Hey there Guild!
I've been roleplaying for the past decade or so on various sites and in several tabletop one-shots, and even on this very site once-upon-a-time (though it looked different back then). I decided to sign-up on this site again in the hopes of finding an RP or two to participate in that are of a higher quality than the ones I find on non-RP focused sites, and hopefully even host one in the future. You'll probably see me post the most in the Casual RP section, as I do like having some basic standards to ensure quality of posts, but I also understand the real-life constraints that many people face and make it hard to crank out 3 paragraph posts every time they want to post. That being said I'm not opposed to Advanced RPs if the quality matches the commitment.
I tend to enjoy mid-to-high fantasy RPs, whether it's medieval or science fantasy, as well as RPs based off of popular video games/TV shows/etc. RPs that center around combat or intrigue are big draws for me, though I can also get into things like slice-of-life and romance if the occasion arises. I definitely set high standards for myself when I RP, and I love world and character building. I also enjoy various video and board games, as well as anime and manga, and am a computer science major who writes software from time-to-time. I hope to find an enjoyable experience here on the Guild, and very much wish to dive in to character creation for whatever exciting RPs are out there!
