While Marlene is out doing her thing, I've thrown a challenger in the way! One of my many colorful Pokemon OC's that can hopefully provide some experience and a few extra battles throughout the roleplay~!

If you don't want to battle him, feel free to comically ignore him and annoy him because of it. He'll just get stompy and rush off in a hissy fit, he won't threaten ya'll or anything if you refuse. Just be extremely sad.

Jump on Showdown and I'll chat you up.

Be warned, Perdy isn't the strongest trainer, but his Pokemon are scaled to ours. As in his starter is Level 6 and his secondary Pokemon is level 5. But like most of my OC's, his team is mono type with occasional dual-typing. So eventually wiping him won't be an issue.

For the moment your types will be neutral to his. :p

Could you please run things like this by me first? I'll roll with it because it was handled neatly and efficiently, as well as that he might have a theoretical means of getting to Mokai, but many trainers will be unable to reach Mokai.

But I can. Figured nothing of interest was going on, so I'd spark something up. I'll simply be getting Marlene lost now, you won't have to worry about it happening much after that. One of the bigger reasons he dropped in was so she had an excuse not to be followed.

Well, she did. Just not loud enough to make a presence compared to Perdy's flashiness.

And Mable's rage.

Those things aside, she's probably not even going to be able to find her own way back after I'm done. So Mable and Hiro are a duo now, lol.

The lack of trust in her suggestion to stay on the road would probably make their friendship a bit sour.

Maybe that was the plan. Maybe she's gonna die in the forest as this RP slowly turns into one-forth survival horror as she slowly but surely meets her demise, watching the only companions she has perish trying to defend her as she scurries away in hope of finding something to keep herself living. Success or failure... Both being very optional.

Shinx is fainted. Unless you intend for him to stay that way, you only have that as a chance to bring him back into fighting condition before reaching the capital.
