@BingTheWing No worries amigo. Just ask the questions you'd expect yourself to ask in the same situation. I mean, who are we working for, where are we going, what's all this about, who are you, that kinda thing.

I've been trying to get a new PC up and running, and I have a new nephew, so I've been a little out of it. I will get a post up when my turn comes around, but if we want to timeskip that's also fine with me.

Ok folks, I'm gonna write a brief thing about the lot of you arriving at a penthouse apartment in central cambridge. In the meantime, let me explain briefly what the job is so far-

In cambridge, there lives a man names Johannes Markand. He's an officer in a private security firm known as Lockheart Specialist Security Services (LS3) - or, more informally, the Lockheart Firm. Mr. Markand is in charge of security for a set of documents and data storage devices containing the route, schedule, and security measures in place to protect a series of priceless artefacts and antiquities - which the Employer wants to have for himself - on their route in a convoy through the European Union, to their final destination somewhere therein.

Normally, LS3 security is mostly very tight, and thus the data regarding plans to protect these artefacts is highly restricted and extremely well controlled - but Mr Markand has shown himself to be the Single Point of Failure in their plans.

Although he remains one of their few staff in the UK capable of managing such a high end operation, he is also crippled by a need for social status and popularity that leads him to associate primarily with members of the British upper and upper middle classes, and throw remarkably lavish parties in the interest of maintaining the little standing he has with them. These parties are primarily private affairs, but he does not possess the facilities to cater for them properly on his own, and thus has to hire outside help for the food, the drink, and the various types of entertainment, legal or otherwise. This help is often unvetted by the Lockheart Firm, on account of his need to keep these habits a secret from his employers - and that's our way in.

Each of your characters will have a particular strength to play to in order to get the intel needed from his house, but the plan is primarily yours to make, based on the intelligence given to you IC by the three Willingly Employed.

Timeskip complete. Check the last IC post for a vaguely-in-context run down of all that's happened so far, and please badger either me OOC, or any of the three NPCs IC with your questions.

Will do! I'm gearing up to cross the Atlantic for a couple weeks, but I'll get a post up before I go and hopefully another one or two while I'm there once we get there.

@Innis I normally post after you, but if you need me to, I could go ahead and go before this round?

@Kiddo@Innis

I think we should, when a few days have passed with no activity, forgo the active rota and post-as-ready in order to maintain the RP - unless Innis is nearly ready, in which case I retract all of the above.

@Bazmund Innis is in fact in Switzerland for a music course, if memory serves, so they may not get to post as much.

I'll post as soon as I get good wifi and a free hour. I am in fact in Switzerland for a music course and it's fairly intense so I've been exhausted every night when I finally get back to my hotel.

My class is one on one for solo works, like a two-week master class haha, so I'm playing flute lit. Frank Martin's Ballade, Ibert's Flute Concerto, Eldin Burton's Sonatina, CPE Back's Solo Sonata in A minor and Catherine Hoover's Winter Spirits.

I love orchestra though! It's definitely my favorite ensemble to play in. What are you all working on?

@Innis We're actually on tour. Performed in a music school in Dobryczece or some such last night, tonight was in the European music center in Poland. We've got John Ireland's London Overture, Paunufnik's Procession for Peace, Elgar's Polonia, Enigma + Variations, and then encore of Roses of Picardy all in that order. Interval between polonia and variations, as you do. Solo is awesome though - as a second violin, I get none and I'm happy for it. I can do many things with my instrument, but playing well is not among them.

@Kiddo Nice work, Kiddo.
