I'm currently trying to get back into writing and I thought this would be a great place to begin doing so. I enjoy Fantasy, especially Medieval Fantasy as well as Post-Apocalyptic Western and Sci-fi. One on One is preferred and I tend to enjoy taking on the role of a troublemaker, whether overtly or on the subtle side.

Having looked over your preferences, I can assure you you will be able to find roleplays fitting those preferences. It naturally depends on your preferences on further content and level of writing, but having spent some time over in the 1x1 section, I can promise you should be able to find just what you are looking for. And if not, you can always just make an Interest Check of your own and somebody will be there to join you.

Sounds like we have quite a few genres of interests in common and I could imagine that it might be easy to find Roleplays for most of those, especially in 1x1! Whatever genre(s) you end up Roleplaying, I hope that you find what you're looking for and enjoy the time that you spend on here.
