Ultron was not truly dismissed upon inspection since there is no real rule saying not to use fictional characters with sources of their info from another site (copy and pasting Ultron); however, the scale of Ultron's defenses, laser hypnosis, and ambiguity for his weapon creation means the author didn't read the rules thoroughly enough. This implies he picked a character without reading the rules so I can't be arsed to truly give him a chance. Please resubmit a new character.

Alright, here's what I see that you did wrong. The judges may have a different opinion, but this is just what I can tell.

Encephalo-beam: Located in the head cavity, the encephalo ray plunges its victims into a deathlike coma. It also allows Ultron to mesmerize and outright control his victims, or implant subliminal hypnotic commands within their minds to be enacted at a later time.

This directly breaks the no godmodding rule in the Ban/Regulation section:

Godmodding - Control of the opponent or their actions is forbidden. Negation and Immunities may full under this category.

These:

Superhuman Strength: Ultron is incredibly strong and can lift at least 100 tons.

Superhuman Durability: Ultron's outer shell is usually composed of Adamantium, rendering it almost totally impervious to damage; however, his internal mechanisms are generally less durable and more easily damaged. His skin composition is about .5 inches thick; neck, knee, ankle, elbow, shoulder, wrist, and finger joints are finely tessellated titanium alloy to permit flexing. He is able to withstand concussive blasts and heat of a 100 megaton atomic bomb.

I could very well be wrong, but these seem to be Schedule 1 or 2 to me. They might be fine, I'm not sure, I'll leave that for the judges.

OOC note: While this is a general list of abilities, keep in mind Ultron is an ever adapting robot that comes up with new means to murder and attack others. With this in mind, also note that as I play Ultron, certain aspects from each RP I put him in, be it Marvel/Crossovers, or freeform things will also follow Ultron neverending path of destruction and conquest.

This feels like it's opening the door for you to pull things out of thin air mid-fight.

Aside from all of that, a lot of the things in the profile are extremely vague and open for exploitation.

I know the main problem the Discord chat had with the character was that you apparently copied and pasted everything off the Marvel wiki or some such. While there's no real rule against that, it's still a valid complaint and I'm inclined to agree with them.

A. I rarely use the Beam to begin with. I was asked for a general list of abilities and I listed if not ALL the main ones Ultron has. Even so, you're leaving out EVEN if I did use it, that someone COULDN'T dodge it which is far from the face. If something in terms of dodging or avoiding or negating such a thing exists, so long as it doesnt seem thrown together Then I'm alright with it.

B. This Schedule thing doesnt fricken matter. I've had Ultron LOSE to things even with his durability and strength. With all the powers I've seen here, of ALL things people choose to nit pick that? That's a buncha horseshit if it is.

C. Which I wont. Ultrons basically a living 'breathing' weapon in itself. The rules basically state 'you may use or create byproducts of your abilities, weapons, power, items, etc through In Character creativity' which is what I had in mind.

D. It's direct and simple as can be...I dont know what more you want from me? Not everything has to be this megaton of explanation and detail to get the point across.

E. It is. Why wouldn't it be? Theres nothing...Valid about that complaint it's LISTING the general abilities so I dont have to list the gist of it myself, ITS EASY TO LIST and...I thought that's what people wanted? The only validity in a complaint I can see is 'oh how unoriginal' which is yeah, true but who the fuck cares? They're still there can be read and that's the whole damn point.

My complaint is that he's literally invincible. Nobody in this tier can hurt him, nobody in a higher tier can hurt him without contrivances.

Withstand doesnt mean complete resistance to, dumbass. And yes I do, as I stated it's happened before and can, and probably will.

It's an example from the copy paste. There are ways around it, means to harm and impair it and...well thats it. Again it's a fricken example and from what I read, anyone around here CAN do just that. Ultrons just a fight happy and durable robot, I dunno what else to say or how to put it.

I do not think you understand what a megaton is.

Together, the liberal estimate of their combined tonnage is 40 kilotons.

Which is 1/25th of a megaton.

Ignoring the simple matter of the pressure wave, the radiation and heat from a single megaton is enough to kill pretty much anything instantly. If someone were to punch with the force of a megaton, they'd erase a few city blocks behind whatever they were punching. Simply by virtue of the pressure wave.

It's called tact and how to use it. Is brute force the BEST methodology to destroy or fight Ultron? Probably not, unless utilized on the right spots or in a specific point. Does that mean he is invincible? No, as I've stated before, even outside of Marvel and Comic type stuff, I've lost AS Ultron despite all that durability. They were hard lost matches, of course, but its FAR from being impossible and from what I've seen here, if it isnt physical force it'll be something else.

Again, maybe if you opened your fricken EYES I said there are ways to hurt and harm Ultron physically. It's difficult, yes, it's a robot that contends with things that CAN do that easily on a near daily basis, but impossible? Not one bit. Been done before, will be done again I'm sure will be done in the future...Or anyone can just use Magic or 'special abilities' and it'd be fine, but what do I know? I'm just basically playing a fricken robot.

As to 'fair and balanced', I dont know WHAT you're on about. The balance part I can see, but no one said Fights, need to be 'fair' in any sense, especially ones in tournament were you're supposed to put an IOTA of effort and brain cells into ensuring a win.
