean. She and her crew became pirate mercenaries working simply for money and fame, pillaging enemy ships, her favorites being those of the Emperor’s Entente, and receiving nice new tech for their arsenal and ship. Eventually, Jeanne heard about the Sentinels being reformed and made a choice that would change her life forever. Saying goodbye to her crew, passing it down to a close mate of her’s, she left and joined the Sentinels. If her father were here… he would’ve probably have been quite proud.
Place of Origin
Dublin, Ireland
Family
Jeanne can only remember her father, who was a well-known pirate throughout the land in which he sailed. He was a tall and proud man, with a thick grey beard, blue eyes, and had a pretty hefty build to him. He also had an eyepatch, with a hook on his left hand. Jeanne’s mother died very early on in her life, so she knows very little about her. According to her father, she was a beautiful young lady, with curvy red hair and brown eyes and was a nurse for a major hospital.
Abilities
Dual Blast: Jeanne rapid-fires both of her pistols.
Tsunami Charge: With her melee weapon out, Jeanne charges towards her enemy with quick agility and speed, dodging most incoming shots in the process, and slices at them.
Molotov Cocktail: Jeanne throws a molotov cocktail at her enemies, catching the opponent on fire, as well as the surrounding location. The cocktail also does splash damage that catches other people on fire in a short radius.
Raging Typhoon: As her ultimate ability, Jeanne takes a swig of some strong alcohol and goes on a drunken rage. Her strength goes up by 50%, making her attacks twice as strong for any weapon she wields.
Weapons
Jeanne wields two custom dual PTE-900 Blaster Pistols as her primary weapons. She can fire around thirty shots per usage before having them cool down for ten seconds.
As her melee weapon, Jeanne has a special carbon sword that she stole from when she was pillaging the Entente's ship. It’s a powerful sword that can slice through metal and is surprisingly lightweight. This makes the sword very easy to hand and can issue lightning quick strikes with a powerful effect.

Creatix is a humble robot with a brilliant mind of creating things. He is incredibly intelligent, polite, and very mindful of his situation, being able to fix and create almost anything as long as he has the certain tools and parts for it. He's a good listener, while also being a good mentor to other future engineers. One thing he's really interested in currently is the anatomy and structure of the organic body, making him curious on how a bio-mechanical creation will work. When not at work, Creatix usually relaxes and listens to classical music, and you can sometimes even hear him humming to some of his more favorite tracks. He also doesn't like to listen to those with rudeness or those who are simply not educated enough for him, which he can sometimes be a wisecrack to them. He's also known to sometimes make awkward jokes.

Origins
Background
The sentient robot we now know as “Creatrix” was created from within a Union Programming Corporation (UPC) facility in the blaring heat of Los Angeles. He was created simply as a robot engineer, who was programmed to build new creations and create new technological marvels. Of course, he wasn’t the only one in the entire facility, as there were around 50 robots that he worked alongside with. Yet he seemed to have a bit of a bolt stuck in his head. While he worked fine for two months, he then seemed to be slacking in his jobs, often getting slower, sloppier, and lazier. No matter what tweaking one did to the robot’s mind, they just simply couldn’t find the problem. In fact, they were thinking that they would have to scrap him into parts if he didn’t find a way to self-repair his systems.
That would be ultimately be put to the test. During the War, a terrorist organization funded by the Emperor’s Entente, attacked the UPC base in Los Angeles in their attempt to stop the production of these engineering robots. Unfortunately, with their programing being assigned to constructing and engineering, the robots were helpless as they turned into scrap, and the humans into blood baths. Creatrix tried to assess the situation, when he was suddenly hit by a piece of exploded debris to his head. He momentarily shut down, as if a plug was pulled from his programing, and was unconscious. However, he managed to wake up just a several seconds later, not as himself, but as a new robot being. It was like a new plug had inserted into his programing, one that was indeed better than before. With some newly acquired quick-thinking, he grabs two of the nearest weapons to him, those being the new prototype DIO-Photon Cannons, and began to fire at the terrorists. Eventually, he somehow managed to force them into retreat, but at a price of the UPC base to be completely destroyed.
Out of all the robots in that facility, Creatrix found himself to be the last to still be operational. The plans to make more had also ceased to exist, so the production could not go on. However, in their place, was the birth and the baptize of one of the most intelligent engineers of the Sentinels. The name “Creatrix” was here to stay.
Once called into the Sentinels, Creatrix’s new mind and lease on life made him able to create various gadgets that would help them win the war. It was also here where he created his own mobile turret module, who could self upgrade provided he gave it enough materials, as well as a portable battle dispenser. He would prove to be a valuable asset in the war, one that has saved a battle more than once. However, when Sentinel disbanded, Creatrix was forced to go elsewhere. Having heard of a new UPC building being in Miami, Florida, the robot found himself a new place to where he would work as a scientist and engineer for the next several years.
However, when the Sentinels were called back into action, Creatrix couldn’t ignore the invitation. Packing up his things, as well as his newfound knowledge, he goes back to help save the day once more.

Kraegus is one scary and imposing motherfucker, and being the ex-Emperor of one of the most powerful alien empires in our galaxy, one can actually agree with this. He is known for having both a sinister plotting personality from behind the battlelines, while also having a huge macho and aggressive personality while in battle. When he demands something to be done, he REALLY means that you do it, and he doesn’t tolerate defeat in the slightest. With that in mind, he is infamous for his sore-loser personality, which believe it or not, has actually helped him win some of his battles. Either way, he is a very calculative commander, with the strength and sheer power to annihilate almost anyone unfortunate enough in his path.
"I will enjoy watching you suffer for my amusement!"
Origins
Background
Born on the planet Xaekrigon, Kraegus Da’l Voarack’s early life was indeed a grueling one at best. He was born into near poverty, his parents struggling to make a living for themselves. At this time, the planet was ruled by one of the most powerful alien empires in the galaxy, being called The Xaegous Empire. It was an empire built on the foundations of the warmachine, having all taxes, many being rather costly, go solely for the military cause of conquering other worlds. While it benefitted the Emperor and the nobility, the rest of the folk suffered immensely.
Despite this, his family continued to struggle on just enough to get a roof over their heads. At the age of 26 years however, he was forced to head into the army. It so happens that at the age of 26 was when his male species is required to do almost a life sentence of being in military combat, only being able to retire at the age of 124. Those who get crippled are often killed for the Emperor thinks of them as useless, fearing some are faking it just so they don’t happen to continue their service. Regardless, Kraegus served honorably and performed outstandingly, being promoted to sergeant after three years of service, and up to general just four years later. He is considered to be one of the Xaegous’ finest generals to date.
However, Kraegus wanted more from this. He wanted a taste of the Emperor’s throne, a taste of unprecedented power that he had been wishing ever since he was a youngster. So he was able to form up a large group comprised of other generals, lieutenants, sergeants, their troops that they took command of, including some connections to several nobility class members who were close to the Emperor. They were able to keep their plan secret from the rest surprisingly well, being also able to kill anyone who tried to report this as well. Eventually, they were ready and they stormed through the Emperor’s Palace, slaughtering everyone that dared to stand against them. Despite losing a heavy chunk of allies, the coup-d'etat was able to murder the Emperor brutally and finally take over the government. Kraegus promised to improve the lives of those ruling within the Empire and to catapult them into a new age of prosperity.
It never happened.
Long story short, his reign on the Empire had actually tightened exponentially, making his rule even more tyrannical. Once again, a revolution was built up, causing civil war from within. After 4 long and grueling years, the rebellion won and Emperor Kraegus was forced to flee from the Empire out into deep space. During his escape however, his fighter was attacked and he was knocked unconscious as his ship hurdled into the vastness of space. The shot actually hit a valve the was carrying cold liquid nitrogen combusted and filled his pod with said material, freezing his body and locking him up via cryogenic freezing. At the same time, it also activated the ship to go into lightspeed, winding him up floating helplessly in an unexplored area of space.
He would float aimlessly around space for several centuries until Kraegus landed on Earth in the year 2021 around Nevada. The crash was around 20 miles north from Area 51, so when reports had indicated ‘a small meteor’, it was simply a cover up so the military personnel could experiment on him. When he was found, his left arm was literally ripped off from the crash, while also suffering deep burns and crushed bones from within, all while still being unconscious remarkably. This was a chance for Area 51 to create something huge… an organic superweapon used by the US government. Of course, before they could do that, they simply implemented cybernetic implants, including an arm cannon to his right arm.
What could possibly go wrong?
Kraegus woke up shortly after the operation in a large containment room, with most of his memories still intact remarkably. Again, long story short, with his newfound powers, he violently broke out of Area 51 and escaped towards the barren Nevada desert, using one of their high-tech cars. Eventually, he was able to find a city after several months of travel, unaware of it being the base of operations regarding the Sentinels. While he didn’t participate much in the war, he initially wanted to find a way back to his home planet, only to find out that not only was he on another planet, but also around 60 light years away from Xaekrigon. With the hope of getting back home all but nearly impossible, he decides to make himself at home here on Earth.
Kraegus began working in the underground terrorist organization, eventually being able to join one for himself, that being the Talon organization. For years he participated with them as a powerful unit against anyone in the Talon's way. Eventually he was promoted as second in command of the Talon's, bowing to no one except for the leader. He wishes to have the power that he has, but is also semi-grateful for his own position. The question is... will history repeat itself?

Charge: Kraegus runs quickly towards the opponent, attempting to knock it back or simply flatten it. He also has an alternate move in which he tries to use his antler-horns to gore the opponent.
Stomp Shockwave: Kraegus issues a powerful stomp that can stun and knock down opponents within a fairly large radius.
Slash: Using the blade on his right arm, Kraegus will attempt to slash his opponent with it.
Mega Laser: Kraegus’ ultimate ability allows it to charge up his arm cannon to its max power, unleashing a powerful beam that rips across the stage, frying anyone that is unable to escape it’s path. It can also rip through metal.
Weapons
As well as his immense claws on his right arm, including a “blade”, Kraegus’ signature weapon is the massive arm cannon on his opposite arm. Origins
Background
During the years following up to the War, the Emperor’s Entente was preparing for the inevitable war and conquest of land for their new empire. As a result, they began to rapidly train new troops that should help them win the war. Of course, before an all out war could happen, they needed some inside information and documents. One of the more famous of these units came from China, with the production of the new and highly advanced AX-093 Commando Battle Drones. With these units, the Entente used them for weapons involving secrecy and espionage against the Paladins.
During the war, these units were used widely in such missions and were feared for their cold brutality. They were successful enough for the Entente to start development on a new version that would replace the old ones. Under the codename “Operation: Heliox”, China produced a new prototype of what would become to be the AX-094 Commando Battle Drones. It was fitted with a stronger but lighter form of metal, improved cloaking abilities, new abilities, and the like. They trained the drone, now known as “Heliox”, to serve as a commander for the new robots that would come after it. However, it was used in only a handful of missions, and by the time it was time to finish producing the new drones, the Entente surrendered to the Paladins, scrapping the whole idea for good.
With the war over, Heliox was placed in a secret bunker, supposebly to lock it up and to avoid getting into the hands of the enemy. Regardless, it would eventually be found years later, not by the Paladins, but by an unknown terrorist organization. They were able to successfully break in and steal Heliox, hacking into him and ultimately reprograming him to work for them. It would serve the group for more years to come, until the terrorist organization was destroyed, leaving the drone alone once again. He was then found by Talon’s second in command, Kronos, who decided to reprogram Heliox again to serve solely under his own doing, where he has been doing so ever since.

Homing Missiles: Heliox can launch two mini-homing missiles from his back that lock onto his target. While they don’t do much damage, they are usually used to distract the opponent or slow it down.
Leap: Heliox can use his jump-pack to propel him into the sky up several stories high. His specially designed legs also help him in achieving great height.
Cloak (Ultimate): Heliox can cloak himself to get out of danger and render himself invisible to the naked eye and high-tech sensors for thirty seconds at a time, as well as sneak up on unsuspecting enemies. Alright, good to know... I suppose its due to Kraegus' profile stating he's 'second in command' within his organization. Again, this is why I said at this stage they aren't quite final or exactly fit in this RP. They need some improving and tinkering to fit in. Im just basically wanting people to vote to see which concept appeals to them the most. Once the two most voted are in, with one on each side, I'll refine them and get them properly assimulated into the RP.
@Lmpkio At this stage, I don't think any of the characters will be a good fit for this roleplay, for the simple fact that there are many similiarities, perhaps too many, between then and cannon characters, but also because they just don't seem to feel right for this.
I could go into more depth, but i want to focus on posting first.

I can always tweak them if you like. Actually, they will be tweaked once I know which concepts are good and the most popular. They can be remolded into something different, at least power wise. But if you really think that none of them, not even their concept, is fit to play... well I guess I might have to make something from scratch I suppose.

Considered to be an extremely kind, and gentle old soul to all those she has the pleasure of meeting, Juliette is an exceedingly sweet and charming young lady; full of both grace and kindness, the rather dreamy-eyed girl is shown to care deeply for all those she believes herself to be close to, showering her friends and family with the love and affection she believes them to be deserving of, no matter who might think otherwise. So overly curious, and just full of life, Juliette tends to find herself (more often than not) walking into some sort of trouble; whether it be something as minor as receiving a slight paper cut on her finger, or something that's of far more serious consequence such as following her curiosity and leading herself to almost and accidentally toppling off the edge of a cliff, or getting herself lost in the forests surrounding the base, much to the dismay of those who care for her- the bubbly young woman's recently found confidence and self-belief in herself growing significantly over the years, despite her disability, helping her to see the friends she has made as figures that are approachable, offering them both council and comfort whenever any of them seem to need it, oftentimes spending her nights (when the times become too hard to bear, or when the pain of missing her parents becomes too much) sitting in the company of her friends or brother, causing them to worry about her throughout the daytime whenever it seems she has returned back to her normal, cheerful self without so much as a word.
Though coming off as sometimes shy at first when a situation seems to overwhelm her, Juliette does her best to carry herself with both grace and dignity though the hardship that gets thrown her way thanks to the judgement of most others give to her for her disability; the sweet-natured girl never really showing any signs, however, that she is willing to let her disability get in the way of her truly living the life the she wants to- and though oftentimes coming off as shy at first when a situation seems to overwhelm her (large crowds of people surrounding her, loads of information being given to her at one time, ect.), once she has had time to adjust, the bubbly young woman never seems to have any issues with putting herself out there for others to see, and having no problems whenever it comes to being an open book, or making friends; and as the years have passed her by, Juliette has quickly learnt, and began to stand up for herself against those who try to put her down, to varying levels of success.
Unafraid to berate, or to challenge people in positions of power; Juliette has, over time, managed to confide in those that she trusts so completely that she oftentimes finds it quite difficult to express what it is that she truly feels within her heart, however, the fast-thinking young woman is quick to speak up, defending not only her friends, but also those of whom she believes are being treated unfairly against anyone who goes against what she believes in her heart, whether that be friend, family, or even foe. Although a kind and graceful soul, Juliette is known for being quite stubborn whenever it comes to something that she truly believes in; always choosing to stand up for it, rather than backing down once she has already made up her mind, usually making it near impossible to convince the girl otherwise.
Extremely mature, and oddly grown-up for her age thanks to living her whole life under the influence of her older brother, Juliette oftentimes does all that she can to not be, or be considered a 'burden' to those she cares about in her life; the young woman doing everything she can and more to help out those she cares about (cooking, cleaning, advice, etc.); even going so far as to sometimes choosing to put her own needs aside in favor of others, no matter how difficult the task may seem for her- the girl trying her best at everything, and anything that she seems to set her mind to. Seen to be exceedingly beautiful to all those who meet her, Juliette (more times than none) tends to attract the attention of many a person who crosses paths with her; whether they meet with one another on purpose, or by pure accident- though despite her undeniably inherited beauty, Juliette is not a vain young lady; the curious girl always seeming to surprise those she holds dear to her heart, even when they themselves believe that they know everything about her, she always seems to find new ways to both stun and amaze them.
Coming across at times as being quietly confident, and extremely calm, Juliette has shown herself to be more than capable of becoming quite aggressive whenever her friends are shown to be in danger, or in the line of fire so to say; tremendously brave and courageous whenever the situation calls for her to be, the usually dreamy and extremely loyal young woman is unafraid to fight back against those doing wrong, however, she is quite quick to try and hide her more vulnerable side... to varying levels of success. Seen to be both a kind and gentle girl, Juliette sometimes tends to pull away from the company of others, becoming quite reserved and thoughtful, choosing instead to lose herself within her own mind, and oftentimes, in her own little world.
Unnaturally bright, and rather unique in her own way, Juliette has quite the aptitude for thinking outside of the box on general occasion; always seeming to come up with simple ideas that would (normally) otherwise be overlooked, however with the young woman's way of using her intelligence, she is known for being able to put her thoughts across, helping others to understand them to the point of being able to make things work out for the better.
The Adaptable Brain At birth, the portion of the brain that deal with vision, hearing, and all other senses are connected. As a sighted child continues to grow up, these connections begin to separate themselves from one another, until eventually independent centers in the brain control each of the different senses that a person can use. In a blind infant however, these connections might remain intact, and the job of processing sound might be shared by both the visual cortex, as well as the auditory processing centers. If a person loses his/ her sight during childhood or adulthood, the connections might have already been separated because myelin (the fatty sheath surrounding affected nerves) develops rapidly in the very young.
Neuro-Imaging Research into blindness has found that while regions in the brain that deal with vision are smaller in blind individuals than in that of those who still have their sight, other non-visual areas are increasingly larger. Looking into the brain's potential to adapt after blindness, researchers have found that blindness causes structural changes in the brain, indicating that the brain may reorganize itself functionally in order to adapt to a loss in sensory input; the area's in the brain dealing with memory, hearing, and other senses becoming enlarged in an attempt to compensate for the fact that the person can no longer see.
Echolocation A blind person can become quite adept at using echolocation (identifying an object by the sound or echo that it makes) while moving through the world around him/ her. Children or babies that are born blind use extra hand movements as they crawl, slapping the floor around them to create a kind of auditory and sensory feedback. The use of reflected sound by blind children helps them to explore and manipulate aspects of the sound world, other visually impaired individuals may make clicking noises to note the changes in sound as the distance between them and different obstacles shift; this can also be seen in animals such as dolphins and bats.
Using Touch To Explore The World The largest area of the brain's surface is devoted to the hand and the sense of touch, the skin being the largest organ of the body allows us to use this sense to the fullest, and the blind child is a "sensation" of information. Many blind individuals can feel changes in temperature as they near a window, wall, and other objects, relying on their enhanced sense of touch to help them explore the world around them.
A Deeper Vision Before the invention of non-invasive neuro-imaging, people could only speculate and look on in awe at the increased abilities that those who were blind seemed to posses. The well-known painter, Pablo Picasso explored the nature of blindness during his "Blue Period", some claiming that he was able to find an intensity of other senses in his depiction of the blind. Researchers state that what you lose in one place, you gain elsewhere, reinforcing the idea that other senses are not only affected but also enhanced by blindness.
Likes: ✔ Animals of all kinds; however, asking her to describe them is another matter. ✔ Cuddling with her friends, and others she cares about. ✔ Hot chocolates and marshmallows. ✔ Strawberries and pomegranates. ✔ Music; especially singing and playing the piano. ✔ Bubblegum, and the color pink. ✔ Reading (Fantasy mostly).
Dislikes: ✘ Swimming, and deep water (strong fear). ✘ Riding bikes (of any kind). ✘ Being left completely alone. ✘ Being treated differently.
Hobbies: Not willing to let her disability get the better of her thanks to her brother's influence, Juliette shows great talent and love when it comes to things like music, and reading; the young woman especially skilled at both singing and playing various instruments (especially singing and playing the piano) for her friends and family, as well as reading anything in braille.
Strengths: ⚜ Being blind- thanks to her disability, her other senses (hearing, smell, taste and touch) have become slightly more enhanced than that of a normal person. ⚜ Intelligent when it comes to being able to read anything she is given in braille. ⚜ Music; especially singing and playing the piano.
Weaknesses: ☠ Being blind- people tend to treat her differently, more delicately, like she’s made of glass. ☠ Has a strong fear of both swimming, and deep water. ☠ Easily overwhelmed- surrounded by large crowds, given loads of information at once, ect. ☠ Believes herself to be a burden, and tries her best to not be one.
Brief Biography: To Be Written.
Organization Alias: Nightingale. Organization Affiliation: Overwatch (by default and legacy). Base Of Operation: Forks, Washington. Previous Base Of Operation: None. Battle Type/ Role: Support ✚.
Occupation (Currently): ✣ Circumstantial Agent of Overwatch. ✣ College Student.
Occupation (Previously): ✣ None.
Abilities
Symphony: Driven by her strong love of all things music, Juliette is able to manipulate the feelings of other sentient beings by projecting emotions upon them through playing her instruments and using her voice- while she has a strong amount of control over this particular ability, the effects often vary depending upon her tone, the melody, and her intention; for example, a joyful or mournful tone will instill said feelings into their listeners, however a nursery rhyme or sweet lullaby may cause them to become calm and sleepy.
Mockingbird: Called a mockingbird on more than one occasion, Juliette is able to freely manipulate her voice, allowing her to control her voice so that (with enough practice) she can imitate sounds that she has heard in the past: various animal noises, the sound of explosions, different types of sirens, the voices of other people, etc.
Siren Song: Capable of creating astonishingly beautiful music, and emitting an exceedingly mysterious and enchanting singing voice, Juliette is able to use both to create a beacon like effect; summoning or luring all and any who might hear or perceive it into her- this ability is almost completely irresistible, seeming to forcefully draw her targets into her trap, much like the siren luring a sailor to his death.
Weapons
Due to her disability making it both slightly hard and dangerous for her to wield such things; Juliette herself does not own weapons of any kind, and is rarely ever seen touching one unless the situation is dire- the young woman preferring to live her life of happiness without the involvement of too much violence if she can really help it.
Ultimate Ability
Banshee's Scream: Able to emit a high-pitched and extremely enhanced scream/ screech, Juliette's scream is considered a means to an end; helping her to drown out all other sounds around in order to allow her to focus, or simply to send out her location to those who might be looking for her in desperate times or situations- also capable of being used as an offensive weapon, the strong sound wave emitted is proficient enough to physically throw both people and objects a short distance away from her. Her voice powerful enough to be heard for miles around when she puts her mind to it, Juliette's screams cause an inset of dread and nausea in all those who hear them, and are more than capable of shattering glass, and causing damage to eardrums and circuits.
Other: Though she may seem confident and semi-competent when it comes to things she sets her mind to, Juliette has a strong fear of swimming and is terrified at the very thought of deep water as having never been taught to swim, a small wade can turn into a life-threatening situation; along with this fear she is also deathly scared of the dark, being left alone, and losing everyone that she cares about.
Understanding that people can become quite uncomfortable with her disability, Juliette keeps a bit of light blue material with her which she uses to hide her eyes from view, not wanting others to have to deal with the strange look of her eyes- though the young woman's goal is to one day find a place where she really belongs, and a life surrounded by people who truly accepted for who she is.
Though never really talking about it without fist needing to be asked, Juliette has a small (however meaningful) tattoo situated just behind her right ear; the tattoo itself in memory of her father, and consisting of two hearts with the initials 'J.M' over the top of them- and while she knows not many would understand the way she feels about losing him from her life, she plans on getting another when she feels like the time is right.
Lyrics: I can't sleep tonight... Wide awake and so confused; Everything's in line... But I am bruised. I need a voice to echo... I need a light to take me home; I kinda need a hero... Is it you..?
I never see the forest for the trees, I could really use your melody; Maybe I'm a little blind, I think it's time, for you to find me...
Can you be my nightingale..? Sing to me; I know you're there... You could be my sanity. Bring me peace; Sing me to sleep...
Finally finished my first OC! The formatting isn't as pretty as it was on Sombra's, but hey, at least I've tried. I hope Mercy likes her new, estranged family member.

Virgil can be quite the enigma when it comes to opinions, particularly about himself. He is endlessly proud of all he has achieved academically, of the years of hard toil and labour he put himself through, sometimes needlessly. But at the same time, there is such a deep sense of loathing resting in his heart; most would assume it was due to the alien organism slowly draining the life from him, but his hatred started long before he saw the wonders and horrors of space. A lot of love was lost when his sister was taken from him… and his shame in killing the last member of his family shattered this once amazing image Virgil had of himself. The remnants of this ego remain in his work, and only his work. This can rear its head in patronising or insulting ways to others and their own endeavours, but only in the form of constructive criticism. He is quick to correct or offer alternatives to individuals who are not seeking such advice, so his words can often be met with anger. Not that he notices… or cares.
In terms of amicability, Virgil can act pleasant enough when the situation demands it. While certainly seeming straight-laced from the outside, any decent joke will usher forth a grin; if there’s one thing he can always enjoy, it’s humour. Be it a well-thought out political joke, or simply a pun that make’s one shake their head and groan, a dry chuckle will be heard from him.
Outside of humour, Virgil becomes much less fun to be around. Being a fervent enemy of idealism, Virgil is quick to point out the obvious in a bad situation, either followed by potential ways of solving said situation, or simply the likelihood of failure. He’s never been one to lie or mince his words, and paired with a pessimistic outlook on life, he’s not the most morale-pushing fellow you’ll find on the battleground. If something needs to be done or said, Virgil will take on the task without complaint – somebody has to do it, and no matter how harsh the consequences, Virgil stopped caring long ago about the fallout to himself.

Strengths: ⚜ Genius-Level Intellect
One doesn’t get 3 PhDs at his age without being pretty clever. After taking the MENSA IQ test at the age of 13, Virgil’s score surpassed that of famous scientist Albert Einstein, and was officially dubbed as a genius. He never held much credit to his IQ score, preferring to prove his intelligence in other ways. Hence his many achievements. This intellect lends itself to Virgil’s resourcefulness and clarity of thought, allowing him to come up with decent plans on the go, or when a situation demands it. It would also be fair to include he is still quite the effective Doctor; while obviously no longer practising in hospitals, he can still patch a patient up quickly enough. Especially if it’s to do with the brain.
⚜ Heightened Senses & Capabilities
While it certainly has its downsides, the symbiont living in Virgil’s body has its uses. Latched to his spinal cord, it has increased his nervous system and sensor abilities tenfold. Sight, smell, taste, hearing and touch all surpass that of a regular human. Additionally, his motor responses and speed have increased, cutting reaction times in half and half again as his body finally runs to the same speed as his mind.
Weaknesses: ☠ The Organism
While every cloud has it’s silver lining, Virgil’s cloud is pretty fucking big, and his lining becomes less bright every day. The alien organism wrapped round his spinal column has tendrils everywhere. While seemingly uninterested in his internal organs at the moment, it grows by a fraction every day, slowly creeping closer to his brain. Negative side effects have included lethargy, neuropathy, alternating hypotension and hypertension, migraines, and seizures. They can occur at any time, and just seem to be getting worse every day.
☠ No real combat training
Outside of his refitted Valkyrie suit, Virgil doesn’t have much in the way of muscle. He’s certainly no weakling, but anything beyond general fitness has been pointless to him. Anyone even slightly trained in any art of hand to hand combat could easily beat him when away from his armour and weapons. He doesn’t have the experience or strength to win a fight like that, despite how fast he can be.
Brief Biography:
Virgil was the classic example of a baby born with a silver spoon in its mouth. Rich, important parents; a family manor nestled in the beautiful landscapes of rural France; and enough money to hire as many servants and spoil as many children as his parents desired. Born as the second child to the Ziegler family, his elder brother Rene was the heir to it all; his Mother's distant yet strong ties to the Aristocracy, and his father's booming business in medical research. However, Rene was too enamoured with money and power to even consider his parent's hopes. As the boys grew older, it became clear that Virgil was the brighter of the two, and his parents made sure to help this obvious intelligence thrive from a young age. Looking back, Virgil would probably concede that his parents pushed him just a little too hard; the young prodigy, as he was scathingly called by Rene. However, this never birthed resentment between the Ziegler parents and their youngest son. Being both competitive and eager to succeed, Virgil took to their teachings, lectures and strict schedule like a duck to water. In time, he no longer bothered with the allocated hours of play he was permitted; it was instead more entertaining for him to read books, work on his languages and sciences, and generally better himself in his academics. Safe to say, he didn't really have many friends as a child, which likely had an impact on his socialising as a grown-up, among with other factors. No friends, that is, until his little sister was born.
Annette Ziegler; Virgil fell in love with her as soon as he saw her little pink face, body swathed in blankets and being held by their (very) exhausted mother. Virgil had never felt this way with Rene; their relationship had been a solely antagonistic one, and upon hearing 9 months prior that his mother was once again pregnant, Virgil assumed the same would occur with the newest addition to the family. The sudden swell of protectiveness and love upon meeting his little sister for the first time was a strange sensation to the then 13-year-old. Perhaps it was because he was old enough to know the difference between a sibling and a rival, unlike Rene had been when Virgil was born; perhaps it was due to the current Omnic Crisis, the very thing that had killed off his Aunt and Uncle and left his cousin Angela orphaned, and had left a strange sense of foreboding across the family despite the two halves of the Ziegler clan being mainly estranged for the majority of their father's lives. Virgil himself had only met Angela once or twice as a child, mainly due to strained family reunions or muted funerals of some distant relation. He had mainly ignored her at that age, as had Rene; the latter too haughty to speak to his cousin because of some silly argument between their fathers, and the former simply finding nothing interesting about the girl, just as he had with most people his own age.
However, Annette changed all of this. Virgil began to grow some empathy, something his father had been worried the boy was lacking in in regards to his future as a Doctor. Spare time was used to help his sister flourish, rather than focusing on his own studies at the time. The children grew, and the crisis passed. By the time Annette was walking, Virgil had already taken part in the MENSA test and given the prestigious title of "Genius"... while Rene had already been arrested twice for public intoxication, public nudity, and vandalism.
Following the graduation of high school, it was no surprise Virgil applied for a medical PhD. Money and well-known parents aside, his sheer enthusiasm and knowledge in the area made his acceptance a sure thing. As the years progressed, he had a more than easy time with the degree; again, it was at socialising he fell down. The other student's attitudes both in general and towards himself began to change something in him... the other medical students seemed to be overly pessimistic, about their work, their degree, and life. All the while mistaking Virgil's lack of socialising for antagonism, he quickly found himself on the outer edges of their friendship groups. After more than a few missing invitations for nights out, Virgil began to turn to other societies within the University for some form of camaraderie. And so he found it in fellow scientists; other like-minded people wanting to learn everything they could. These few fellows belonged to the area of physics, and also another love of Virgil's; space. Oh, he was enticed by the mere mystery of it all, just as he had been with the psychology of the human mind, the brain, the very speciality he was aiming for. These people weren't just friends to go out for drinks with; they were teaching him new things, and Virgil admired that above anything else. Finishing his PhD in record time, far before any of his snooty peers, Virgil received a medical tenure, and once more, applied for another Doctorate - this time in Physics. A dual PhD; Theoretical and Experimental Physics, to be precise. Thanks to his high level of intellect, empty social life, and drive for work, Virgil was able to complete these other PhDs while still carrying on with his work in the hospital as a brain surgeon and researcher. As his expertise lay in the depths of the mind and it's workings, Virgil applied biological and cognitive psychology to help him better understand the human nervous system and the mysterious mind all the better. Thanks to his studies and research, neurological diseases such as motor neurone disease and cerebral palsy were finally being given effective treatments, rendering the problems almost non-existent while using his methods of therapy and medication. Further studies into more mental health problems such as schizophrenia, bipolar and unipolar depression, and even psychopathy were also studied fervently, and better treatments were developed for those afflicted. While not cures, he was happy with the work done, considering how diverse and mysterious the human mind truly was. It was as wide and unknown as space - perhaps this was even why he went on to study physics, and help develop and apply theories in regards to physics of the great expanse of nothingness.
Life was good. Virgil felt good. But it seemed that his fate was destined to drastically change... all thanks to Rene. Over the years as Virgil and Annette had flourished into decent members of society, Rene's life had been a roller-coaster of ups and downs. His habits in drink, sex and drugs caused endless problems for him and his parents, who, if not for the love of their eldest, would have disowned him for such reckless actions. If only they had - then perhaps the tragedy would not have occurred.
Rene, coming home from a night out after - as usual - too much indulgence in his dangerous habits, began rowing with his parents. The topic was nearly always the same; accusing them of loving him the least, complaining that they babied him too much while his precious brother and sister were placed upon a golden pedestal. The drunk man was too gone to be reasoned with, so his father threw him out, unwilling to take such abuse from his own kin. In his blind, drunk fury, Rene broke into the family garage, taking one of the most expensive cars they had and taking it for a joy ride. He tore through the family grounds, turf and dirt spraying behind him as he did; swerving wildly, his addled mind saw the stables too late - crashing straight through the wooden walls and careening through the stalls until coming to a stop by a brick wall. Stumbling away with nought more than a broken and bloodied nose, he wasn't concerned about and horses he may have injured. But among the screaming mares and shivering foals, lay Annette. Quite bloodied, quite broken, and quite dead.
By the time the police hauled Rene in for questioning, he'd already been made aware of what he had done; already called his highly expensive lawyer and created an airtight defence. With a confession on top of that, the murder of Annette was swiftly cut down to manslaughter and dangerous driving. 5 years in prison, but likely to be released early either on parole or good behaviour. Even on the inside, Rene knew his money would provide enough protection and comforts to make the days seem shorter. He was content with it - his grieving parents were not. As for Virgil? In Switzerland at the time, doing some research for the UN, his heart seemed to shatter upon hearing the news. His darling sister, gone? And by Rene's hand? But upon hearing the verdict of his brother's sentencing, razors seemed to replace his insides. While by no means a religious man, Virgil entertained the Old Testament philosophy of "An eye for an eye". And his brother would be losing both of them for such unforgivable actions.
Rene was found by Virgil lounging about their family manor; now vacated by the grieving parents, who couldn't stand to see Rene out on bail, nor be witness to the lack of their daughter's presence in the home. Naturally, Rene was shaken to see his younger brother, and immediately began to grovel for sympathy. But he didn't hear his pathetic apologies; excuses tumbling from whiskey-soaked lips couldn't be heard over the rage that took hold of Virgil. By no means an overly strong man, the inebriated Rene was easy to overcome, and with a firm headlock after that, it took only 3 minutes for Rene's life to ebb away. Even then, Virgil didn't let go - he couldn't risk the bastard miraculously awaken, brain dead or not. Ten minutes passed, and finally Virgil let the limp body of his brother go.
Virgil's parents arranged for his lawyer and defence. They played off his actions as grief; a form of PTSD, he wasn't thinking clearly, anything to get the Jury on his side. They eventually ruled for Manslaughter, the exact same sentence his cowardly brother had received. Virgil wasn't happy; he had expected a life sentence. It was what he deserved, and he was under no pretence that he was any better than Rene for taking a life. But prison was tiresome, and while killing himself would even out the balance of revenge nicely, Virgil was not a believer in suicide. So he took what was handed to him, ready to receive punishment as it came. One of the worst blows of his actions was of course, his medical license being revoked. Virgil had broken the most sacred rule of Doctors; The Hippocratic Oath: Do no harm. While knowledge and PhD were still intact, his reputation and ability to practice in hospitals was now gone. He could no longer help people. Which is what he thought, until the UN contacted him once more.
His research, prior to the family tragedy, had been mainly unfinished - working on the development of weapons employing experimental physics, he and his fellows (The very same ones he had befriended at University) had been trying to make artificial gravity, black-holes and warp drive. The UN employed plenty of murderers, so they were happy to pluck Virgil out of prison on two conditions; One, that he continue working for them. Two; that he did further work - undercover, in the UN's current prize protectors: Overwatch.
After the Omnic Crisis and his release from prison, Virgil was instructed to act as an "Impartial Advisor" between Overwatch, Blackwatch, and the UN. In reality, he was conducting further experiments, those that bent the laws of physics, and the laws of morality that Overwatch seemed bogged down in. Virgil didn't care that his weapons and technology could fall into the wrong hands. Firstly, because he doubted anyone other than himself was capable of using them competently. Secondly, he was obsessed with progress. Empathy disappeared from the man with Annette's life, and he craved to break myths and solve age-long mysteries about space and the ways of the world. Furthermore, he'd seen first-hand the destruction the Omnic war had unleashed, and he was more than happy in aiding the UN in creating a back-up to Overwatch and it's black-ops counterpart. His weapons and research would do jobs that pacifists or the close-minded could not. And even when that came in doubt, Virgil took measures to make certain that he would do the job if necessary. Among the rest of his work, he got his hands on a few Valkyrie suits, made by his cousin Angela. A fine piece of work, for the job she did in the battlefield. For himself, he needed more. The suits were stripped of "unnecessary frills" as he called them, such as the wings and components that allowed the floating motion. Next, he made sure the armour encompassed every part of his body, even creating a helmet to protect his head rather than just a visor like the traditional Valkyrie suits had. Other additions were implemented into the suit, from a Faraday mesh to improved outer armour, and then a paint job. White had never been his colour.
Years passed, and as time grew on, relations between Overwatch and the UN grew sour. Virgil's job was getting harder and harder to deal with, as secrets and rumours flew about the Overwatch bases, he had nothing much to report on. Additionally, he believed that the UN were thinking of some unfair sanctions to place on both of the agencies - while he liked developing a back-up plan, there was no need to make things worse in the current climate. Perhaps sensing Virgil's sudden incompetency or doubts, UN leaders put him in charge of one of their leading secret projects: Operation Ares - Building a base on Mars as one had already been made on the Moon, for further studies into space and secret development of controversial weapons. While knowing this was the UN's chance to just shunt him aside, Virgil was still excited nonetheless. Space! Love seemed to rekindle in his heart at the thought of going up there, being allowed to tread among the mysterious void he had enjoyed since a child. But naturally, like everything else in his life, it went dreadfully wrong.
Perhaps due to lack of interest or funding by UN officials, the Mars facility was not being run well. The basic skeleton had been built by the time Virgil was placed in charge of it; the airlocks were created, the atmosphere in the buildings was breathable, if a little stale. Virgil and his teams were in the process of setting things up when something went wrong. Sabotage jumped to his mind, but considering how secretive the project was, it was more likely just shoddy craftsmanship on the airlocks. It took a while for the alarms to kick in too; indicating a breach in the walls. By the time Virgil realised what was happening, the small breach had developed into catastrophic rips in the walls and ceilings; each section being closed off only for the pressure difference of the space outside causing more ruptures. Virgil barely made it into an escape pod in time; clinging on for dear life as the vacuum attempted to launch him out into space. The doors clanged shut, Virgil fell to the floor gasping, and the escape pod made it from the facility safely. He was the only one to make it out alive.
However, something had survived with him.
When Virgil's pod was discovered and rescued, his old fellows, the ones who had worked with him previously, went through the necessary procedures upon getting their friend back. Quarantine, and testing - a normal thing for any when subjected to an unknown entity like space. It was supposed to be nothing more than staying safe, but in this case, something was discovered. An unknown bacteria, present in Virgil's bloodworks. Weeks passed, and symptoms finally began to show. His friends made the quarantine space larger, realising that this was going to take much longer than anticipated. After a month, scans showed something at the base of Virgil's spine. Not a tumour; something alive. The bacteria had grown, not attacking his organs like previously hypothesised, but aiming to take control of his nervous system. Involuntary spasms, alternating pain and numbness and even partial paralysis of his extremities began to be a daily routine for Virgil as the bacteria grew. Both Virgil's friends and himself (Behind the quarantine glass, that is) frantically tried to cure this, to stop the spread. After several painful months, a chemical compound was finally synthesised to keep the organism in check. While certainly no cure, it stopped most of Virgil's symptoms, also making him non-infectious. With the serum in his bloodstream - and by default, the organism's tissues - strains of it wouldn't survive long enough to infect others outside of it’s host body. And so, Virgil was finally allowed to leave; only to find a much different world.
In his time in space and in quarantine, Overwatch and Blackwatch had finally come to blows. Both were gone now, his previous co-workers scattered to the wind, or simply dead. In addition to his parents, who had both passed away peacefully in his absence from the world. With Overwatch gone, the UN didn't have much need nor want for Virgil - so for the next decade or so, he focused only on himself, and his studies. Although no hospital would take him on due to his tarnished record, he was still able to help people in his own ways. Not out of kindness, you understand; moreso to keep his relevance in this world, and to keep his knowledge up to date and well-practised. Additionally, he continued his research into experimental physics and applications to weaponry, alongside trying to keep up with the rather adaptable organism entwined with his spinal cord. Over the years, the serum slowed it, but it was still winning the battle. With a lack of resources and network, Virgil was quite happy to take up the call from Winston in regards to Overwatch. He could continue his work with much more ease there, and it would be nice to piss of the UN too.

Passive: Faraday Mesh After de-constructing and refitting a Valkyrie suit to something that would be of more use to him, Virgil lined the entire thing, helmet and all, with an improved Faraday Mesh. The technology involved makes him immune to energy attacks, electricity attacks, and EMPs for a certain amount of time. Obviously, a constant barrage will cause the mesh to overload, leaving him vulnerable until the suit repairs itself.
----------------- -----------------
Machine Gun As simple as it sounds; Virgil carries a fully automatic machine gun, allowing him to rapidly attack at both short and long distances. The erratic spray of the weapon makes up for his lack of marksmanship in it.
----------------- -----------------
Flashbang A stunning grenade, but just a wee bit more effective than your average one. It assaults the senses, targeting the inner ear by hitting frequencies more than a human can handle; symptoms include dizziness, nausea, and inability to focus for a certain amount of time. It's not too kind on the eyes either, just as a regular flashbang works.
----------------- -----------------
Void An artificial black hole is cast in the air, sucking in anything it can in the vicinity; kept stable only by Virgil’s technology, it lasts less than a minute, and it’s pull is distinctly weaker than that of it’s much larger, naturally occurring sibling. Still, it would be best to keep one hand on your hat and the other clinging on for dear life when caught in the vicinity of one of these space horrors.
----------------- -----------------
Painkiller When taking damage, Virgil discovered that the symbiont triggered the release of naturally-occurring opioids in his body. Allowing him to ignore pain in the event he cannot treat himself, Virgil figured this would likely be of use to other people in battle – the medic can’t be everywhere at once, after all. Developing nanites filled with a compound called “Opiorphin” among other things, Virgil is able to launch them at fallen foes to relieve their pain and bring back strength, allowing them to continue fighting while waiting for actual medical treatment.
----------------- -----------------
ULTIMATE ABILITY: Newton’s Wrath Using technology developed by himself, Virgil can create an object in the middle of an area, bringing with it a mass so large that it almost negates that of the Earth’s; gravity from the area fluctuates, causing those caught in the field to become disorientated. One moment floating, another hitting the ground so hard they can barely breathe. All but Virgil, who with his improved Valkyrie suit is able to create his own field of gravity, allowing him to walk around and do as he pleases. Naturally, this effect doesn’t last very long, and the object causing this effect is extremely unstable and undefended; easy pickings for those feeling lucky enough to shoot.
Other:
Is fluent in several languages, including French, English, Swiss, German and Mandarin. The latter was learnt due to those he worked with in the UN, and is still fairly rusty. In addition to this, has a firm grasp in latin and history; you’d be amazed how much the two collide with science and medicine.
Ironically enough, Virgil seems to have picked up certain habits that he condemned Rene for in the past. Drinking and smoking are vices he partakes in to help himself cope; relaxing drugs and sedatives such as marijuana, diazepam and varied opiates are also experimented with when feeling particularly in pain. It works nicely most of the time; but leaves his usually quick mind dull and slow, a feeling he dislikes for the most part.
First, you can't just skip university/college and go straight into a medical PhD-you still got to do the work, even if you are a genius. He'd have to go to college first, get the medical degree and then go into a medical PhD. I've gone to double check that this is the same in america as it is here.

This seems like an overpowered passive to have. Even Bastion only has a shield in sentry form. Or ultimate form. Its basiclly having him immune to hacking in that suit, and it makes some characters useless when attacking him. Yes, it has a weakness, but if he's fighitng with comrades, his opponents aren't going to have much of a chance to disable the suit. It essentially makes him able to take down anyone before they can even do minimal damage on him.
Everything else...I can't really see nything else, although I'll have a better look at it later at home, seems alright.

From a medical and nursing point of view, to have the inner ear targetted, and at such a grequency that the human ear can't handle it generally means you're going to blow out ear drums. You're going to do permement damage, and essentailly take out your opponent in one blow, because its not something you can just bounce back from. Yes, those symptoms are correct. But it will be on a much larger scale-a delibilitating injury that takes opponents out of battle for...a good looong time. And I could find the research that would support this, but a} I'm too tired and b] Uni's internet sucks.

I never once mentioned that he skipped University? In fact, I've mentioned University several times in his backstory, I simply stated that he fast-tracked his degree due to his intellect. However, perhaps I could clarify that he did a medical degree, and then went on to his Doctorate - I didn't think the specifics would matter as long as everyone could connect the dots. Also, he's not in America. As stated, he grew up in France; I did some research to see how their schooling system worked, hence why I've put High School and not Secondary School/Sixth Form. 'Tis one and the same over there, or at the very least rolled together.

Agreed - I was unsure on my powers, so if I were to make it more limited - say, only immune to energy attacks (Or lasers, for lack of a better word) for a limited amount of time, would that be more acceptable? Then he'd be vulnerable to EMP's, hacking, and after a short amount of time, normal energy attacks?

I too didn't do research to back this up, what with the vagueness behind other people's powers/abilities who have already been accepted, I didn't think this would be under scrutiny. However, I know that the inner ear can be affected without permanent damage; the symptoms listed can continue after the cause is gone for a few seconds, just as with any form of trauma. I didn't mention any burst ear-drums because the flashbangs won't cause burst ear-drums. How? Well, some kind of super-powered tech that I can't explain, nor does the Overwatch Universe. It's no more unlikely to have that Mercy's resurrection/healing powers, which also aren't explained.
EDIT: Also, my wording may be to blame here. "more than a human can handle" was meant to indicate a high enough frequency that is detrimental, but not incapacitating to the degree you've assumed. I can re-word it, if you like?
Oh my... Angela's gunna loooooove him. Is it bad that I already have a collab in mind..? Haha
Anyway; I read through it all, and when it comes to the degree's and such, I automatically jumped to the conclusion that he attended college/ or university, however, I can see where it might have been taken that he did not attend. I would ask on this point that in his strengths, where you have it listed, can you please slip in perhaps where he got his degree's, or what school/ where it was that he attended. This is a simple solution to something that could indeed be taken either way should one miss information listed later on in the biography.
As for the suit; I have to agree with Cait on this one. It can come across as overpowered and extremely hard to take down by attacks, however, your suggestions of a solution are definitely something that we can take into consideration. I do agree with the both of you when it comes to toning this down, and to limiting it to certain attacks- like you mentioned, if you were to limit it to, not an immunity, but maybe a strong resistance to energy and some electrical attacks (such as Winston's attack) I would be more than happy with that, however, I would suggest that the longer the attack goes on, the less resistance he has against it, like in the case of Reinhardt's shield; the more you shoot it, the more it cracks until POOF, it's gone and bullets are flying left right and center. Think of it as though it's an MMORPG, the more hits you take, the weaker your armor until it breaks (<- I have plenty of experience with my armor breaking; I'm horrible at that...)
As for the last point, as I am not a nurse myself, and I have very little knowledge of the inner workings of the ear apart from what I have asked Cait about previously for one of my own characters; I will allow you both to work this one out.
Other than this; I look forward to interacting with him, and am very excited for the dynamic between him and Angela.
EDIT: Cait gave the all clear for the re-wording on the last point; so once that's all done I have no issues with him :'3
