I mean there's also convicted terrorists, convicted kidnapper/torturer/murderers, proponents of racial violence, and actual literal nazis. At some point you really have to stop and think.

And he's the President and they're not. He's supposed to have dignity and rise above pettiness. You can't blame everybody except the President, the buck is supposed to stop with him.

So do the Neo-Nazi groups that hailed Trump, and Trump's refusal to disavow a leader of the KKK make you the guys? If no then why should this apply to the anti-Trump crowd?

I do not support the behaviour of these groups, in fact I would happily disavow them, something Trump refuses to do again and again when it comes to the bad apples on his side. I also meant pettiness as in they're being petty and he is responding in kind, I was not pointing solely to Trump. He is not simply responding, he insults anyone who disagrees with him and belittles the concerns of the people he is supposed to represent. Obama put up with the crap of the tea party and birthers, and I can't remember him calling people losers via twitter or threatening freedom of the press.

The thing about Trump is that he is an ideological non-entity, that is what makes his presidency something of a wild card. Faction is going to be the main thing with the Trump years, and a some schizo blogger isn't going to be enough to outmaneuver the career guys.

Of course and I agree. I don't think Bannon should have been on the security council, I don't think winning on such a weak sauce mandate should necessarily call for an unorthodox administration, I think the in-fighting factions will be the running theme of Donald Trump because he's not experienced in politics in any way. However i'm simply noting that this is simply the return of establishment GOP's which, beyond select issues are fairly one and the same with the DP in terms of corruption in western politics and a hard militant foreign policy. Same old shit, only less apologetic.

Getting bannon out is a good thing, having the GOP establishment move in to replace isn't. It's a mixed bag.
