*collapsed a a few metres outside the libiary door and suffering effects similar to a stun weapon the uniforms protective layers and Armour can do next to nothing against *

*Taboo pauses as the creature is slain. She considers her options, not liking the chances of 2v1 she decides it would be best to run, hide and find another time to attack. She turns and scampers towards the doorway to the main room, running on all fours in her attempt to get away from the 2 women.*

*Xan is pretty out of it, conscious but concussed. She's got a large number of scratches all over her body and looks tired as hell.*

*Horus struggles to keep up, but not having slept for days and being wounded is wearing on him. He gets thrown through a wall and into another bedroom. He grabs the dresser and slams it into his foe, smashing it over his head. Then while Pseudo Horus is still knocked over, Horus lifts the bed and brings it down on his foe's head.*

*Hanna stopped before she said anything else. She didn't move from the door. She stood there silent for a while before speaking again her voice taking on a serious tone.*

*Zeta stumbles back and lands on her ass, breathing heavily, and finally lets go of her spear. She looks at the palm of hers that was terribly hurt, and is both stunned and confused to find a several inch hole in the centre of it, running into one of her veinsin her arm. Though the pain is really bad and blood continues to trickle out of it, she tips off some tablecloth off of the table, hoping that the material isn't super valuable in this time, and ties it around her injured hand a fair few times before looking around the grpup.*
Zeta: Everybody okay?

*Vaseraga is kinda sad that these enemies aren't that big or scary, but doesn't show it as he swings his scythe around in terrifying arcs in the biggest concentration of skulls. He also continues laughing, making him like, the 3rd scariest thing in the forest.*

*She quickly heads towards where she can hear Horus and Pseudo Horus fighting.*

*Sasha growls with disgust at the floating skulls, and careful places her lance on the ground. She then draws her sword, which when drawn splits down the middle when drawn. When it splits, arcs of energy dance between the split blade. (Imagine electrified tongs.)*
*She slashes at anything that gets near her, leaving a trail of lightning with each swipe.*

*John quickly draws his two sleek laser pistols, and opens up on the skulls with precise shots.*

*Hanna gets pushed to the side easily and falls to the floor. She couldn't bring herself to try and stop Iris again, it hurt her to much. But what hurt her the most was that Iris was more then happy to just shove her off to the side.*

Hanna: (I-Iris...)

*Hanna then propped herself up on the nearest wall. Her mind was racing as she looked at her lap.*

*Hanna doesn't look up at Iris and just sits there on the floor. She doesn't cry or whimper or talk, she is far to busy thinking to do any of that. She hate's how people have conflicting ideas, because then it is impossible for her to make everyone happy because whatever she does she will always make someone happy and someone else unhappy. This train of thought grinds around inside her head forcing her to grit her teeth.*

* It's just so hard!... she thought, she tries to calm herself by taking deep breaths. The it hits her. For once in so long she didn't want to see Iris. She was genuinely mad with her adopted mother.*

*The skulls are surprisingly fast, narrowly avoiding blades as they fly, yet projectiles are much more effective*

*The voice seems to rise from the ground itself, in between the group*

*Pseudo Horus disappears as the bed crashes down on him*
*Library Bat fires another bolt of electricity at the Major as it flies past, leaving him to the fate of the burning library. It then heads straight for Jillian and Co, firing more lightning everywhere*

*Horus breaths hard, then slams the bed down a few times more just to make sure. He checks around for any trace, thinking that perhaps it's shapeshifted into something tiny and gotten away. He finds nothing and finally collapses onto the mattress, exhausted*
*Iris runs into the bedroom. Seeing Horus on the mattress, she fears the worst, screams and leaps upon him. He grunts in pain as she lands on his damaged ribs and she breathes a sigh of relief*
Iris: I feared the worst...
*Horus weakly wraps one arm around his wife*
Horus: No... I'm okay... I'll be needing some casts though...
*He winces and looks down at her, finally realizing something*
Horus:...We should probably get you some clothes...
*Iris snuggles tightly against him, relieved he's not dead or dying*
Iris: In a bit...
*She looks saddened as she realizes Hanna was right, and feels incredibly regretful for snapping at her. "I shouldn't have done that... Said those things..." she thinks to herself. "I'll have to go make things right...."*

Zeta: Rightly fuck off.
*She points her spear right at the bat, then fires off another colossal blast at the bat, which hurts her palm terribly cause she still needs to hold the spear steady cause of recoil. The blast itself should completely cover the bat, but whether it does or not, there's a lot of collateral damage in the area behind the bat. Zeta is too frustrated to care tbf.*

*A lone figure with a disfigured right arm walks out of the tree line. His arm has many disgusting spikes poking out of it like serrated daggers. Besides his horrific arm he look fairly normal, he's in his mid twenty's and has short spiky black hair. He has a face that kinda makes you want to hit him but only kinda. He stands at 5'8 and is wearing a black hoodie and black jeans.*

*He seems in no rush as he slowly walks towards the room. A smirk creeps onto his face as he hears a massive blast.*

*Lecter keeps fighting, and the skulls start shooting icicles at the group (which are demonic, so they can do more than just plink off of armor). If they get close to anyone, they also send a wave of frost at them, which is strong enough to freeze them whole, if it connects*
Lecter: Careful!
*He activates his Devil Trigger and starts combating the skulls as best he can, becoming a blur as he dances through them*

He hides the truth from you. About who he is. Where he comes from.

*The Bat is completely obliterated, RIP. Not like he was a nice guy or anything, probably just wanted directions to the nearest bar or bathroom or some shit. Nah, it was a Devil, definitely deserved to die.*

*A humanoid creature drops from the trees not far from Sydney, and limps heavily towards her while giggling and snickering insanely*

*Vaseraga really doesn't care about the icicles, and he didn't really have any armour to begin with apart from his pants, so he probably gets spiked a couple times in the chest, but he doesn't even care, continuing to swat the skulls away/to death. His scythe itself is really bored, cause skulls don't bleed.*
Vaseraga: If the creature responsible for this could throw something more menacing at us, it would be appreciated. This is no challenge.

*Jill kinda in gunslinger mode, and ignores her burns from the lightning for the time being.*

*Sasha keeps her shield up, and does her best to avoid any of the icicles. Her armor is also Thicc.*
*John tries not getting hit, and his flak armor manages to block some of the ice shards. The few that impale hit nonlethal areas with the joints in the armor.*
*Sasha and John are both "uncomfortable" with Lecter and Vaseraga, Lecter going devil trigger, plus Vaseraga not being phased after getting impaled with icicles .*

She's generally unscratched by the clones spear, though her skin and armour is blackened by the electricity, although she would be dead if her spear didn't siphon the electricity from Zeta by jabbing itself into her palm, though where it's storing it is unknown.*
Zeta: Is everywhere a place? I'm joking. Just need some rest, and I'll be right in a jiffy. You hurt?

*Vaseraga doesn't notice John and Sasha being uncomfortable, cause he is seemingly swinging his scythe recklessly, but he's actuslly calculating every swing with an extremely experienced eye. To the normal eye however, he looks like he's in a berserker rage with him not feeling a thing, including the ice, which doesn't frost him as much as it should, demonic or otherwise.*

*She's covered in claw marks, but doesn't appear to be too badly injured*

*Taboo got away and is currently hiding in another air-duct*

*Horus is passed out, exhausted from all the fighting. Curled against him is Iris, who lies awake thinking of how to apologize to Hanna for being so rude and mean to her.*

*Sydney stirs weakly and looks at the giggling creature. Many of her injures have healed, but she doesn't seem to realize it at first*
