"Ah, it seems that I have found myself in yet another new place."
I say to myself as I gaze curiously around at the unfamiliar surroundings with bright, slitted eyes. My paws were heavy, and my body was bone-achingly sore from the many countless days traveling in search of a new home.
Each and every place I had called 'home' in the past has crumbled, leaving the survivors, myself included, to take it upon ourselves to journey to far distant lands on a quest to find someplace new to stay.
As I peer into my new discovery, slightly hesitant on making my way inside, memories of the past trickle through me, reminding me of days I spent in my kit-hood at a tiny site, filled with other kits who knew little of the true meaning of living and communicating with others through no more than quick, undetailed words and sentences.
Then when that home fell apart, I had searched and found my more recent home, a small, yet cozy kingdom where I had lived, laughed, and loved dearly for many, many years. But, like the other, it had disintegrated, leaving me where I stand today...
"I suppose I could give this place a shot..."
A small sliver of hope traced it's way through my tired body as the words left my lips, causing my ears to prick, my whiskers to quiver in excitement, and my heavy paws to lift once more to carry me into this strange, newfound place.
A place that I wanted so very much to call home.

Haha, though I really do hope I can make this place my new home. Aside from reading, watching anime and playing videogames, I absolutely love to write, and I'm not very picky about the topic either. Exploring the many genres in roleplaying is what makes my life as a writer that much more fun and exciting!
After the last place fell apart, I've been searching non-stop for a friendly, long-lasting site; one that I don't have to worry about shutting down.
That might be a little far-fetched, but either way I'm going to go out on a limb and see where this new place takes me, and I can't wait to make new friends and create new memories.
