Nobody said they don't like it. People are just saying the pace you've set is unreasonable.

Okay, but then why did you kick me? All I did was disagree, and I even said I wasn't going to push it unless you wanted to continue the discussion. I apologize if that came across wrong, but I did not mean any ill will or personal attacks. I just wanted to avoid... well, this current situation really. I did not mean nor wish to escalate it this far.

The pace you've set has caused you to lose half of your playerbase. Doesn't that suggest that it's a bit too fast?

No disagreeing with the pace wasn't a personal attack and I didn't take it that way. Calling me antagonistic is a little more personal, but I didn't get massively offended either. But the sum all of these issues you have with RP including my story telling just lets me know that going forward you aren't going to get on well in the RP in the long run, and I think we would both be happier if you weren't apart of it. Its just an RP, removing someone isn't a form of aggression or personal malice, its a decision based on what I feel is best for the RP.

A slow pace would cause me to lose all of my playerbase (as it has done before) so no I don't think it's too fast.

@Dynamo Frokane ...I'm sorry, but I feel personally attacked now. I was polite, tried to defuse the situation, stated I was not going to question your GMing again, and yet I get booted. I said I was willing to adjust my behavior to best fit this RP and meant nothing personal, I even said I would happily rejoin if you would let me, and then I get treated as if I am a bad influence even though I was probably the most active member who asked the most questions and got really involved.

Maybe I am reacting a bit too harshly, and I still wish to be a part of this despite all I said, but I honestly feel as if I am getting treated in a way I don't deserve.

@Ammokkx I really dont want you to feel personally attacked, because its not what I'm intending. Also your contribution and activity in the RP obviously hasn't been ignored, I think you are a good writer.

I don't think you are a 'bad influence', what I meant was, with all your issues with the RP along with your issues about my behavior just makes it seem very obvious that your 'one or two disagreements' would grow to many disagreements and that's not really what I want while GMing a very complex card game and story with so many players.

I don't know how many other ways I can say it, I don't have anything personal against you, I just don't feel like you, me and this RP (specifically its story telling and pacing) are a good fit.

@Dynamo Frokane I do not know what more I can do when I already offered to stay silent when I disagreed in the future. It's a shame I have to leave this, and I still feel like you are making me out to be a bigger problem than I would end up being.

Because, Dynamo, I will state why:

-I can keep up with the pace. I have proven this in having the most total posts if you include my posts in the duel, despite the length of my posts too. The only reason I stated what I did is because I had noticed certain players (Angel of October, Satoshi Kyou, Redwatcher, Human Music) were already not able to keep up and I felt it was a concern for the longevity of this RP.

-I don't see how the story telling was not a good fit for me. I never objected to anything in it, am actively building character relationships between Kyogi and Hiroko and was the first person to duel. I did raise concerns when I felt like you were setting me up to lose, and I apologise for my rude way of wording it in hindsight.

-I still wish to rejoin and actively contribute, despite feeling wronged. I am not even asking for an apology, I just really like the idea behind this RP.

-I see you are rapidly losing players because of me, and I did not mean it to come to that. Please do not take anything I have said out on them. You do not have 'very many players' anymore, as the only three that haven't actively stated to disagree with this situation are also offline right now.

EDIT: I would also like to point out I offered to take this to PM to avoid precisely this situation. I genuinly feel we can still work out our differences and come up with a compromise, or one conforms to the other's wishes, without having to resort to drastic measures.

@Ammokkx I'm not losing players because of you, I'm losing players because they don't like the pacing, which is fine, because I'd rather know now then later down the line. If I lose all of my players because of the pacing, then that's fine too, because it just means I've been saved time and a lot of people the annoyance of me nagging them for posts when they don't want to or cant post at the speed that I've set.

You mentioned before you didn't want to argue here because of clutter, so I'm not sure why we are still discussing this. I wish you the best with your role-playing for the future.

EDIT: We have already reached a conclusion, there is no compromise to work out.

Well with the greatest respect, this is too infrequent for my RP especially if you find yourself in a duel, I'd expect a post at least once every two days but preferably once a day. With as many characters as we have, I need everyone moving at a fairly high speed so the RP doesn't lag. So for the sake of your busy days and my RP I think it's best if you sit this RP out.

Thanks for making a character and I'll make sure your deck and ring dont go to waste. If you feel like to your time frees up where you can post more frequently in the future we might be able to discuss your return.

I have 1 more busy week. I told you this. I wrote an OCC about it. I can post once every two days then. Just when I wake up. And have time. I can make that compromise.

Though I will say this I don't have access to a computer at work. Since I don't work an office job. I work at a Haunted House. I'm on my feet all day and have no access to some form of internet because we're not allowed our phones at our job. A bit like a movie theater.

I will post tomorrow and Tuesday and try to squeeze a post in on Wednesday and Thursday, but Friday and Saturday are our busiest days. I will be out all day Saturday.

And after the Haunted House I still work weekends. Friday and Saturdays. I am private contractor in the entertainment business as an actor.

And I work overnight shifts man at a convenient store. We're on camera and phones are a no go in the store when working. Never had my phone out while workin' in the first place. And my days off I got things to do like errands and stuff. I mean I will post if I can, but man you got go lax.

If its a duel I can post fast. But IC man. I got laundry to do, clean the house to do, and only two days to do it are my days off. Plus being able to go out and do somethin' for myself. Decent sleep is good when you work till 7 in the morning for the morning shifters to come in.

Oh jeez guys Dynamo hasn't been on for near 8 hours and the last post in the OCC was 12 hours ago. The RP is going to implode. What are we going to do?
