"Well that tale is a very long one with quite a few repeats." Sans said shrugging. "Not so sure that you would want to hear it." Sans said as he took an other drink of the alcoholic drink. Surprisingly it tasted better the more he drank it 'heh well paps may have to drag me home after tonight.' sans though laughingly as he pictured the patrons of the tavern confused faces as sans was hauled out of the tavern drunk.

Hildegunn

The giant blonde woman had no shame in barging in the tavern doors, a proud grin on her mud (or is it blood?) smeared face, her boots and the seams of her skirt soaked with grime. It was a rather blatant entrance for a first timer at the tavern, though Hildegunn was unmindful of the attention, clutching a rather large chest which what looks to be full of gold and jewelry. She went over to the bar and dropped it with a loud resonating bang on the counter in front of the bartender.
"Well met, friend." she said in her usual jovial tone "Aye, tis' a valorous day, today thous't not bethink? I have vanquished the most uncanny of evils in the plains of Pacora, the abode of who is't known as the Serpent King." She said in a proud manner "Chopp'd t's headeth! I didst." Banging her hands in her own eagerness, her face blushing, even with a brief retelling of her battle with the serpent king she gets easily excited. "And thus the vict'r wend the spoils of battle." With a cheerful laugh she sat herself on the barstool, tugging in closer the chest full of fortune.

Scooping a handful of gold coins, pearls and some jewels to the bartender," Mine own valorous stout champ, giveth me thy most wondrous, most strongest ale thou has't, this calleth f'r a celebration."@Snarfulblast

Clay's Back ;)

Kicking off from somewhere new

With a loud CRASH! Clay comes bursting through the large wooden doors. He staggers about crashing into tables and tumbling over chairs. He made moaning sounds but no conceivable words. Sweat pouring from his forehead across his pale stricken skin, he seemed to struggle to find his balance as he clutched a bloodied rag to his chest, shimmering with a fresh damp glean, and eventually collapsed onto the bar with a heavy 'thud!'

Before Ayeka open her eyes she was on the floor, she notices Clay collapsed on the bar counter. She gets off the floor wondering what happen to Clay. She wonders if something bad happen to him in the bathroom or something else happen to him.

*crack* *splooche* As Fenna slowly remove the large bone like serrated clever from the skull of a large wear wolf creature she notice a glowing light coming from a cabbin deeper in the trees. As she approached it she began hearing laughter from behind a wooden door. "Since when are people happy around here?" She said to herself quietly as she looked up at the sign hanging above only to find it had fallen victim to the poop of the giant crowns. "Well it looks like the sign has been having a pretty shity time" she said to herself with a chuckle. When she came closer to the door she felt heat radiating from the crevices and warming her cold hands.

Placing her hand on the metal door handle she hesitated for a second before slowly turning the gnob and krept the door open with a high pitch *eeeeerrr* she fully opened it to expose an inn like lace with plenty of strange patrons around a fire place and booze. As she krept in very few took notice of her entrance and the ones that did didn't seem shocked to see a hunter so close, these were obviously not people from her land. She closed the door behind her and was immediately greeted by inviting warmth and contagious cheer. Fenna made her way to the bar and sat on a stool and un fastened the laces on her mouth cover before releasing a sigh of disbelief as she beckoned the bar tender.

Clay leaned heavily against the bar and wallowed over his recent injury, attempting to wash away the pain with long messy swigs from an unlabelled bottle.
Even at his place of haven he couldn't find rest with his self pity. An unmistakeable smell reached his nose, it caused his heightened senses to grow more aware, the hair on the back of his neck to stand, his heart to suddenly beat harder and a weary almost vocal growl to rumble in the back of his throat.

The scent was a scent he hadn't smelled in many years. But every couple of years it would arise again. Each time slightly different. There were still the telltale signs that were always present, the familiar musk of herbs with an ever present undertone of wolfsbane. The faint brash metallic touch of raw silver and iron.

Clay began to look around suspiciously, but it was too late... The smell was on his breath and in his drink. Someone here was trying to kill him and doing a damn good job. Clay suddenly leapt behind the bar and returned instantly with a shotgun in hand. It shook as he swayed it around the room in the direction of the other patrons. Paranoia in his eyes and anger on his lips.

*sniff sniff* Fenna noticed the smell of blood coming from one of the men leaning against the counter. She looked over with the corner of her icy blue eye at a man with a wound, only for him to jump over the counter and pull out a weird looking blunderbuss and began aiming it around like a mad man. She touched the bone on her belt and teleported behind him and came closer before taping him on the shoulder. "That's not a good idea my friend." she said with her soft voice and a smile.

Clay scoffed in his defeat and lowered the gun. He was now sweating profusely and had the shakes. 'is this the one who poisoned me and set the traps?' he thought to himself as he smiled and the click of his trigger gave way a thunderous 'BANG!' as a round exploded out the barrel spraying shrapnel across the floor in the direction of her feet.
Suddenly lunging forward he snapped up a near empty bottle in his crippled bloody hand and spun around loosely swinging it at his attackers head.

Clay would worry who she was when he had the upper hand, until then he wasn't safe. His insides still burning from the concoction in his drink and his left hand a bloody mess from the trap.
As soon as he got the space he would try reload the gun and take aim, should his attacker give him the chance.

Taking a few pellets in her foot distracted her from the on coming bottle and before she knew it she was stuck in the face with glass shards cutting her. Before the man could attack again she broke a blood vile in the palm of her hand, the glass tearing her skin allowing the blood to seep into her veins before closing off and healing the wounds she had just received.

In a flash she lunged off the counter, her coat flowing behind her, swinging her bone like clever and hoping the man didn't dodge out of the way. "releasing the blade would make this easier but there were to many people." she thought to herself right before landing.

Clay was groggy and moved slow. The woman bounced around and off him with ease. The cleaver opened up a deep nasty gash in the muscles of his left shoulder, the attack sent him staggering back and left his arm near useless and drenched in blood. Appearances aside he seemed to ignore the bloody violent wound and wear it with little concern.
He was glad for the distance she made, he wanted to be able to see what tricks were hiding in her sleeves. She moved too nimbly for someone who had just been bottled in the face. This and his new injury further infuriated Clay, a brief and vibrant glimpse of anger washed over his face and faded along with the frustrations of his efforts wasted.

Regaining his composure he calmly spoke as he began to reload the gun. A devilish grin of excitement now stained upon his lips.
"Give up now doll, many have tried before you yet here I still stand. You got lucky with your tricks earlier but now its over, you can just leave if you like."

Amongst all their commotion Clay was oblivious to the silent shadow creeping slowly along the rafters above, or the shimmer of a silver bolt being loaded into a cross bow and aimed at his back as cold empty eyes watched him intently.

After Fenna slashed the man leaving a nasty wound she landed and dashed back pulling the large gun loaded with silver bullets from the holster on her thigh and brought it up to aim when she noticed a dark menacing figure behind the wounded man and made a split second decision and aimed and fired at the figure instead. @Dark Light

Ayeka jumps over the bar counter, she grabs a bottle that will cure wolf's bane. She opens Clay's mouth to pour the cure into his mouth. She guess it will take some time for it to work as she scans the room. She sees someone lurking in the shadows as she hears more gun shots.

At first, Clay was confused by Ayeka's actions. He tried to focus on his opponent who now raised a gun, meanwhile the barmaid shoved a bottle in his mouth and poured a tangy foul liquid down his throat.

It instantly began to sooth the pain from within but that became the last of his concerns as the echo of the hunters pistol rung out. Clay immediately jumped expecting to be on the receiving end of the bullets.

The firing of the gun was closely followed by a soft thud as the hidden figure fell to the floor landing gracefully into a roll. With all the speed and momentum of falling the nimble figure glided towards the entry door in a blur of haste. Behind them they left a pitter of blood spraying in the air, and a flash of long flowing golden hair that had escaped the fallen hood of their shadowy cloak, and a small sizzling corked vial with a burning string hastily leading a flame to the contents.

Clay was caught by surprise and looked around the room with uncertainty. From Ayeka, to the armed hunter that didn't shoot him, to the new shadowy figure hastily retreating and lastly the strange hissing concoction that was left behind, burning on a short fuse.

Fenna threw one of her blood vile's at the flaming concoction to douse the flames, but when she turned to the door the blond figure had already escaped it the door into a world she didn't recognize. "One of your friends Wolfie?" Fenna said in a sarcastic tone as she turned back to face clay. "Your really good at getting people to try and kill you, huh?" She said chuckling. "By the way, you owe me some blood. Those aren't easy to get." She said pointing to the broken glass and spilt blood on the floor.

She inspected the man's wounds before placing and additional bullet into her gun and re holstering it. "And here I was thinking this was all a dream, guess that bottle to my face proved I wasn't." She mumbled as she felt the now smooth skin where the glass had cut her. "Anyway I don't think we've formally introduced ourselves, I'm Fenna the huntress. Sorry about attacking you just then. I don't like it when a blunderbuss is aimed at me." She said wandering around look at the damage the fight had caused.

"Anyway, I think I can help you with your whole... situation." She said gesturing to his mangled body. Fenna look around for a lantern and approached the closest one to her and stood there and close her eyes before touching it. After a few seconds a little shiny bell materiallized on her belt with a little *twinkle* and a small glow. She turned around and came closer to clay. "Sorry, my blood vile's won't work on you, but I got the next best thing." Fenna grasped the bell in her hand, brought it above his head, and shook it side to side *tiiinng* twinkle twinkle* and Beams of light emerged from the bell and enveloped clay for a moment. After the light dissipated, almost all of his wounds and ailments were gone.

Evalyn LiCaster

How inadequately it would seem to describe her of anything more than a natural beauty. Be it through her curled, bouncing, auburn hair which hung only brushing her shoulders lightly. Framing her freckled face just so, that even her red lips dripped against it. Her figure perhaps in that red dress that hung ever so tauntingly long down past her hips was what would have dragged attention to her. Or Was it the confident air that she dragged along when she walked. Her head held just high enough to keep the figurative crown upon her.

Whatever it was she did draw attention easily. Be it long before her shadow could even have warned of her appearance the click of heels gave her away. Straight from the door towards the barstools up front. Minding more of a thought towards the other patrons to the establishment then they would think from her casual glances. The crowd did seem stranger than most tavern’s she had seen but all was fair the game when it came to business. Looked like a nasty fight just ended with her entering the door, least of her worries was another person getting hurt. Along with her, she had brought a travel case, inside well that was not for the noisiness of the patrons to the bar to know unless absolutely necessary.

She was yet to recognize the bartender, servers, or any of the patrons as being from her local area. Which wasn't strange, as this tavern had appeared in a more abandoned part of town, a side not protected by her family under contract.

In all her staring and thinking about the tavern's strangeness and its patrons own brand of weird, she had lost track of her main goal of coming to a tavern so far from borders edge. There were establishments who served her for free, yes, If she was here just for drinks. No Business was what she always dressed for. A slight gesture towards a bartender was made.

Clay grunted and shrugged his now healed shoulder. "Would'a healed on its own in time." He mumbles in reply refusing to acknowledge the aid the stranger 'Fenna the huntress' had given him. His arrogance and pride too far beyond that.

"Friend, nah." he replies to her earlier rhetoric question. "Probably some sad angry lass I slept with and forgot to call back, you know how woman get." he says with a taunting grin. It's then that Clay sees something or someone that causes him to change his manners. "Clay." he says with a faint nod before he moves behind the bar to collect a broom and begin sweeping up the broken glass.

"Anything else you would like to add to your tab?" he asks mid way through his work.

@Song Book

The tavern was known to be accommodating to all forms of patrons from every and all walks of life. However only one employee understood the sophistication and level of class that Evalyn would be accustomed too. And he was no employee.

Appearing without a hint at the lady's side was a well groomed man dressed in an impeccably fine suit far too elegant for a simple server. Yet his posture and mannerism was of such, over his forearm hung a pristine white napkin bordering an ancient bottle decorated with unrecognisable script and an untouched cork.

"May I?" The sentence was a question but his words were filled with such confidence, control and assurance it was more of a gentle guidance. His voice and subsequent movements were smoother than the liquid that gently sloshed around the bottle and rolled out into the glasses he had pulled from above the bar.

The liquid was a deep swirling red, giving of a noticeably pleasing aroma as it hypnotically spiralled around along the crystaline edge of the glass.

The man said "Clay", -which she assumed was his name_ and stood up to start sweeping? Fenna turned around to see a woman run out the front door and slam the door behind her. When Fenna opened up the door again the place outside had changed, it was all blue white giant mushrooms and weird four winged birds. She slowly closed the door and opened it again only to find they were on an erupting volcano, lava exploding everywhere. This time she quickly closed the door and opened it agin. The next area was like a giant stadium with many seat's surrounding to pit like arena.

It was at this poin that she stopped messing with the door and found that Clay and a man in a suit were serving a rich looking woman at the counter. Fenna made her way the monst comfortable looking chair and situated it by the fire before grabbing a bottle of un opened booze on a small table near her. She sat down in the chair, fully unlacing an folding her face cover to make a neat collar, as well as slouch down in the chair, extend her legs out, and began swigging her bitter tasting alcoholic drink.

Out of all the commotion downstairs, it was the gunshot that finally woke Alex. She gladly jolted out of her least favorite dream and instinctually grabbed her knife. Barely dressed, she flings off her covers and swings the door open. Moving as quick as possible, she glides down the hallway and jumps down off the bannister and lands on the hardwood floor just a few feet from the stairs just in time to see a conversation starting between Clay and what she recognized to be a huntress. A very familiar huntress, almost like she had only ever known her in a dream, but known nonetheless. An odd shadow had just escaped the tavern doors, followed by Ayeka, and by now was already on another world. One of the least crazy things about her, the tavern, that Alex had come to appreciate.

Giving no notice to the fact that she was wearing shorts, a tank top and nothing else, she started walking up to the party and was about to inquire as to the mess, glass, blood and gunshots when the huntress materialized a small bell and used it to fix Clays wounds. Alex found herself on the verge of laughing. Doesn't she know what he is? No matter. Huntress magic or not, Clay would be fine. He's a tough sonofabitch and Alex has witnessed him come back from battles that seemed to be his last.

Flitting her eyes to the bar she noticed a pair far too sophisticated for this establishment. The woman was absolutely tantalizing. The dress she wore was a perfect match for her dripping ruby lips and auburn curls. The man with her could only be the owner of the bar, Dorian, which hasn't been seen by many in a while. They look busy, like they might be discussing some business. I'd would be wise not to disturb them. She turns her attention to Clay, crossing her arms and giving him a stern look.

"Clay, darling," She says sarcastically. "You make my job much harder than it needs to be." She slips the knife into the waistband of her shorts, though it pokes out the bottom, and crosses her arms over her chest while inspecting the damage to the bar. "I'm not cleaning this shit up." She laughs and beckons the bartender for her usual whiskey and a cigarette.
