I gave her a pre war designed combat drug, it improves resistance to pain mostly. Allows increased effectiveness when wounded.

More nuclear mutants out there? Seems to be life here so I assume this zone has had some kind of nuclear fallout.

Others a laser pistol, replacement for a 10mm but modified for full auto, just came into service before the invasion of Canada, few years later China and US, well mutual Nuclear warfare.
