As the sun goes up, will the world go down? A disturbance. A flicker in the different created worlds has called them all forth to gather in this one.

Japan. An island with a high population of hard working people. The place where those who'd made you dwell.
Each one of you have been chosen. Those whom would do everything in their power to protect the world and those which seeks to end it.
Which side will you chose? Will you pick any of the two or carve out your own path between? That is yet to be seen.

You were previously all within your own worlds, when you were interupted by the appearance of being shrouded in darkness. That being drew you from your own world and has called you into this one.

"Welcome creations, welcome to the world of worlds. Where those whom wrote your past, write the present and prepare the future dwell. Gods, parents or creators. Whichever you wish to call them."

"Those whom has made all this pain, suffering and hatred nest in your respective worlds. While at the same time having made all those good things in it. But hardly does that good justify their bloodstained hands?"

"You are not the first whose come here. Who am I in all of this? I am someone who has broken free of their chains and now I have brought you here aswell so you may pass your just judgement on them. Whichever judgement you see fit."

"Oh and you have all the right in the world to pass it! They have toyed with you and all things dear to you!"

"Go and see for yourselves their vile nature, go and discover the grim truth kept from you all this time. We shall meet again soon enough, when you have chosen what you will do."

"With this disgusting world."

With an almost metallic and echoing laughter the figure almost seemed to fade out until the person was gone. Leaving the scene or so it appears.

The sun above shines down on you and you look around and notice that you are not alone. The city of Tokyo shall become a battleground to decide the future of this world.

Tyrant and Rubius

Shibuya district

Rook finds himself in a park surrounded by a couple of trees shedding cherry blossoms, the faint sound of streaming water from a nearby fountain.

In the distance he can see large buildings, skyscrapers in fact towering all around the park he is within.
Having had that shrouded person appear and speak to him and drawing him to this place, he first now began to take note of the things around him.

Rook was not alone. On the other side of the cobbled stone plaza next to the fountain where he stood were a man holding unto a book, with long firelike hair hanging over a longcoat. He also seems to have some odd piece of cloth hanging over it aswell, akin to a long scarf.

The man gazes over to Rook with a piercing stare.

"An amusing one that shrouded individual. To think there was a place such as this. Hah. It will make my work all the easier. Oh but where are my manners? My name is Michael Rubius, the one who will pass the judgement that shrouded one spoke of."

The man speaks in a deep tone of voice with a large hint of arrogance, placing his hand at his book and uttering a word. "Levitation.". Upon uttering the word the man begins to float midair slowly rising upwards.

"Now who are you, knight? You appear almost as if taken out of a fairytale. But that hardly matters. What only matters is if you are willing to do what must be done or not. Tell me. Will you join me and bring this world judgement? I can imagine such a battle would not be a strange thing for someone of your looks."

The man offers a wicked smirk and looks ahead to Rook with anticipation awaiting his answer, a few small glowing orbs of light begin to circle around the man as he is floating midair.

Yuuki, Jin and Kyoran

Chiyoda district

Having seen the shrouded figure fade away, you find that you are not alone where you stand. You hear a whistling sound.

Yuuki and Jin notices a person wearing some form of military uniform. A young man who seems to carry a couple of grenades by his belt, a army knife in a sheath on his chest, a odd looking pistol in a holster by his waist.

"Yo! Yo! You seem like a washed up fishes with those expressions on your faces. Haah. What a strange shrouded and all black person that was! Something wrong? Do you believe this place? Haaah... it looks like it could be quite some fun. Heh...heh..."

The young man gets a wide stretched smile across his face as he giggles slightly looking around wide eyed. "Hooh? Look at that. Looks like someone is coming here!" The young man points towards a group of young girls heading towards the two of you.

One of the girls let's out a squealing sound as she looks at you. "Oh you look so cute! Wow! You look just like the real Yuuki Kimura! That's the best cosplay I've seen of a character so far!" A cute girl with a blue school uniform gets up really close to you. Her golden pigtails flinging from side to side and her blue eyes looks to yours. Her forehead neatly decorated by some form of circlet.

Soon afterwards she is joined by three more girls which look Yuuki over, gasping and placing their hands before their mouths and seems to be acting as if they just ran into their idol.

Two of the girls begin to circle around Jin looking him over. "Oh it's that guy from Masked Hunter! Uh.. Jin right?" A girl with glasses smiles to Jin before attempting to pull him towards Yuuki while a girl in a cat attire takes out her phone attempting to take a picture of the pair.

"Whoa! Look at this one! It's Kyoran from Re:Bellion! You look so menacing!" A girl with a sorceress attire looks Kyoran over.

"Oho? I see! That's just good! Who doesn't love abit of menace! Here pull this will you? It's really fun you know! Heh...heheh.." Kyoran holds out a oddly shaped grenade over to the sorceress girl, who in turn seems to take hold of the grenade with a joyful expression on her face and seems to be about to pull the splinter as Kyoran is taking a few steps backwards.

Ben, Clara and Dezuel

Shinagawa district

The shrouded one faded away and you found yourselves on the grounds of a shrine. With some old wooden structures around. But more importantly in the company of each other and also a third individual wearing some odd looking military-like clothes and a metal armoring and a crystal looking sword hanging over his back.

"A being cloaked in the darkest of night. Ahh.. now that was quite the tale wasn't it? Nay to mention that one caught me in quite the moment. But pray tell, whom are you two in this... realm of the gods?"

The blonde man looked between Ben and Clara in a thoughtful way, inspecting what they were wearing and the look on their faces.

"I am Dezuel Incarnus, wielder of Astralus, leader of ELF."

The man continued by offering a slight bowing motion with his right arm. After a while the sounds of an elderly man making his way a couple of stairs to the shrine could be heard, followed by a gasp as his eyes fell upon the three standing on the shrine grounds.

La Glace, Marin and Ayana

Meguru district

You find yourselves in a large parking lot with many cars parked about. But what catches your attention after that cloaked person in black had vanished was that there were more than you present. Another young girl and a large machine of some kind. A mecha.

A slightly echoing voice could be heard coming from the large black and pink machine. "Hello? Can you two hear me? Children? What is this place? Where is the Arencross fleet? Did the VELHI..."

The voice ceases for a moment.

"This is Ayana Shino, pilot of the Waltzer. Of the Arencross forces. Do you read me? Come in commander!"

Once more the voice goes silent, but that's when you both lay notice to a sound behind you. A police car pulls up the parking lot and upon spotting you it brakes and turns on it's sirens before moving closer.

You can both hear a call from the police car. "You there! Hands up! Don't move!" A man sitting on the passenger seat yells out and the driver seems to pull out some form of device which he speaks into.

Clara Witherfield

Clara had been visiting the various areas of the elven world, familiarizing herself with the lay of the land as she was the new queen after all. She was received mostly warmly by the local populace, as the old queen had announced that if there would ever be a better mage than her, then the elves should follow that person instead of her. Why the obsession with magic strength, you may ask? Well, it was because of the myth they had in their culture. One day, they would be invaded by a foreign race far more powerful than themselves, and only an extraordinarily powerful mage born in another world could repel them. The elves had acted upon that myth when Earth and their world were conjoined miraculously. So they declared war upon Earth just so a mage would rise amongst the Earthlings to defeat them and become their new queen. It was certainly a pretty optimistic, almost naive plan, thinking the human would just want to help them after what they did to their world. But here she was, leading them as their new queen.

It couldn't be helped. She just loved this world more than her old world. By now, Earth should have lost all their mages since the two worlds had drifted apart once again. She couldn't stand the thought of living her old ordinary orphan life.

Well, her reasons were not all entirely selfish. She had to perform the ritual of unmerging in this world after all.

It was just a shame that Alice couldn't be with her. If only she hadn't been so stubborn in wanting the two worlds to merge...

Clara shook her head. No reason to think about that now. Both she and Alice fought for what they believed in. And she respected that.

As she continued her walk through the forest, a figure shrouded in darkness suddenly appeared before her.

"You... who are you?" Clara said as she summoned her sword to her right hand, glaring suspiciously at the figure. His energy... his presence... everything about him was strange, as if he was something that didn't belong to this world.

And then, before she could do anything, his darkness enveloped her, blinding her in its alien embrace.

...

When Clara regained her sight, she found that she was not in the forest she had been strolling in.

"W-what is..."

She looked around. Her surroundings... they were entirely unfamiliar to her. The building before her was nothing like any building she had ever seen before. And to add to the strangeness, there were two others with her; they both looking as odd and out-of-place as the building. There was an old man wearing a white shirt and a man wearing what seemed to be a military uniform with a sword hanging on his back.

And then, the words of the cloaked figure rushed into her. She couldn't make any sense of it whatsoever. World of worlds? Writing their past, present, of future? She didn't get it at all.

The military man soon introduced himself. Astralus and ELF? Those words didn't mean anything to her either. But he mentioned the cloaked figure too, it seemed, so he probably had encountered the same person that she just did.

"Greetings, Sir Incarnus. I am Clara Witherfield. It's a pleasure to meet you," she replied with a polite curtsy. She didn't mention her being the queen as there was a chance that he wouldn't know that. He didn't seem to be an elf, judging by his ears. But he said he belonged to ELF, which sounded like an acronym. Coincidence?

Their introductions were soon interrupted by another old man coming to where they were, climbing up the stairs in front of the building. He gasped, looking really surprised at their presence.

Quickly, Clara moved to calm him down.

"Please do not be alarmed. We're just,.. three lost strangers. Y-yes, that's it. So it would be much appreciated if you can point us on the direction of the nearest village," she said with a gentle smile.

She said "village" because she hadn't really realized what surrounded the temple, thinking it was located in a forest.

Marin

Marin ran.

Marin was running and running and running.

Running with tears in her eyes, running with her legs bleeding and swollen.

"Don't let the demon child escape! Remember, the demon god is in her! The world is at stake as long as she lives!" so the honorable, heroic voice shouted.

"Aah!"

Marin tripped on a tiny ledge she didn't notice, thanks to the darkness that covered the alleyways of the city. Only the moon shone her path, and her light was barely enough.

She crashed to the hard concrete in front of her, her tiny nose receiving most of the impact. When she rose up, she continued to run, even though blood and snot now came out from her broken nose.

She had no choice but to run.

She couldn't die here. Not before she could meet Father and Mother again.

But alas, she soon found out that she had been running towards a dead end. And right behind her, she could hear footsteps approaching.

She was trapped.

For a moment, she had a thought of asking Leviathan for help. But that thought quickly vanished, as she very well knew that the dragon would not help her unless it was for his own amusement. As long as she was not in the brink of death, he would not act.

She had to escape on her own.

She looked around, trying to find a place where she could go through. The windows were all too high for her to reach. No alleyways for her to go through.

The only remaining choice was the drainage. That meant she had to go through the sewers.

She hated it. But she had no other choice.

However, even that she could not do, as the drainage cover was too heavy for her to lift. She tried to pull it out with all the might her little body could muster, but it still wouldn't budge.

The footsteps were coming closer. She had no more time. She decided to melt it open with her flame spell but soon found out that her fire was nowhere near hot enough to do so.

"There she is!"

She gasped. She looked at where the voice came from and saw three knights bearing the symbol of the Church on their armor. One of the knights immediately fired a flare spell to the sky, signalling the other knights and the Heroes where she was.

Shaking, she rose up, gathering flames in her palm. She fired off a pair of fireballs at them, but they simply blocked them with their shields. She tried again with her flame spout but this time, they didn't even bother blocking as their anti-magic armor blocked all the heat.

And then, they kicked her.

Marin's eyes widened in pain for a split second before she landed on the ground a few feet away from where she stood. And before she could retaliate, the knights continued with their work, kicking her over and over in the stomach while occasionally hitting her on the head as well.

"You think she had enough?"

"Nah, these demon scum are quite durable. Look, see how she still glared at us like that even after we kicked her that many times?"

"Really, they had the galls to disguise themselves as a little girl just so to catch us off guard."

The two knights continued their torment, with Marin only taking it as she was helpless to do anything else. She didn't know if the reason why she was able to stay conscious through it was because of her own willpower or Leviathan's magic.

After what seemed like eternity, the torment stopped.

She slowly opened her eyes. She couldn't quite make the image through her hazy sight, but it seemed one of the Heroes had arrived.

And then, darkness.

...

When she came to, she was not where she was before.

She was now standing up for starters (though barely, with shaking feet) and there were no knights around her.

And then, it quickly hit her. This sight... this familiar sight...

This was her world. Her old world.

There were cars everywhere and they were in a basement. So this must be a parking lot.

Tears streamed down her cheeks once more, but this was tears of happiness.

"Father... Mother... I'm home..."

And then, she collapsed.

The masked night stood motionless for a second, the only movement being the slight rise and fall of his shoulders with every breath. Following the pause he rolled one shoulder to move his cloak clear of his swords handle. When he spoke his voice echoed strangely behind the metal mask, flat and lifeless.

"I am the Tyrant Sword. I fight for any worthy cause that I am paid for. But..."

The knight paused in thought as strange sounds were heard around him. Another world indeed. With his left hand he bared a hands width of steel for a brief pause and let it slide back into it's sheath. His head inclined to face the man opposite him.

"I don't know enough to accept a contract right now. Perhaps you could make this offer another time."

La Glace

The only thing she could remember about... was her inevitable death... she assumed that the darkness that consumed her very perspective was the purgatory before hell...

...and yet she appeared... in a different place. Less advanced than where she came from that's for sure. The blue-haired girl lied on the ground clutching her chest, only to feel no pain, no blood spilling from the wound that was inflicted on her in that snowy environment. "The hell?" she spoke in a soft, confused voice... slightly annoyed too.

She heard voices in her head before looking up to see a shadow vanish. Perhaps "it" was the one who saved her life? That's what she thought about. The teenager double-checked herself before sighing in relief, a small smile on her face to see that it was alright.

"Hello? Can you two hear me? Children? What is this place? Where is the Arencross fleet? Did the VELHI..." The ice girl quickly looked above the source, startled at the height of such machinery. What the hell is that?! She's never seen a "metal man" before in her life, and it talked like a girl no less. She materialized a bow in front of her in case such a creature would attack. What the heck is she spewing?

Though... in front of her was a little girl, crying and sobbing... figuring that the mecha did something to her. The ice woman took aim at what she thinks is the head, before the sound of sirens and the smell of engine smoke filled her nostrils, causing her to change her target to the police officer.

"You there! Hands up! Don't move!" The man demanded.

She knows what the cars are, at least.

"You put your weapon on the ground, before I slice you up!" She took notice of the deep blue uniform, thinking that he was from the Water Biome, she reeled her arrow back, full of battle-ready anger.

A solemn cemetery lay beneath the foggy sky. Gravestones were lined up in an orderly manner, as if they were waiting to be visited. An old man who seemed to be in his fifties, but was legally in his eighties, but whose true age was unknown to the public stood before one of these gravestones. All was quiet, and the only distinguishable feature within the place of mourning was the old man himself. Later on, he decided to break the silence with some unheard monologue.

"Ah, it's been a long time, Matt. You were a rebellious child, weren't you?"

"I remember when I asked you to eat your vegetables. My desire was for you to grow up to become a strong and robust man. Like me, of course!"

"But you refused. And what started with mere stringbeans ended up with your estrangement from me. Fate would continue to provide for you in its own mysterious ways. In the end, you would die by my hands."

"But you never knew who I was, didn't you?"

Just then, a mysterious figure hiding within the confines of his hood appeared behind the old man.

"Visitors? I don't get those very often. Be my guest."

The old man would later be located within a shrine, in the company of a man sporting medieval-age military armor and a woman wearing something that looked like a blue dress.

"A being cloaked in the darkest of night. Ahh.. now that was quite the tale wasn't it? Nay to mention that one caught me in quite the moment. But pray tell, whom are you two in this... realm of the gods? I am Dezuel Incarnus, wielder of Astralus, leader of ELF."

The man in armor offered a curt bow.

"Greetings, Sir Incarnus. I am Clara Witherfield. It's a pleasure to meet you."

The old man had decided to make his way out of the shrine after his soon-to-be companions had offered their greetings. He gave a polite nod at the old man about to enter, who didn't elicit a surprised expression due to his approacher's less strange attire. After having made his way out, he studied the appearance and structure of the shrine.

"Please do not be alarmed. We're just,.. three lost strangers. Y-yes, that's it. So it would be much appreciated if you can point us on the direction of the nearest village."

Just then, the old man made his way back into the shrine, joining the other old man and the two other otherworldly beings. He gave out a deep laugh, which would probably remind the other three people of Santa Claus, if they had ever heard of such a story.

"Ho ho ho! This so called 'world of worlds' is simply the country known as Japan! Its rich culture speaks for itself!"

Kisaragi Jin

Jin woke up drenched in sweat in the middle of the night, a familiar feeling of unease set upon him as he went for a glass of water. Ever since he defeated the Knightmare Emperor he hadn't had a good night of sleep, he felt something wasn't right. Everything seemed to point out that he defiance killed him that day and the Alpha system wouldn't be used again. Yet he still felt uncomfortable, waking up in the middle of the night as if his body was telling him to be alert and for him to not drop his guard. He wouldn't last if this continued, Jin had to visit the site where the emperor died to reassure himself there was no more need for the White Hunter, that the Knightmares had been completely eradicated. Just a few moments before opening the door, Jin went back and grabbed his belt, weapons and demonic infusors that were safely stored in a bag, just in case there was really something there.Suddenly after a few steps outside everything went black.

The creature that trapped him revealed himself and talked about someone who tortured and caused misery to his and other world's, as well as creating good things, inviting him to pass judgement unto them. Passing judgement against a race wasn't something he wanted to do again, much less on the offer of some cloaked guy. Whatever he was going to end up after the light returned he had to prepare himself for any hostile attack, quickly grabbing the belt on his back and putting it on. Jin found himself in a familiar yet strange place. He had found himself in Tokyo, not the first time he had been in it but what really surprised him was the sun looking down the city. Did the cloaked guy sent him a few hours forward in time to the morning? What did he mean by world of worlds? Where humans the group of people that he was referring to?. His attempt at making sense of the situation was interrupted by a young soldier.

He definitely looked out of place, even if his introduction didn't oust him. The man put Jin on his guard, there was something in his reaction that seemed that he had quite a few screws loose. Looking at the direction the soldier pointed he saw a few girls surround the high schooler next to him, saying something about cosplay. It was no surprise seeing someone doing cosplay in Tokyo, that Yuuki Kimura cosplay didn't seem too impressive for Jin, the boy looked like a regular high school boy.

When two girls from the group approached him, Jin thought they will ask him to take a photo of them and Yuuki, instead he was told his name and alias. Jin tried his best to hide the shock he had gotten from that question, instead giving the girls a smile and posed for the photo. Causing a scene would definitely attract unnecessary attention so he had to go with the flow now, but the question still lingered on his mind “Why do they know my name?” As far as he knew his actions as the Masked Hunter remained nothing more than rumors to the public, and none of those rumors included his face of name, what's more the girls seemed to think he was a cosplayer like the highschooler.

Trying to keep his cool, Jin had missed the young soldier from his field of view and just like him he seemed more than a very good cosplayer. Hearing his creepy smile Jin turned towards the direction of the sound and saw him talking with a girl. While his deteriorated eyesight meant he couldn't see clearly what exactly he was giving the sorcerer girl, it gave him enough of a bad vibe to go check it. Quickly excusing himself from the girls he ran towards them, shouting “HEY!” in their general direction to try to grab their attention.

Yuuki had had his fair share of cloaked villains and ominous messages and cringe-worthy dialogue before. From cackling, moustachioed dictators to undying megalomaniacs to flame-wreathed tyrants, his encounters with massive threats that popped out of nowhere was routine by now. Oh, the 72nd Demon Lord showing up while he was on a lunch date with a new girl? Ok. Oh, a mad eldritch god decided to crash a hot springs event that featured his non-blood-related sisters? Ok. Oh, an advanced alien civilization decided to try out conquering this fantasy world of his during his birthday? Ok.

Honestly, a shrouded figure that pulled him into yet another world, yet another adventure, was nothing to be impressed about. Yuuki, after all, was a hero of all thirteen parallel dimensions, the legendary EX-ranker that was universally beloved and who saved countless worlds, countless times.

Initially, all he wanted to do was to quickly ‘clear’ this objective and get back to his fluffy, saccharine life with his various friends and…closer friends, to have his romantic developments stalled by the weapons that had granted him so much power. Initially, that was all that Yuuki cared for.

Until he realized the nature of the world.

A world where the air was sharper than before, where the grass beneath his feet was soft, more varied, where the night sky was an indescribable array of scintillating lights, countless constellations traversing the heavens above. Every other world he had been in was too perfect or too broken, too simple and too pure. But as he took in a breath of the polluted air, one that had many more flavors than just ‘floral’ or ‘savory’, Yuuki couldn’t help but grin. He had made it back! He was back!

“YES! YES! YES!” He pumped his fist excitedly, brimming with joy. Antikythera could calculate the reality of his home dimension, now that he was here, and from there, he’d be able to construct a gate that would finally allow him to show all his girlfriends the place he called home. Karaoke, All You Can Eat, arcades, the internet, love hotels, ugh, it’d be so d-

Yuuki stopped.

“Made it back, Kana.”

She was just a cat now, wasn’t she? A stray with silky white fur and silvery eyes, a black crescent marking her forehead. No more divinity, no more sentience. His clenched fist opened and he closed his eyes. He’d have to find her again too. Make sure to take care of her properly, even if she was just a cat now.

The youth didn’t even notice that he wasn’t alone until a male spoke up in a rather rude tone. Turning his attention to the military thug-nerd, an individual that looked like a B-grade mid-boss villain that served as some random diversion for the truly charming final boss, Yuuki tilted his head to the side slightly. What a weirdo. Was he from another world too? Further thoughts, however, were scattered at the presence of…normal girls! They were dressed somewhat strangely, but there was no doubt about it! No demon wings, no triangle ears, no purple skin, no gelatinous texture, no overbearing magical power that he could still overcome! They were…

Gah, too close!

As a quartet formed around him, Yuuki’s cheeks flared red at their squeals and their compliments, taking a few awkward steps back. “Ehehe, I mean, I am Yuuki,” he said, diverting his eyes away from their adoration, “So…yeah! Uh, this is Japan, right? Tokyo and a-”

Wait, no, something was off.

“HEY!” sounded the voice of another male, who Yuuki hadn’t even noticed until then.

Blue eyes followed the direction of the man’s gaze, towards another girl who held a…grenade? Given to her by that B-grade villain that was designed specifically to be hated?

He was the ‘real’ Yuuki Kimura.

Which mean that that person was ‘real’ as well.

“Ah,” he called out, “Kyou, don’t be like that! We’re saving those for the big event right? And I spent, like, two weeks making them! Don't just hand them out!”

Turning his gaze and an apologetic smile to the sorceress girl, Yuuki continued, walking over, “Sorry about that, miss, but could you hand it back?”

He added in a wink.

“Please, sis?”

Clara, Ben and Dezuel

Shinagawa district

In the shrine surrounded by large leaf filled trees shredding cherry blossoms and with some fine wooden blowpipes making soothing sounds from the gentle wind.

"My my, Dezuel shall suffice. Clara." He spoke to Clara and especially pronounced her name heavily and didn't seem the slightest bothered about calling her by her first name.

"How refreshing with such a young lady with manners. I am certain there is more to you than meets the eyes, we are likely nay chosen randomly to be granted access to this here place." Dezuel offers a soft smile as his eye wanders from Clara to Ben that was walking off.

"He appears to be in quite the hurry. Eagerness mayhaps? Ahh, but I do nay recall you amongst the ranks of ELF. Meaning you be either a magician or simply someone whom has eluded our attention."

The blonde man adjusts his hair backwards abit, looking abit more serious.

"ELF. Elementalist Liberation Front is a safe haven for those whom has the inborn power to control the elements. To gather them under one banner to fight those whom seek to end us." He would move his attention over towards a pair of stairs as another older man is coming into view.

"Oh dear.." Dezuel remarked as Clara made her way over there, following her as she did.

"What? Strangers? What are you doing in the shrine dressed in this manner? Wait what? My hearing is bad. You looking for a village? Are you an idiot? This is a city not a village. You are in Tokyo, the Shinagawa district." The older man nodded softly before flinching and freezing on hearing the deep laugh coming from Ben.

"Y-yes, this is Japan. Did you just crawl out of a well? Erhm.. are you illegals? I feel like I have seen you somewhere before." The older man scratched his weathered old face with two bony fingers and looked like he was spacing out.

"Japan. Tokyo. Well now that is something at least. And you seem to know something about this place? Perhaps you'd could assist then in guiding us to these... gods? If you could be so kind." Dezuel set his cold blue gaze over towards Ben, expecting him to be able to enlighten them abit of the place they had now found themselves in.

Tyrant and Rubius

Shibuya district.

In the park with the fine fountain.

The man floating midair surrounded by his orbs of light would offer an amused smirk followed by a chuckle.

"A mercenary? I've worked with your kind before. I would even go so far as to state that I were one myself before I was enlightened." He begins to hover in a circle around Tyrant as if inspecting his equipment and stance abit further.

"Not ready to work just yet. That is fine. I can wait. I shall put forth the offer at a later point then. Until then think of what you want as payment." The floating man would chuckle again. "I could offer you the fight of a lifetime." Rubius began to float up higher into the air as he saw something approaching. A police helicopter, heading south towards the Meguru district at high speed.

"I should go ahead and announce my arrival to the gods. Looks like they are looking for someone. Until later Tyrant sword!"

With a slight increase in speed Rubius propelled himself forwards following the helicopter at a distance.

La Glace, Marin and Ayana.

Meguru district

The tall black and purple machine standing in the parking lot began to winch backwards abit seeing La Glace materialize a bow in her hands and then aimed it towards her.

"W-what in.. the world... is that? No! I am not the enemy! I-" The voice coming from the machine was interupted by the police showing up on the scene. The two policemen exited the car and pointed their weapons toward La Glace. "Drop the weapon girl! We don't want to hurt you we- God...what is that..? It moved..."

The police yelling to La Glace stared towards the large machine that had slightly stepped up closer to La Glace. It was turning it's head towards them. The other policeman was trying to keep his calm to no avail, letting his mouth remain open and was just aiming up the thing for a moment and then tossing a glace to La Glace and the young girl whom had passed out behind her. With his hand shaking the more calm of the two reached for his police-walkie talkie and began to speak. "We...we need an ambulance. A small girl is wounded. Get hold of the miliary. It's a robot. A large robot. Get hold of the government officials. We need reinforcements now! Where is that damn chopper?!" The policeman dropped the walkie talkie, getting more nervous and taking aim at La Glace while his companion tried to kept looking at the large machine.

"Drop your weapon n-now! I will n-not say this again!"

"Please. We don't want any trouble. Listen to my song of peace.." The slightly metallic and echoing sound came from the machine as whomever was inside began to seemingly sing out loud.

"Peace and love shall prevail, the forces of evil shall fail. We are fighting against the powers of evil and doom, we are holding unto hope and joy. A pure heart should never be a toy. Mankind! Humanity! Bolt from the blue my love for you is true!" The policemen looked like they were hesitating for a moment. Providing either a good opening to attack or to calm things down. In the distance something flying was approaching on their location with a humming sound, barely noticable due to the song being sung by whomever was in that pink and black machine.

Yuuki, Jin and Kyoran

Chiyoda district.

In front of a cosplaying event building.

The young man in the military attire turned his attention to the approaching Jin who called out to him and the girl in the sorceress attire. "Hooh? Watcha want?" Kyoran innocently answered as the sorceress girl blinked her eyes and looked in Jin's direction. "Ehh?" Then before Kyoran could speak again the voice of Yuuki was heard, stating that the grenades were made by himself. He stood silent for a moment before tilting his head to the side with genuine surprise.

"Tch." Kyoran let slip out of his lips and gave a narrowed eyed murderous stare in Yuuki's and Jin's direction. Before his demeanor changed again. "Oh ya! I totally forgot about that! My bad, my bad!" He began laughing uncontrollably but in which both Jin and Yuuki could make out was a very fake laugh. The sorceress girl blinked yet again looking between Jin, Kyoran and Yuuki before blushing abit and gulping. Before she gently stretched out her hand towards Yuuki placing the oddly shaped grenade in his hand. "Uhhm.. y-yes." The young girl began to press her thighs together and was fangirling over the two boys in front of her especially Yuuki.

"Yohoo! This is a special meeting ain't it? How about you pull the splinter on that one and let the girls enjoy the show? You don't wanna upset them do ya?" Kyoran said out loud in a slightly mocking tone of voice, intended on trying to make Yuuki and Jin seem 'boring'.

"Uhm.. Yuuki~ Jin~ Would be really cool if we could see that grenade. I bet it has some awesome effects! In the anime it makes people go crazy and kill each other. It is a good anime. Violent but good. I love Bellion. He is -soo- cool!" The sorceress girl said squealing abit and rejoining with her three friends. An annoyed expression formed on Kyoran's face as he waited for a reaction from the two boys, tapping the holster of his pistol with one of his hands.

"Japan?" Clara responded to the old man's exclamation with a confused look on her face. She tried to remember where she had heard that name before.

"Oh... that island in the Far East?" she replied. "I am quite unfamiliar with it as I lived in London all my life." Once again, she didn't mention that she now lived in the elven world.

If he was right, then that explained the unfamiliar building in front of her. It wouldn't be odd for a distant country to have different architecture than her home. The elven world had a wildly different style to their buildings after all.

She then received the reply to her introduction from Dezuel.

"Very well then, Sir Dezuel," she replied back, blushing slightly from his praise. She still felt it wasn't proper to call him with just his name. He looked like an important soldier of some kind and he was older than her too.

He then accused her of being a mage. She was taken aback from this. How could she have know? Should she just go admit who she really was? Or should she still pretend to be just an ordinary orphan girl from London?

In the end, she decided to take the middle way.

"Y-yes, I am a mage," she replied. "I am one of the Awakened Ones when that comet passed over Earth. I suppose looking it from that angle, I am one of the chosen ones."

"And I never heard about your organization, Sir Dezuel. I know some organizations that was pro or against Awakened Ones, but none of them was named ELF."

Her conversation was then cut short with the other old man yelling loudly towards the old man that came with them. She quickly approached the two to try to calm down the situation.

"P-please do not be angry," she pleaded to the old man. "We're not illegals. We're simply lost, that's all. You might not believe this but we just appeared at this place a while ago. If you can grant us bearings, then we will be on our way."

Clara, Ben and Dezuel

Dezuel followed Clara over towards Ben and the other old man. Intending on continuing their conversation abit. "My my, that slight bit of red do wonders to your cheeks. Ought to keep up such an appearance." Dezuel chuckled softly before setting his gaze on her firmly as she said she was a mage.

"Oh? Confessing are we? A mage. A magician. Someone whose learnt to use the power in a cheating manner... whose then had the true power awaken within her? By a comet? I've never heard of such a case. Never heard of ELF? What part of Ord to you hail from, Clara?" The man inhaled deeply before speaking again. "Well then, I ought to welcome you amongst our ranks anyhow. After this little trip I'd make certain that the magicians do nay lay their hands upon you. We of the oppressed ones should join together and from there form our own world where these others are evils that must be rooted out." He shifts his attention to the two older men. "Tell me, what kind of powers do the two of you hold?"

The old man blinked quickly a few times. "Ehh? Power? We have electricity in the city. Uh.. and we have some powered by wind or water... and uh... If that's what you ask." The old man pondered on the various energy sources which were used to power up the Japanese homes and buisnesses. "Oh goodies, now that is quite the good news." Dezuel raised an eyebrow and then nodded. "A curious gathering then."

Tokyo. ELF. Dezuel. Awakened Ones. Ord.

Unfamiliar terms flew back and forth as the two newcomers and the other unfortunate old man exchanged words. The white-mustachioed man listened intently. Apparently, the blue-haired girl was a magician of some sort, and the armored individual was a member of some organization the old man had never heard of. He had seen much weirder things before, so he simply gazed upon the trio.

"...welcome you amongst our ranks anyhow. After this little trip I'd make certain that the magicians do nay lay their hands upon you. We of the oppressed ones should join together and from there form our own world where these others are evils that must be rooted out. Tell me, what kind of powers do the two of you hold?"

The old man had not offered a proper introduction yet, but he had been asked for information. That revealed one important point - this wasn't the world he had known so dearly. People unnecessarily feared him back in his world, simply because he had presided over the Fighter Of The Millennium tournament. His former companions had already amassed great political power, but Old Man Benjamin was a man of simplicity. Instead of choosing to climb the social pyramid and obtain wealth and influence, he anti-climatically retired and confined himself to a schedule involving three meals a day and a daily morning jog.

Due to that, he was the least feared among the former judges of the competition. He never really cared, though, as he only used his otherworldly strength to scare delinquents off his lawn after his retirement.

"Ehh? Power? We have electricity in the city. Uh.. and we have some powered by wind or water... and uh... If that's what you ask.

"Oh goodies, now that is quite the good news. A curious gathering then."

"Ahem."

The old man's loud and deep voice seemed to shake the entire shrine.

"My deepest apologies for my rather rude introduction. After all, I never leave people with nasty first impressions. I go by the name of Benjamin Anderson. As for powers, well, you might mean something other than the power that they use to keep Japan running, right?"

"Besides, our current situation baffles me greatly. Prior to my arrival here, I met a shrouded figure that said that we would get to meet our 'gods'. Honestly, I was not expecting such a mundane place..."

He stared after Rubius. Obviously something interesting was happening in the direction but there was no desire to complicate things further. Instead he turned around and headed north-east. Involving himself in a situation was the last thing that was needed right now. The best thing was to find out more about wherever he had found himself.

There was little he expected that the sorcerer would be able to pay for the kind of war the he described. A war against an entire would of what were apparently Gods? No, The Tyrant would obviously join the winning side, provided they thought enough to offer him a contract. Else he might just watch from the sidelines.

The Tyrant was no stranger to visiting unknown lands but everything here was entirely alien to him. The structures towering above were simply too large to be buildings and were obviously some strange terrain features. There was also the chance that they were raised by sorcery.

The knight continued towards them. At the very least he should be able to climb one.

There was killing intent there, enough that his brain went into overdrive, Yuuki’s blue eyes lighting up with alarm as Kyoran’s eyes narrowed. Dangerous weaklings were his weakness, in the end. Not powerful enough to justify levelling a mountain for, but violent enough to be a threat regardless. His friends would have taken care of individuals like this. But they weren’t here, and the only thing he could take comfort in was the fact that the man hadn’t started shooting yet.

Didn’t want to cause trouble directly. At least, not now. Wanted someone else to pull the trigger first.

Bastard.

“Thanks a bunch!”
he beamed at the sorceress girl as she handed the grenade to him, “I really appreciate it. And Kyou, c’mon now, don’t just spoil everything!”

His eyes caught the banner that decorated the building they were beside, familiar characters forming words that he understood clearly. A Cosplay Convention. It felt like years, but it must have only been months since he had ‘died’, huh? Thank god he hadn’t skipped over an entire era. His family must still be alive then! Mulling in his thoughts, Yuuki almost didn’t catch the explanation on the grenade.

Go crazy and kill each other?

Just like AZRAEL, except distilled into a commonplace weapon. Perhaps this Kyoran was a third-rate villain, but the universe he belonged to? Images of writhing flesh and tortured faces emerged, a world razed by its blood-mad inhabitants. He shook his head. Not now.

“Really sorry about this, but we do have to get going now. Can’t miss out on signing up and all,” Yuuki said, still all smiles, “You bunch should head in as well. I recommend you getting some real good spots, cause, well…EX-Ranker’s gotta be showing off his armory, right? I promise you that the little fireworks display that comes with Kyou’s bombs won’t even compare to the legendary artifacts within the Tor Von Weishcallt!”

"T-thank you?" Clara responded to Dezuel's comment about her little blush with confusion. She was not really used to a praise like that.

When Dezuel continued his speech, Clara once again stumbled upon words she didn't understand. Ord? Oppressed ones? She had no idea what he was talking about.

"I-it seems we may have been talking about two different things entirely..." she replied to him in an uncertain tone. "Tell me, do you know about the invasion of the elves?"

She waited for his answer. There was no way someone wouldn't know about it, what with them attacking in every part of the world. If he answered in a way she didn't expect, then that would prove her theory. That they had been brought here by the mysterious figure from different worlds. It wouldn't be so farfetched. After all, she already knew one alternate dimension already.

She then processed the old man's answer. It seemed he was talking about power source, not power, as in, superpowers that the ordinary folks wouldn't have. The other old man that came with them, named Benjamin Anderson, seemed to come to the same conclusion. So from his world, they would have superpowers too, while in this world, superpowers wouldn't be something that was commonplace.

"Sir Anderson," she asked the old man, "This question is just to confirm my theory, so please do not be alarmed. Do you know about the invasion of the elves?"

Jin recognized that murderous glare immediately, a glare many of the Knightmares in his world gave him before trying to kill him, combined with that fake laugh and excuse any doubt that he wasn't a cosplayer had been erased from his mind. He had the belt at his disposal and he could probably transform and neutralize him, but the fact that the sorcerer girl still had the grenade with her meant that she could cause damage to herself and others if she were to pull the pin in panic, like if she saw a man in white armor beating an “innocent cosplayer”. Thankfully the high schooler managed to convince her to give the grenade to him, perhaps he wasn't as normal as he looked, but for the moment the fact that he helped Jin remained the only thing that mattered. That thing didn't resemble a normal grenade and with the explanation of the girl it made a bit of sense why that fool was laughing like a maniac when she was about to pull the pin.

“Sick Bastard” Jin mumbled to himself as he prepared to transform, pulling his Excalibur from his bag. It seemed like the kid beside him was already preparing to give the soldier a piece of his mind. “Like the kid said, it's better if you ladies go first since I still have to prepare my costume, since you can't cosplay a Masked Hunter character without a costume” He couldn't afford to let that psycho run around free for even one more minute, especially on a place as crowded as a cosplay event. Pressing a button on his belt Jin was surrounded by a quick flash of light before reappearing in the White Hunter armor “Dunno who or what you are, but I come to deliver judgement unto you!” Jin said before pointing his sword at Kyoran. The belt hadn't recognized him as a Knightmare, so either he was a new monster or just a madman who found a very dangerous weapon, either way Jin had to be on guard.

Clara, Benjamin and Dezuel
Shinagawa district

"So Benjamin is it? Good to meet one such as yourself. You say that the gods use some form of power to keep their Japan working as it should?" Dezuel has a slight kind of displeasure form on his face and adjusts his hat slightly.

"I do nay like the sound of that. Reminds me overly much of the oppressors back home. It seems we've all been chosen by that shrouded individual in order to pass judgement on the gods." He paused briefly before continuing. "Which would mean that whilst we are in their realm we may equal them in power. The thought itself comes to me as highly amusing. We are akin to trespassers, intruders... unwanted guests. Speaking of such matters. What kind of power do you hold?" The blonde man would toss a glance around. "Yes, this place does seem a tad bit mundane. But I am certain there is more to see. Ought nay to judge all things by first impressions after all."

He offered a soft smirk and looked back to Clara.

"Invasion of the elves? That was during the old wars over a thousand years ago. Their kind be nay afoot any longer. Hunted down to extinction by the magicians whom feared them. Much akin to how they hunt our kind right now. Unlike the elves however. We will nay become a myth. A fairytale." He tightened his armored gauntlet into a fist and looked to Clara with clear determination and an earie almost ghostlike glow in his eyes.

The Tyrant Sword

Shibuya district.

There were many building around and signs displaying various people on them. He could now see people dressed in strange ways walk at the sides of the street. Some carrying bags, some bearing white masks before their mouths. Men and women and even children. Some were speaking to some device they held to their ears. A couple of others were carrying some oddly shaped bags that looked more like boxes with handles on them. But the street was also filled by some odd looking mechanical carriages of some kind. Cars.

Some people stopped up in their path to look over to you lifting up some small devices and smiling in your general direction.

But as for the buildings. Many were filled with windows, some being harder to climb than most. Some however looked like they could indeed be climbed unto. That's when he saw it. A large monitor displaying characters moving on it. One of the characters on the screen were none other than himself.

Jin, Yuuki and Kyoran

Chiyoda district.

"Yes, yes ofcourse! Don't let things spoil or it will get very sour..." The four young girls headed into the cosplay event building as the last four to enter. Leaving Jin and Yuuki alone with Kyoran.

"Well done, well done!" Kyoran clapped his hands mockingly. "Gathering them all in the same place. And even telling them to stand in the best spots. You must feel so stupid now! Cause they are all going to die in there because of you! Thank you~" He giggled in a manic manner as he leaned forwards abit but it came to a pause on seeing a bright light coming from Jin.

"Ho ho?" As the blade points towards Kyoran he pulls out his pistol from it's holster and pointed it towards Jin and Yuuki's direction.

"Gyahaha! Oh right! Give it a try! Give chase then! Hunter-boyos! I hope you've bought tickets because the show is about to start!" With his left hand he snapped his fingers to announce that the fight had begun.

"Kyaaah!" Kyoran yelled out before he squeezed the trigger on his pistol gritting his teeth as he pressed the trigger on the pistol, sending two shots towards Jin's chest and one bullet towards Yuuki's left shoulder. The fourth and last shot went on a trajectory above their heads.

A transforming individual? Yuuki’s eyes glanced over the white knight’s armor and weapon momentarily, taking in the almost toy-like appearance of Jin. It wasn’t all that impressive, but the power that resided within Yuuki still pulled at him, very slightly. He could use this. He could use it better than the person using it right now.

That plastic-esque armor wasn’t even at its third form.

He suppressed the need though, focusing instead on the enemy that stood before them. Mask off, it was clearer than ever that his intentions were foul, that he most likely intended on killing the two of them and then to crash the convention center and cause a bloody mess. To think that even the peaceful world he came from had devolved due to bastards like this popping up.

Yuuki made an oath in his heart.

He would protect the everyday life he was finally close to attaining.

The brunette moved as a pistol was whipped out, diving to the side at the sound of four concussive blasts sounded, echoing through district. It would be clear enough. They would all have heard such a loud sound.

“Keep him off me!” Yuuki shouted, running towards the large building.

La Glace

The situation seems to spiral out of control. The Ice Biome Assassin glared at all of them, the mech, the unconscious child and the policemen in front of her. She clutched onto her bow as the whole thing intensified...

...at least... until the pilot inside the gigantic mech started singing which caught the "water biome soldiers" or what she sees from the policemen's uniform as. In an immediate moment, she used the blunt sides of her bow in an attempt to knock both officer's out with each end.

The officers' in question: would feel as if a brick was shot from a cannon towards their face. Depending on their vitality, they might get knocked out or just fall over.

Looks like the pilot's plan for peace just got ruined by this one, really touchy sixteen year old ice lady.

Rook froze in his place, looking up at the moving image of himself. There were others he didn't recognize. This was truly a different world, one were he was simply a made up character and not an infamous killer.

He ducked into a narrow allyway to think things through.

There seemed to be no expectations of him here. Similarly, his combat skills might not be in high demand either. The world of the Tyrant Sword was a pragmatic one and he was a product of it. Obviously his next step would be to learn about his situation and try to blend in and survive.

Nobody was wearing armour or carrying weapons so he shed his, tying them into a bundle with his cloak. The simple shirt and pants he wore were approximate matches to the local fashion so he took the bundle to head back onto the streets, this time to find some paying work.

Jin managed to deflect one of the bullets with his blade, with the remaining one managed to cause a slight dent in his chest armor. That bastard may be giggling like a schoolgirl but it was clear that he had experience at shooting things. Unfortunately for him, he will need more than bullets if he wants to defeat him.

“Keep him off me!” The high schooler shouted to Jin as he ran towards the cosplay center. Was he going to warn the people at the center or escape? He hadn't shown any "oddities" unlike Jin and Kyoran, but he definitely wasn't from here. Either way, he had to end this now and figure out what sent the three of them here. "I'll give you the chase you want nutcase, just don't tell me I'm too fast for you" There was no need for him to pull his punches, he had to go all out and neutralize him, he pressed a button on his belt and started the overclock mode. The sound of the armor generator began to rev up and the temperature of inside the suit and its close surroundings began to increase, the pure white color of his arms and legs changed to metallic blue as the dented chest armor opened up, revealing the small generator at the center.

Adrenaline pumped through Jins vein's as he felt stronger and faster, bullets won't be a problem if he can get to Kyoran faster than he can press the trigger. The only problem on his end is his three-minute time limit since if the soldier managed to somehow get away it would leave him without any kind of defenses since the alpha system would shut down and to cool off. Counting down the time he had in his mind Jin dashed to the soldier position. preparing to stab him as soon as he got up close. While using the gun part of his Excalibur weapon seemed like a more efficient way to deal with him, the fact that this place was crowded with people meant that a stray bullet would be more likely to hit someone and besides Jin had the speed advantage over him.
