@sassy1085 Might I suggest the idea of custom wooden swords too, say pertaining to my character? As you seen her sword straps to her arm. She would be used to using that sword and a wooden replica of it would be easier for her to use. Then again, your boss here, you're word is final ^~^

I really like what we've done here with Alexi versus Xi Shi. They seem like a very interesting battle.

Alexi's blade is made to cut through swords and break them, where as Xi Shi weilds a Zhanmadao, which was made from cutting down horses. This would mean both sword is very tough, canceling out Alexi's initial sword breaking ability. More than that hers was made purposefully thick and heavy to cut through blades as well.

However, Alexi has a wrist mounted blade, making it versatile and very close combat, allowing her to close distance and make the unwieldy blade Xi Shi uses and thus leave her blade to be more of a burden.

To cancel this, however, Xi Shi is trained is Chinese techniques and was given training in basic kungfu, thus allowing her to stop Alexi from closing the distance with punches, kicks and other unique strikes.

That being said, Alexi does have a wrist mounted blade and punches and kicks would be very dangerous knowing she could be impaled by the blade.

To finish up, both have outside of school combat training that makes them powerful.

It seems to be the only grudge yet and so I eagerly await it to play out!

Personality: Strictly disciplined, extremely rational and down right courteous is what best describes Emilie.

Year: First year

Background: Emilie is a highborn child and the youngest daughter of Capt. Illyn Stein, A fearless captain, and a well-known explorer. The Steins are known for their nobility, sword fighting skills, and traveling the vast ocean for many generations. Continuing their legacy and tradition, Emilie's father and her older brothers decided to leave Emilie to a prestigious school known as the 'Claymore Academy' to train and learn about advanced sword fighting while they boldly travel around the treacherous seas on their next expedition. (After all, a girl must be able to defend herself if she wants to travel with them.) She was left with a special gift from his father, A sword named Siren's wail, a family heirloom that great great grand father used back in days. She had formal training with her father. Emilie's skill in sword fighting is fairly average and excels mostly in fencing since she is quite comfortable with a thin blade.

Sword: An Elegant Rapier named Siren's Wail. A thin, light-weighted, sharp pointed silvery blade made for thrusting and piercing. Its protective handguard is a silver-plated seashell dome. Its knuckle bow is simply elegant with its curves and its pommel has this circular polished silver-plated seashell attach to it. Despite being overly designed, it's quite comfortable to wield and its blade is considerably stiff and won't bend easily by the means of thrusting. Its tip is so sharp that it can easily penetrate even the toughest of armor.



Other things: Emilie is a bit of a neat freak and likes being organized at all times.
