"Oh I certainly would."

He says with a chuckle.

"Alright, have fun."

He turns back to his job and moves around checking on people playing games when he gets challenged to a game of Yu-Gi-Oh again. He smirks and walks back over to the card area. Knowing the kids skills with the game he grabs his best deck in the shop and sits down. The other players gather round and get set to watch the battle go down.

Walking into the mall, Ele thought about Tyler picking her up and she got a slight feeling of nausea. Biting her lip, Ele knew she would have to sit down with Tyler and set some boundaries... And possible have to explain why. Stopping in the walkway, Ele felt like she couldn't catch her breath, and she leaned against the wall for support as she silently cursed her own brain for being like this. Her automatic response wasn't to start scripting how she would talk to Tyler, it was for her body to fly into a state of panic.

Taking another breath, Ele straightened herself up and steeled her nerves. She needed to get the shopping done.

With the crowd gathered around he couldn't see the state Ele was in so he continued the game. Deciding who goes first, Tyler being chosen to start first, in one turn getting 3 of his best cards out quickly, then loads up his opponents side with cards to block him from playing. Tyler smirks and the guy smiles back. Tyler ends his turn. The guy never seeing Tylers card before that he played plays dark hole, clearing the field. When Tyler doesn't remove the card the guy says.

"All monsters are removed from the field."

Tyler chuckles and says.

"This card is unaffected by card effects."

The guy looks at him then at the card.

"Let me read it."

Tyler turns the card over to the guy and he reads it. The more he reads, more his brow furrows.

"I only have one card that could potentially beat this in the deck..."

He says and looks at his hand shrugging.

"I am probably gonna lose before we get to it but I am gonna try."

He plays a few more cards and ends his turn. Tyler uses the cards effect, filling up the field with tokens then plays a card switching one of the other guys tokens to attack and attacks it for game. Guy laughs and shakes his head.

"Man, I gotta get that deck. How much is the deck?"

"I am selling this deck setup for 125 bucks."

The guy breathes sharply.

"How much for just that card?"

"50 cents."

The just looks at him.

"Seriously?"

"Seriously, unlimited used condition, 50 cents. If you want a full mint 9 or gem mint 10 first edition, $1.25, it is quite a common card, people just don't know him that well."

The guy nods and goes to the counter to buy several cards including the one he so handily got beat with. As the day gets later into the afternoon and evening more and more people leave. Eventually he is left only with a few hardcore duelists who are now dueling, using one of his premade decks. After their duel they buy the decks and leave. He begins closing down the store with just a few minutes to go before the official closing.

Finishing her errands, Ele had a new frame that would fit the railway design, some paints she had run out of, and other things that she would need just for convenience. With her bags in hand, Ele made her way back to Tyler's shop and went right in.

"I'm back!"

She called out, not seeing Tyler.

He walks out from the back after shutting everything off.

"Hey there Ele."

He said carrying a large box.

"Just getting ready to close up shop."

"I can see that,"

She replied with a smile, holding up her bags,

"I was pretty successful with my own ventures today. Do you want to meet up back at the resort?"

"Sure, I am gonna head home first and drop a few things off."

He holds up the large case with a smile.

"You are gonna love this."

He shuts off the last of the lights in the shop and walks out with her. He pulls down the shutters on the store and locks it up.

"What is it?"

Ele asked, waiting for Tyler then walking with him towards her SUV. She unlocked it and opened the door to put her bags in the back seat.

He smirks.

"Some things we have been using. Mostly you."

He chuckles.

"I will show you when we're at the resort."

"Me?"

She asked, looking completely confused. Still, she opened the driver side door and got into her car,

"Okay, I'll see you there then. I'll leave the door unlocked so you can just come in."

He nods his head.

"Yeah, you."

He smiles at her.

"Alright, be a couple hours probably but I will see you later."

She smiled and nodded, then boldly leaned forward and gave Tyler a quick peck on the cheek before closing her door and starting up. Waving through the window, Ele blushed and started driving back to the resort.

He chuckles at the kiss from her. He walks across the parking lot to his truck, he climbs up into it and takes off home. Getting a few miles out of the city he see's a Miata sitting on the side of the road on a trailer. He comes to a stop seeing it was for sale. He looks at the price and smiles, grabbing his cell phone to add the number to call the owner later. As he is adding it somebody rolls up.

"You interested in my car?"

A teenage boy asks as he walks up.

"As a matter of fact, yeah, especially if that price isn't a misprint."

"No, it isn't a misprint. I pulled the engine from it to build a dune buggy with. It was easier to buy the whole car than it was to buy just the engine."

"Alright. I will do that deal right now."

"Sweet. You have money?"

"I do."

He reaches into his pocket and pulls out 5 $100 bills and hands it over.

"Trailer come with it?"

"Yeah, bought the car myself with the trailer so it goes with it."

Tyler nods and shakes his hand. He gets the trailer hooked up and the lights hooked up. He heads back home and drops some things off and tries to decide whether or not to take the car with him or save it for later. Finally he decides to leave the car at home, electing to drive his minivan to the resort. He rolls up to the suite and parks, hitting a switch and with a loud hiss the van drops to the ground.

In the suite, Ele had sat back down with her painting to add a few more details, her headphones in again as she sang and worked. When she had arrived back at the suite, she'd put away her shopping and had grilled a couple chicken breasts with brushetta and garlic bread for when Tyler came over. It was warming in the oven now with a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge.

Sitting back, Ele pulled one knee up to her chest as she stared at the painting, her music blocking out the world.

Seeing her through one of the windows he decides to have a little fun. He throws the van in park and starts giving it gas, the turbos on it begin spinning and the engine sounds like a jet getting ready for take off. He bounces the engine off of the rev limiter, he gets off of the gas and a hiss from the blow off valve could be heard with a pop from the exhaust. He turns off the van and gets his stuff out. He begins walking up, carrying the case.

A loud noise made Ele jump in alarm, yanking the headphones from her ears and getting to her feet in alarm. Seeing it was only Tyler, Ele pressed a hand against her chest as she pulled in deep breaths and walked to the front door to hold it open for Tyler,

"Dude! You scared the crap out of me!"

"Was it the pop or the whistling?"

He asked and walked in. Coming by her, he pecks her cheek with a smirk. He walks over to the kitchen table and sets the case on the table with a smirk.

"Now, yesterday we did something that was lots of fun, for both of us. What was it?"

"Both, but mostly the pop. It sounded like a gun,"

Ele said, letting Tyler give her a kiss and following him to the kitchen. Still confused, Ele crossed her sweater tighter around her body and relaxed as she pursed her lips and thought,

"The water park was fun for both of us, then the animals, and painting."

Ele recited the things they had done yesterday that had given them both a lot of fun, but she was still lost,

"Why?"

"I brought my low rider mini van with the sports car engine, it backfired a little cuz I bounced the engine off of its max rpm."

He opens the case and sitting in there were 2 dozen mini paint cups and a small airbrush. All of which sat in their own depressions in the foam lining. On the other side was an easel with a pad heavy duty paper made for paints.

"Mini airbrush set. We do have metal flakes in bags underneath the lining on one side but on the deeper side is an air pump. You can plug this case in and paint with it."

Looking in the box, Ele's eyes went wide as she saw the contents. The airbrush set was beautiful, and there was even an easel and paper.

"Wow..."

She breathed, reaching in and picking up the gun. The weight felt nice in her hand, and it was smaller than the one she had used at Tyler's, much more suited for Ele's hand,

"Tyler... This is amazing!"

Setting the gun down again, Ele smiled at Tyler then reached over and took his hand in hers.

I have something to show you too. Come on."

Pulling Tyler to the back of the suite, Ele motioned to the photo realistic painting of the railway design.

"I usually let it dry, then frame it and give it to the customer, but since you're here..."

She shrugged then looked down at the floor,

"You can tell me if you don't like it. I won't be offended."
