I wouldn't mind doing a Darkhawk micro, I actually did a set a few weeks back for the Silverhawks iCheck that never took off I could use for a base. Like always I'll take a liberty or two, but if you want it for an avatar to promote the game then I really can't say no. I'll try and get one worked up over the weekend.

@Demon Shinobi Hugh Jackman isn't the definitive Wolverine, he's everything that's wrong with Wolverine. For decades Logan was a wildcard, a savage standing at 5'3, and anything but a leader. Then Jackman plays Wolverine in a film series that got practically every mutant wrong to an extent and all of a sudden Wolverine is standing tall, leading the X-Men, and becoming a respected Avenger with a cool head.... I firmly believe the reason they killed off mainstream Wolverine was so they didn't have to undo all that crap. They tried with the 'Savage Wolverine' title but it quickly got cancelled when it was obvious Logan was far and away from what he was intended to be.

I probably should have put definitive in quotes. But regardless, I acknowledge that there is a lot wrong with the X-Men franchise. And I know there is a lot wrong with Hugh Jackman being Wolverine, but I feel it's going a bit far to say he is everything that is wrong with Wolverine. In a few cases he's pretty enjoyable, and for all the points standing I've seen that while Wolverine is all those things, he can show a side of him with more heart. At least in my experience going over the characters.

Additionally, visions for a character change between writers and while I'm sure many of the changes that befell the character are because of the movies, there is no guarantee some writer or another would have changed him in someway anyway. I'm not saying I wholeheartedly disagree with you. Just that I don't fully agree with you either. And all that "crap" as you call it could be beloved or awesome to many readers or fans. Like with many characters it's hit or miss. Are there things about the older incarnations of Wolverine that I miss? Hell yeah. Do I hate everything that's become of the character? No not really.

I still think it'd be possible for Hugh to play a good Kraven. Although I'd probably refrain from that, less Kraven be taken from a serious big Spider-Man Villain and become an anti-hero ally and soon front runner in all future spider-man titles XD lol

Jackman said he'd only continue to play Wolverine if it was in the MCU films, which is the only place that type of Wolverine would fit.

For me, I never liked Wolverine as much as some of the other X-Men. Wolverine before the first X-Men movie and after is a completely different character. Wolverine may have heart, but before it took a lot for him to open up. He was never meant to be a leader. And he sure as crap was never meant to stand at 6'3 and be the front runner of the X-Men.

I'm done LOL. Like I said, he was never even my favorite or in my favorites list. That's reserved for Havok, Colossus, Angel, Multiple Man, Cannonball, and Warpath. If I was going to pick an actor to play Kraven, Jeffrey Dean Morgan wins hands down.

But yeah man, I get what you're sayin. And while I do love me some Wolverine. He isn't my top ten lol Although Spider-Man is... Always has been. I can't move past my wallcrawlers... Still, I haven't read much of Modern Logan.

My taste in Spider-characters is a bit funny. I liked in the 80's the four years Spidey wore the black suit before it was revealed to be an alien. I liked classic Spidey 2099 but can't see for the life of me why him being stuck in the modern day was supposed to be a good idea. The original Clone Saga didn't piss me off as it did some people. I loved the classic Scarlet Spider, Kaine as a deranged enemy, and then Ben eventually becoming Spiderman... it just worked for me and at the same time my favorite DC character was the new Green Lantern Kyle Rayner.

I've liked a few different versions of Spiderman, but the classic was always too boring. I liked whenever they played with the idea of keeping the four additional arms without eventually becoming Man Spider. I also really enjoyed what I saw of Manga Spiderman, Eddie Brock Venom, and the Identity Crisis period and the Slingers team that followed. Steel Spider was cool too, but I hated how eventually every other Spidersuit had four robot arms [Superior, Iron Spider, Lady Spider]. I really liked the Uncle Ben version of Spiderman too, but I only really know him from the Spiderman Unlimited mobile rooftop run game.

Well to be fair... a lot about what happened in the clone saga that ended with people hating it was more so due to problems in marvel as opposed to the actual writing. Yeah there are story elements people disliked, but the way I see it, writers did what they could with what they had to work with.

I like the four arms lol but only when they serve a purpose in the costume. Originally I was gonna make a spider for this rp, but i always do that and wanted a slight change. Also, there aren't many female characters and I had a concept in mind so I figured it'd be a good chance to flesh her out a bit.

My favorite spiders are probably miles, or spider-punk. Assassin Spider-Man is cool too in my opinion lol

@Demon Shinobi Assassin Spidey was one of my other favorites in that Spiderman Unlimited game. I like the look of Miles but as far as the stories they put him in... he's just one of those shock and awe characters who is 'destined to be one of the greatest heroes ever' but they never actually show us anything special that makes him great. They tell us how awesome he should and will be someday, but then put him in not one but three crappy teams in a row [All New Ultimates, All New Avengers, and Champions].

Though the Co-GM has plans for a team, I may still have an older Miles recruit a few of us into a smaller team for something like I'd originally planned, just down the road.
