Personality: He speaks in an animated, robotic style fashion. His personality has a synthetic tinge and you can tell that he is not human-but that is more obvious by the robotic bits sticking out of his face.

Abel wears a Courser Uniform and uses a Institute Laser Rifle. He also has built in Power Fists. Like all Coursers, he uses a Stealth Boy in battle.

Backstory: X2-88, or Abel was a new style of Courser made before the Institutes base was destroyed. X2-88 is designed for high-risk assault and retrieval operations above ground. X2 is very capable at engaging enemies at range and is equally capable of direct assault and more subtle approaches.
After the destruction of the Institute base, he continued to be an operative for the Institute until he was deprogrammed by a member of the Railroad. He learned of the truth of the Institute and how harmful what he was doing was to Synth kind, but deep down he was still loyal to both the Institute and the Railroad. Confused, he decided he wanted nothing more than to live his life and abandoned them all. He has since worked for a guard for Diamond City, but after his face was damaged and he was revealed to be a Courser he was shunned, he abandoned them all and became a lone wanderer.
He has traveled across the Commonwealth, eventually reaching a new town: Salem. It is here were he will see if they can accept a Synth as a normal man and if he can find a place for himself.
