Personality:
Growing up as the heir of the Senju bloodline, some may naturally assume that Tetsuo would be a conceited, arrogant individual, hanging off of the lapels of his father's legacy. Naturally, they would be incorrect. His father taught him to be a respectable man that stood up for those weaker than him, and his mother only strengthened his teachings, refusing to let her only son grow up into a spoiled bully.

As a result of the Clan's training, and the love of his family, Tetsuo grew to be a confident, cool-headed young man, intelligent and hard-working. He has learned that he can only reach his goals by never giving up, and his determination is what keeps him going in the rough patches in life, through thick and thin. Family and close friends means the world to him, and Tetsuo is fully prepared to go over and beyond to protect those precious to him. No matter what, he attempts to show no fear or hesitation, even if his heart wants to leap out his throat - overcoming it up by focusing on the task at hand. As a Jounin, he cannot afford to lose focus and will in the face of danger, and years of being a Shinobi has solidified his belief in the Will of Fire. At the drop of a dime, he can become cold and fierce, especially if his students, teammates, or innocents are injured. Because of these qualities of character, he has often been seen as a leader by strangers, friends, and comrades alike, even if he doesn't necessarily ask for such a role.

However, like all humans, Tetsuo isn't perfect. Despite attempting to keep a clear mind most of the time, the young Senju heir finds himself rather annoyed with overly-loud people, and is quite willing to make himself known in order to shut them up if it becomes overbearing. This can easily end with an argument or fight, although Tetsuo tries to keep patient enough not to start a screaming match. In the event of a fight, Tetsuo shows no hesitation, although he will restrain himself if it's between him and an ally. Similarly, Tetsuo is quite the competitive individual, and his fierceness is increased ten-fold in games or spars, the young man hating the idea of losing. However, at the same time, he knows when to hold back - especially against friendly opponents that are weaker and younger than him. Like all Shinobi worth their salt, he can make mistakes - he just tries to minimize those mistakes where he can. He has tutored and helped many younger ninjas in his time, but Tetsuo has never taken on students. Regardless, judging by his over-all personality and skill, it is not amiss to assume that he'd be an excellent sensei.

As far as sense of humor goes, Tetsuo has a rather sarcastic, dry, on-the-spot wit. He's easily amused by clumsy or excitable behavior, and is usually the guy smirking or grinning as he watches his teammates, proteges, or friends make a fool of themselves.

This requires Tetsuo to put more effort into chakra control exercises, although the usage of basic genjutsu techniques is nearly impossible for him.
