No your removed me for no reason. I was going to post Monday and Tuesday. I don't even remember being asked to leave. And tried to create a compromise with you.

Mate you have lost;

Satoshi

Ciaran

[maybe myself]

Amoks

You might be losing Red as well considering his position. Sometimes being a GM means being flexible. That would be half your cast. You cannot be that stuck in your ways that you are willing to not only lose the respect of people And that many members.

Can we level?

You've lost let me think here 4 or 5 people now Dynamo. Do you think that's healthy for a RP? Do you think this in any way is going to help your RP? I get it man, the RP is your baby and you want things to go well. But a RP is a relationship between members and the GM. And when the GM is kicking people out because they express a difficulty in something, it doesn't look good man. Do you think it looks good?

Imagine being at work, and a manager just fires someone for getting a cup of coffee on their break. You have to give people their time to sleep, to themselves, to their significant others. People cannot dedicate their lives to posting and RPs. That's not healthy either man. Angel maybe shouldn't have taken the crack out you, but you went off for 8 hours to do your thing, didn't you? Sleep or have you not.

Shouldn't people get that chance? To say, hey I am busy, these are my off days, can we work around these and I'll try to get some more post in if I have the time?

Be reasonable and try to put yourself in the shoes of all these other people. Because you'll find you'll get the best results when working with people and not against them. And listening to their concerns. Or listening to what they have. Sure some of them may have gotten defensive. But when people feel attacked that's what they do? Don't they? Get defensive and lash out.

I'm asking to level and reason with people. Everyone. Not just Angel. But Amok, as well as Satoshi, everyone. We all have trouble communicating across a screen. but the world needs a little bit more compromise, a little bit more compassion. A little bit more understanding with each other.

@TheRedWatcher Just like before, your advice is noted. But I'm choosing to keep the pace of the RP that I decided. If you don't like my decision I'm sure you can find RPs that fit your style and pace.

So for the sake of your busy days and my RP I think it's best if you sit this RP out.

Actually I did, and I'm under no obligation to speak with you.

Please don't make me ask a 3rd time.

I have no issue with the policy. As a GM you have every right to create whatever policy you like. However, what I have an issue with is the way you communicate. To be honest just like everyone else you didn't make your posting criteria common knowledge. Your policy is not the issue, the issue is that your policy doesn't fit with the group of players you acquired. And as a GM you might have every right to keep your current policy. But a more polite way of handling the situation was discussing it with members who may need a little compromise.

I also have an issue with the people you kicked out. Angel simply expressed his schedule, but seemed willing to work with you. You refuse to speak with him and yes certainly you have every right not to. But he expressed his willingness to work with you. And to be honest this wording "I think it's best if you sit this RP out." comes off like a suggestion not a "now leave this RP". While Ammokx and others expressed their difficulty in your language. The way you come off is very heavy handed and a bit like abuse of one's power. You certainly have every right as a GM to do whatever you like. But should you?

My issue is not in the policies. But in the way you handle people. I am impressed you didn't auto kick me out from simply expressing my own issues with that policy considering I have a job that pulls me away from the screen. I certainly can try to post several times a week. But I don't know if I want to work with someone who cannot clearly see where they have taken some missteps. It's less about policy now and your people skills.

Which I think you need to do some self reflection on this scenario and ask yourself, was I in the right? You might certainly believe yourself because you're the GM and that's a fine. But I admit as a GM I have made mistakes in the past under the guise that I was the GM. We all do. But when you have lost the respect of several individuals, when those several individuals have left this scenario upset and burned. Clearly something wasn't done right. Do you think? One member being upset they were kicked out is very different from 4 to 5 people , maybe even the whole cast, secretly having this bitter tang to their mouth. Is that how a GM wants to leave things?

Just some thoughts.

@TheRedWatcher Your thoughts are noted. If my GMing style or RP is not your liking then you can leave the RP. I reject the accusation of abuse of power because no one is being forced to stay in this RP. Its not a job where you collect a wage or civil service, there are other RPs and you have the freedom to join or leave them at any point.

I've handled people in a way that I see fit, I've not personally attacked anyone and have expressed my right as a GM to run the RP how I choose. Again if the people in the RP don't like that, then they can find another RP. If I'm such a terrible GM then why would you want to be here?

I'm starting to suspect there is a bit of virtue signalling here, you've already given me a lengthy bit of feedback and now its continuing. I understand what you are saying and I've acknowledged it, but my mind is made up and I'd rather if the discussion over my decisions would end.

One last thing I'd like to throw out there before I take my leave. I have been pretty open about myself. I am on the spectrum, "I think it's best you leave this RP" as Red points out looks more like a suggestion. Which in my brain came off like you willing to work with me on the issue and I was more than willing to work with you. To get the "I asked you to leave" is not how my brain interpreted the situation. I need clearer communication sometimes because I was under the impression you were leaving it open to discussion.

However; Seeing as you're not willing to work with others or myself and I misinterpreted the original message. I'll take my leave, but wanted to give you how my mind had interpreted what had been said to me due to delays in communication and the way things were worded.

You don't understand what is being said. Because I get the feeling you have had issues with other people like this in the past as well. And I never expressed my willingness to stay. I had hoped to reach some humanity in you, but that doesn't seem to be working. Beyond the fact that not abusing your power is a bold face lie and you kicked Ammokx out for personal reasons. That was very clear. I can read a situation.

Have a good day. Good luck on your endeavors. But I don't think people are going to be willing to work with you if you don't change your ways soon. You don't seem to be a good person.
