Kensuke Nimatsu

Nodding as his students arrived, at least, all but one, he mentionned them to stay put untill their last member'd arrive. "We'll wait for your last teammate to arrive." He said, giving both of his students a friendly look. In the last minute a new genin, Akira Hasegawa, had been added to his team. He hadn't had as much time to read her files, but that wasn't a problem. He knew enough about the girl that he knew that she was quite distant. She was said to be a relatively friendly girl, but she had already earned a name for herself amonst her class and teachers for not taking any unfairness at all, and being extraordinarily rancunous. Looking at the girl he couldn't quite say if he saw that in her, but nevertheless... The Hyuga boy however looked as they had said. A sort of naive trust in his environment made him seem quite gentle and friendly. But that wasn't what a shinobi should have in their arsenal, now was it?

"If you're bored, you can do some laps. Without endurance there won't be much training anyways."

Shizumi Uchiha
Team 6
(Hidden Leaf Genin)
"Can I go now, mom!"

Shizumi rushed to the front of his family's floral shop, grabbing another boxe and taking it to the back. "Keep up that pace and you'll be out of here in no time!" Shizumi's father said as he hung some of the potted plants in the window. Shizumi ran back to the front of the shop, hoisting another box over his small, broad shoulder. "Why did a supply of fertilizer have to come today!" he shouted as he ran it to the back of the store. "It's our job as Leaf villagers to keep the village beautiful. What better way to spruce up the appearance of the village than with beautiful flowers!" his father replied with more than enough cheer in his voice. There was no way Shizumi could actually be mad at his father. After all, the guy is too happy for his own good. Shizumi rushed to the front of the store once more, this time hoisting the last two boxes on his shoulders and running to the back to place them in the storage room. Shizumi shot from the back of the shop with his thumb held high, "ALL DONE, POPS!" he shouted as a great big grin spread from ear to ear. "Very well, baby boy! If your mother doesn't have anything more for you, you are free to go and meet your sensei. Good luck!" his father said as he continued to hang the potted plants.

Shizumi raced out the front door of the shop, running his fingers along the side of the wooden building as he ran to the back to see his mother. He stopped, rubbing the back of his head, "MOM!" he shouted, "CAN I GO NOW, MOM!" he added as he ran farther back into the shop's garden. Shizumi's mother stood up from the flowers she had been working on, rubbing her hands on her apron before touching the boys face, "I don't see why not. It seems like just yesterday you were my baby, and-- and--" she began to sniffle, interrupting her monologue. "Cut it out, ma!" Shizumi said wiping the dirt from his cheek before putting on a huge grin, "I'll be just fine!" His mother smiled at the boy, she was proud of the confidence that burned inside of his belly. Plus, she knew he had to be ready, he'd been wearing his headband ever since he earned it. She wiped small tears from her eyes and she took the boy's image in once more, "Go on" she said, "AND BE CAREFUL!"

Shizumi dashed from the garden, to the side of the store, to the front and all the way up the street in no time. The boy couldn't help but smile as he ran through the village, waving off the people that acknowledged him. "Is that Shizumi I see" said one of the street vendors. "No time!" Shizumi shouted, holding his thumb up, assuring the man that it was indeed him. 15 minutes of running and Shizumi had finally made it to the steps of the Hokage Monument. Looking up, he could see silhouettes in the golden shine of the sun that hung brightly over Konoha. Racing up the steps, Shizumi shouted "IM'A HERE!" holding up his thumb as he began to reach the top steps, seeing that there was already a student there. "Damn... I wanted to be the 1st here..." he mumbled to himself as he began to walk toward the 2. "I'm Shizumi Uchiha--" pointing to himself, "AND I'M PRESENT!" he said happily, smiling from ear to ear.

Shizuka Nadra
| Kumogakure |

Express something about yourselves and receive one question—all without their third student as well? Shizuka Nadra’s thoughts scrambled to think of what a question could be? or for that matter what sort of answer she should give alongside a polite introduction. Her expression remained blank despite such mental uncertainty. With her arms crossed as she looked over her fellow student, she began to think before returning her gaze to her to-be teacher, a person who seemed to want to get to the point of things rather immediately but not in an impatient matter.

“Right.” She spoke with a sense of obedience, albeit quietly.

“My name is Shizuka Nadra, and I’ve just recently become a genin as expected. I’d say… that I’d like to achieve something great, something worthy of the clan Shizuka.”

Nadra wasn’t quite sure of her answer though it did speak some truth—to become better and revered like her grandfather Shizuka Hitachi or her mother Shizuka Junko would be the most important thing. Though she couldn’t say she had independent hopes and dreams at all, almost like her aspirations were programmed into her brain and manner. It was important and it would garnish acclaim, but what would it really do for her? But personal happiness wasn’t exactly something Nadra ever had, even when she was younger.

As for a question, Nadra struggled but eventually thought of something that sdid greatly interest her.

“What was the most important mission you were ever assigned before becoming a jonin-sensei?”

Haruhi Suzumori ~Team Hayashi~

"I hope that sometime in the future we all get to be great friends!"

Haruhi, in the midst of all this action had somehow ended up on her butt, protected by her sensei. Mika Hayashi...? What a pretty name! Well, i guess a pretty lady has to have a pretty name. She stood up as her new teacher told them to put their wepons away. She moved passed Hayashi Sensei and went to retrive her two kunai. The paper was just starting to crumble away to ash. As she picked up her kunai and put them away she spoke softly. "Just in case anyone was wondering, the bomb tags were fake seals that I made a while ago. They weren't really going to explode." she said as she walked over to her team. She put a hand on her hip and went to stand in front of her sensei as she was instructed. "I guess i'll go first with the introductions."

Stay posetive Haruhi. Their people, just like you. Chin up, smile, and speak...

"My name is Haruhi Suzumori...but you guys can just call me Haru. My goals are to travel around and visit all the different villiages of the world and learn how to be a greater shinobi than my Father Shougo Suzumori. My Father passed away when I was little so my Mother and I dont have anyone to look out for us. I decided that i'm going to work hard and get stronger so that I can watch over my Mother and anyone else who is important to me. If I stay at the level I am now, I know theres no way I can protect myself, let alone other people." She stopped and looked at her two teammates. "I'm really excited to get to know you guys. I can already tell you are both amazing shinobi, no doubt you guys are waaaaay stronger than me. " She looked down at her feet for a moment, a little embarassed for already admitting to being the weakest link. "Also, I know we just met and all but...I hope that sometime in the future we all get to be great friends! And i'll try my best not to hold you guy's back from your goals as well. " she finished. She thought for a moment if she had anything else to say but decided she was done and gave a nice smile at the end. "I think that's about it." she said cheerily.

Nailed it!

Tahekiko Muto

He rose his hand and shook his head, refusing the drink. Listening to his new teammate express herself, he couldn't help but grin in amusement. Before Satoshi could answer, Jun would quickly slide a sentence in. "That's cute, train hard and you might achieve that, believe and train and you will." The grin on his face wasn't erased, Jun never took things seriously, hearing her voice, the strength and solidness it carried was the reason he grinned in amusement. [b]" I don't know if its my turn, but my name is Tahekiko, I come from the Muto family. I'd rather you call me Jun because it makes me feel at home, and believe it or not... Safe. I want to be a Shinobi, that is my goal for now, might change in the future, who knows?"

He tried to think of a question, he wanted to keep it simple and short even though he loved long stories. "What is our team mentor's name?"

Hyuuga Ezuri

Ezuri was looking around the training fields, it was not the biggest around here but it wasn't exactly small either. He wondered what they would be doing today and who his teammates will be. the latter of those questions came sooner then expected as a girl came running over and apologized for being late. She smiled at him "It's very nice to meet you, my name is Akira Hasewaga" Ezuri smiled back at her "Hyuuga Ezuri, my pleasure". Instead of waiting for their third teammate Kensuke-sensei ordered them to do a few laps, if they were bored. But that sounded rhetorical.

Ezuri shrugged and looked at Akira a brief moment before setting off on his first lap around the training grounds. He was confident about his chakra control and Taijutsu skills but his endurance and stamina were certainly not amongst the highest of the newly graduates. Making sure he would not utterly exhaust himself he jogged a few laps while waiting for the last of his teammates to arrive.

Yoshikuni Sadako

Kuni nodded her head as she heard Eiji say that they were going to do some heavy training "I have one question, Eiji-sensei." She said, looking at both him and Shiro, and now she appeared to have calmed down a bit "How can we do heavy chakra training? It's not like we can lift chakra or move it without moving ourselves or other people." She said, and tried thinking about how would it be possible.

She then thought about the fact he asked them to try and avoid using any jutsus on their way there, making her slightly annoyed, as she realised it meant it was going to be a boring trip on the way there, unless her teammate decided to make small talk and then they would be able to get to know each other. Giving the two a smile, she raised her fist in the air "Besides that question, I am ready to go, so you can answer my question on the way there!" She said and lowered her fist, keeping the smile on her face.
Chou Minori

Coming down from the tree after their sensei introduced herself and made a clear observation of the last thing each member did, Chou thought about saying that she can punish her all she wanted, but decided that would be a waste of time, as it will probably lead to a punishment, which she would not perform, and then more punishments, thus leading the two into an endless cycle. Approaching her sensei and team members, she did not pay attention to what Haruhi said, no did she care. After she arrived next to them, she took out her small scroll, placed it on the ground open and the Bo staff next to it before doing a few seals and placing her hand on the scroll, making the Bo staff disappear.

Getting up from the ground, she noticed Haruhi had finished speaking, and wondered if it meant they now expected Chou to speak. She let out a small sigh before speaking "My name is Chou." She said and afterwards turned to look at Rai, waiting to "hear" what he has to say. She did not intend to let any of them know what her goals were unless she thought they could be of use.

Satoshi Jun,
Kumogakure Specialized Jounin of Team 3.

The answers!''

He ordered his glass of sake as it seemed his student didn't want anything to drink. Not really surprised nor worried by it, the young man still looked and appeared calm. Hearing them and their questions, Satoshi looked up to the ceiling as he was thinking hard about the answers. ''Both of you have interesting questions. My name is Satoshi Jun. As for my first mission before becoming a specialized jounin, that is an interesting one.'' Satoshi responded. The waiter came back and set the glass of sake on the table. Nodding and mumbling thanks, before picking it up. Looking at the sake, Satoshi continued. ''There were some troubles at the border. Before I was a Specialized Jounin, I was a member of the Black Watch. A border patrol unit that operates in several groups. They keep the border between the Frost and Lightning safe and under watch. Most people that go over the border are often watched and followed by the Black Watch. My mission was to lead a group of several members in order to keep track of a group of merchants. The reason was because a few sensors noticed something odd. A big amount of chakra was sensed in one of the cars. Apparently they had something in mind. My mission was to capture them and securing the odd item.''

Satoshi took a sip of his sake. He let out a relieved kind of sigh. The mission wasn't that special. At least he had done what was just right. At least in his opinion. ''Most of the Black Watch are trained to hide and move, surprising our targets with the first strike. That said, I lead the team and we managed to overwhelm the targets. It were a bunch of rogue nin. Possibly members of the fallen Antare clan. They had a kind of chakra bomb. Apparently some weren't over from the fact the Third Raikage wasn't in power. Or somebody keeping the corrupted clan in their position. After that, I was promoted to become a Specialized Jounin.'' Satosi said, taking a sip of his sake as he looked at both his students. ''So.. Now that has been said, I suggest go to a trainingsfield and see what you both have.'' He told them, rising up from his seat. Putting some money on the table, he left a tip before waiting on his students. If they would b ready, they would go right away to the most nearby training field. Around twenty minutes walking.

Shinri Rai

Rai was interrupted by their sensei - he knew Jounins were fast, but she was way faster than he imagined. He listened to critique about his swung and pulled away his hand from her grasp and sheathed his blade, listening to her instructions.Mika Hayashi, he though for himself, she sure knows how to move. It is expected. After all she is a Jounin. Looks like a skilled assassin, too. If she wouldn´t intervene, I would teach that girl how to attack. Though, just in case ... I better be careful with her. He ignored most of her instructions as he though - he did not come here for chit chatting. Why was he even there in the first place? Because some instructor at the Academy finally assigned him after his trials? Whatever the reason, he did not care. He just wanted to progress his own ends.

He then listened to that Haru girl and he realized he can have sympathies with her goal - after all, Rai´s goal was almost the same. He aimed to surpass both of his parents in certain ways. Neither of them were what he expected his parents to be. Rai was an assassin, and he knew it. Anyway, he decided he had to know Haru better. As for the reasons, they escaped even him. Then, the other girl, Chou started to talk, but she stopped. Rai raised his eyebrows in curiosity and looked at her. Seeing she would not continue, he took his turn." My name is Shinri Rai. As Haru, I want to work to improve my skills and abilities - especially my ... assassination skills. I have no other motivation - maybe if to keep living at the expense of my enemies. Bloody or bloodless, I don´t care.I do look forward to working with all of you."

He then gave Hayashi a questioning look as if asking if she was satisfied with the answer. One way or another, that was all Rai felt like telling them.

Hiroshi Hon, Sensei of Team 6

Hiroshi was still meditating together with Hirudora when he heard the first steps of somebody approaching. He turned towards the newcomer with a warm smile on his face. The girl was cleanly in a hurry from the village and he could not blame her. Well, he could not blame anybody for being late to this meeting - the Hokage Momunemt was quite some distance. But regardless, he was glad she made it here so early." Good day to you as well, Shinkō-chan. I see you are well informed about your future team - that is a good sign. We shall now wait for the rest of our team to arrive before we start our first exercise. You can sit down in front of me while we wait." with that, he gestured her but before anything could happen, he heard another voice approaching the Hokage monument. It looked like Team Six was gathering after all. He turned to the newcomer as well and greeted him with an equally warm smile - a sincere, warm smile as all of his smiles were.

Shizumi Uchiha, the second member of his team, a member of the Uchiha Clan. Hiroshi heard several rumors about Uchiha shinobi being considered to be some of the best The Leaf has to offer. He had no doubts the boy has the potential, he just needed guidance. Something Hiroshi was glad to offer."Good day to you as well, Shizumi-chan. My name is Hiroshi Hon and starting today, I am your Sensei. I am glad you made it in such a short notice. Your teammate, Shinkō-chan is already here. I suggest you sit down next to her while we wait for the last member of our team. Then, we can start with our first exercise." With Shinkō and Shizumi arriving, Hiroshi continued to observe the village from atop the Monument. It was bathing in the rays of sun ... and as always, a marvelous place to behold.

Masami Hyuuga

How high can The Rising Star rise?

Masami was finishing her morning routine exercise that lasted from a ninety minute training session focused on all aspects of her combat arsenal. Stretching, molding chakra, training her Byakugan and most importantly, a thirty minute practice with the Gentle Fist style. The last ten minutes consisted of a meditation, to call herself down and let the exercise sink in to her body. She felt better and better after each of her training sessions, but today was something special for another reason as well. She was to start taking on missions again, though she was no longer assigned to Zakito-Sensei, All she knew about her new Sensei was that he is a relative to both Zakito-sama and Hiro-sama as well. She was quite excited to meet another Hon - so far, she was amazed by most of them. Shinobi with great individual skill as well as warm and bright personalities. A great source of inspiration for her. Finishing her meditation, she was ready to head out - which she did immediately.

She used the roofs this time to get a little bit of extra exercise, and she was glad to avoid the stress of the streets. Leaping from roof to roof, she felt great - she felt in shape, ready for missions, to meet new people. She made it to the training fields in no time and already spotted two person present. One of them was a younger girl, the other a seriously looking older man - definitely their Sensei." Good day to You all. I am Masami Hyuuga and I was assigned to your team, with a note to meet you here. I do look forward to work with both of you, completing missions and training a lot together!"

Haruhi Suzumori

Alright...its official. I'm amongst a pack of cold blooded killers. Maybe I should request a different team. Hopefully with people who wont kill me in my sleep for the joy of watching and....oh i dunno... people who like...smile?

Haru kept a smile plastered on her face as the last member of Team 14 anounced himself as an assassin-in-training. In truth she felt horribly afraid for her life. She hadent realized shed been assigned to a team of people who apparently didn't like interacting normally with others. She sighed softly and turned away from her team. How in the world am i going to do this...? She closed her eyes. Please Dad...watch over me. With that she turned back around and suddenly an amazing idea came to her head, but she didnt voice it. She simply waited for her sensei to say something, not sure if she was supposed to get permission to speak or not.

Rika Suzu - Godaime Mizukage

The day had been going well so far. The most recent class of Academy students had been organized and assigned to teams, and most were probably meeting for the first time. Though the thought of young genin on their first day was cute, it did not bring a smile to the young Mizukage's face. Rika sat behind her desk, donning her Mizukage robes and hat, while she glanced over some papers. With notably keen interest. A sharp rap at the door was followed by an ANBU entering the room. The young masked man kneeled before Rika, in the center of the room. "What have I been called to do, Lady Mizukage?" he asked calmly, bowing his head downwards in respect. Silently, Rika stood up and walked around her desk. The ANBU didn't notice her hovering above him until she spoke. "Take these to Kimi Iomaski. These are her orders. You will also be accompanying her on her journey," Rika explained, before walking back to her desk. The ANBU looked them over for a moment, before glancing upwards. "We are going to the Wolf Country. Understood," he confirmed aloud, getting a nod of agreement from Rika. "Kimi will be in charge. Your job is to relay any messages or provide assistance in any fashion should the need arise. Now, make haste," Rika commanded. The masked man nodded, before politely exiting the room. Once in the hall, he took off at a run. Rika sat behind her desk and sighed, before turning to look out the window. She could see the Mizukage Mansion from the Office, and her mind began to wander...

Katsuko Moto

The teenager sat on his bed. He was fully clothed, and in fact just finished putting on his shoes. He seemed as ready as ever. Next to the orange-haired kid lay a sleeping white cat. With his clothes on, Katsuko only had a few more things to do. He stood up and silently walked over to his dresser. On the top of it lay a worn Konohagakure headband. That of his father, Jinkama. He picked it up and looked at it for a moment. It was older than he was, after all. And though his father's death was nearly seven months ago now, it was still fresh in his mind. Katsuko gripped the headband tightly, before carefully putting it on. With that, he opened the dresser and withdrew some bandages. Slowly and carefully, he wrapped the bandages around his knuckles. With them nice and tight, he clenched his fists and turned to look back at his bed. His cat, Hana, still remained motionless and asleep. With a sigh, Katsuko turned toward his door and exited his room.

Outside the Moto Estate's main house was a small dojo. The sun wasn't quite up yet, but Katsuko was hard at work. Inside the small training area, Katsuko began practicing. Some aerobic and callisthenic warm-ups, Katsuko began practicing his taijutsu on a dummy set up. Though he felt he didn't need practice at this point, having developed to the point of challenging his father, but he could still hear the voice in his head telling him to continue practicing so he wouldn't get dull. By the time he was done with this, the sun was up and he had worked up a sweat. The dummy was relatively new before he began, but now it looked rather destroyed. The bandages around his knuckles were a bit dirtied as well, but he paid no mind. Now it was time for kenjutsu practice. The teenager walked over to the sword rack on the back wall of the dojo. Eight swords, all displayed in glory on the wall. With hesitation, Katsuko chose one and unsheathed it. While he was admiring the blade, he heard the door to the dojo open.

It was his mother. "Kat, I made you breakfast. You better hurry and eat it before you arrive late to your meeting," she remarked. Katsuko looked over his shoulder at his mother, before looking back at the sword. He re-sheathed it and placed it back on the wall. This time, when he turned around, he had a smile on his face. "Great! I'm starving and half certain I'm going to be late anyways," Katsuko joked, following his mother back to the house. Ten minutes later, he was bolting out the front door. He was right about being late and didn't realize it until he had seen a clock while eating his mother's pancakes. The Moto Estate was several kilometers from Konohagakure, but Katsuko made it in no time. Once he was a block away from the tea house, Katsuko stopped and calmed himself down. After all, he didn't want to look like he ran all the way there. Rather casually, Katsuko walked the rest of the way and approached his team. Ryo was absent, but Yumi and Tsubasa were there. "Sup guys," he greeted them with a grin, before taking a seat next to Tsubasa. Upon looking at the two, he felt a bit strange not wearing his flak jacket, but the feeling soon passed.

Suzume Hanamoto
Team 6

Finally she arrived at the place she was supposed to meet. On top of the damn Hokage's monument. It had been such a long walk to get up there. And whatfor, really? She sighed. Eversince she had arrived here in Konoha because of people at the court of the Land of Iron fidning out she could perform jutsu and was in facta shinobi, things had only turned for the worse. Initially she had felt quite okay here, and had looked down on the uneducated and lowly people around her, even her sensei. The only respect she held for them was their skill. But as a civil war suddenly broke out, maiming her sensei and leaving her stuck in Konoha due to her political status, she had grown bored under the strict supervision she was placed on. She still hadn't done anything but sit in her house when Shoji arrived, and the opression of shinobi arts commenced. She had met another Hanaomoto there. Ren. An interesting and quite okay person. A bit too narrowminded, but an okay partner to work with. Sadly, he had suddenly disappeared one day in order to never return. Once again imprisoned under strict supervision, she had waited out the rebellion.

And then she got the news that both of her parents died in a tragic accident. It had been quite a shock, but not of the kind you'd expect from a 16 year old girl. She had been disappointed. Her parents had let her down. They had probably been murdered in some plot, and that was their own doing. Because of that they placed her in this position. Her political status was removed and she finally was given freedom again, but for what? She had noone left. Not even inheriting her family's goods due to smart political play by her parents' enemies, she now was stuck here in the middle of a shinobi village she didn't care about with only the clothes she wore and the weapons she carried.

And now she arrived here, on top of the monument, two years after first having seen them, after two years of never leaving their watchfull gaze.

"Hello."

Nori Osamu - Team 5 Leader

The young man sat alone at the training field. Nori was perched on a large rock, with a cup of coffee in his hands visibly steaming. Though he was very early to his team's meeting, he was far from prepared. This wasn't the first time his team was "reorganized." And with Otho being moved elsewhere, Nori now had only fresh faces to deal with. And considering he didn't know a single one of them and likely none of them knew him, he was going to have to learn about his students before any real plans could be made. He let out a sigh before taking another sip of his coffee. Nori looked up to the sky now. He judged that it was about time that his genin should be showing up. What should I make them do? he thought to himself. I can test them like I did my last set. That could work. But I am more curious as to how they will work together rather than how they will survive together. Perhaps I should do something a bit different. A twist... Another sip of the coffee. Then a smile formed on Nori's face.

Kira Sami

The house was empty. Emptiness she had grown used to. The young girl sat at the kitchen table, with a cup of water in her hands on the table itself. At first it was lovely with her parents gone. Nobody to talk down to her, to command her, to yell at her. And the solo missions she has been doing have kept food in the house. She didn't need them to survive. But as the days became weeks, and the weeks became months, Kira began to taste regret. It was hard to imagine herself saying it, but she loved her family. Now, they were just two more names on the list of those lost. She brought the cup to her mouth and took a sip. The water was cold and refreshing, but she still couldn't quite get over the deafening silence. Once Kira set the cup down, she closed her eyes to focus on listening. Now she could at least hear the rain outside.

After a moment of this, Kira stood up from the table. She was already wearing her combat clothes. Next to the door was a coatrack with her kimono and hat, and beside that was her weapons. Kira first grabbed the two fuuma shuriken and strapped them to her back, before grabbing Hungry Ocean. She looked at the powerful sword for a moment and reminisced over its original owner, Kirugetsu Hozuki. Also a name on the list now. She positioned the sword at her hip where it belonged and grabbed the kimono. With that on, all her weaponry and even her shuriken and Senbon pouches were hidden. With the hat as the final piece, Kira was ready to meet her next team. I wonder how long this one will last, she thought to herself as she opened the front door and stepped onto the porch. Sure, it had two jonin this time. But in Kira's mind, they were already names waiting to be on the list. With a sigh, she stepped into the rain and began her walk to the meeting place.

On her way to the training field, Kira couldn't help but think about the last time she was even at a training field. It was with Kirugetsu. She shook the thought from her mind as she made her way across town. Once there, Kira noticed a red-haired kid was loafing around. He didn't seem very smart by her perception, as he wore nothing to protect himself from the rain. Then again, not many people did. Kira adjusted her straw hat and began walking up to him. Her face bore nothing friendly about it, something the kid would likely pick up. Once close enough to not have to raise her voice, but not a bit closer, Kira stopped and spoke up. "Hey," she started, before glancing around. Just to see if perhaps someone else was coming so she wouldn't have to stand here and talk to him. "You must be waiting for the team with two jonin as well."

Ryu Heisui
Dew Islet

Ryu watched the girl carefully as she spoke. He wasn't sure what to think of the girl quite yet, but she seemed harmless enough to open up a little bit to her. He walked a few feet backwards towards the water and plopped down on his butt. "It's okay if your not good with people. All that matters is getting the point across. If you manage that, you can communicate almost anybody." He said with his back turned yo the girl. He sat in the akward silence for a little bit and then continued to speak, "Take this as an example. What is your favorite book? Play? Food? Just simple one or two word answers to these questions create a deeper bond between the two or more people communicating," He chuckled as he took a small breath, "I guess I got a little carried away with my own thoughts. Sorry you had to listen to such nonsense." Ryu laid back and laid down in the sand. He hasn't let his guard down completely, but he decided that nothing eventfull will most likely happen until the last member of the team arrives.

Nariko Jun

Kumogakure ANBU, code name Rakurai.

Orders reached Nariko faster than he would anticipate, but then again he was an ANBU operative. He had to be prepared to carry out orders at a moments notice, and so he prepared his equipment every day. And today, orders reached him - he was to travel to The Snow Country and propose an alliance to them. The orders came directly from Takeru-Senpai, so they had to be important in more than one way. He thanked the man and gave him the message that he is heading out within an hour and will contact Takeru via his messenger summon as soon as he arrives in The Snow Country. He thanked the man for delivering the message and turned to finish his routine chakra molding exercise. In order to keep his Nin-kenjutsu skills at top shape, he did this regularly. The sun was already shining over the village and gave it a golden like appearance. With a last deep breath, he finished his exercise and started to prepare for immediate departure.

As his things were prepared already, he had to do very little preparations by now. He only grabbed some currency and a small pack for of rations enough for one day. He will head to the north for a port. There, he will take a ship through the Gaikotsu bay and he will be in The Snow Country in no time. He donned his ANBU uniform and equipment, strapped his blade to his back. He decided to travel without his mask, but still carried it with himself - he strapped it to his belt. At last, he donned his cloak and pulled up the cowl and left his place. Within minutes, he was out of the village and heading north, towards the coasts of the Lightning Country. If he can keep up his pace, he will reach it within a day or two and can catch a ship to The Snow Country. There, he will carry out the mission to the best of his capabilities.

For the sake of sake.

Natusme

Dew Islet

When her new teammate turned around and sat down she listened to what he was saying. She wasnt telling her anything she didn't already know so she understood his point. That was all well and good but the problem was usually two fold but she had no plans of arguing with him. It was still new to her that she was spoken to so casually. the Smooth silence eventually filled the air between them as well. She leaned against a tree and they waited for their last team member to appear. She actually thought about what he has said to her for a while. " snow on the ocean" she answered in reference to the question about her favorite book. She looked away from him though, back to the foggy mist that continues to drift over the water. hopefully their team mate showed up before the tide came in.
