It happened two days ago, mostly. The flush of planes, aircraft, boats and private taxis that poured into the urbanised complex that had recently opened. Footsteps and the calming rumble of suitcases and equipment being dragged on minute wheels began to fill an hour's-worth of noise inside the incredible Daywing District. An aesthetic brilliance of sight and sound was the day's gift towards these new guests and inhabitants to the greatness of Cystra City. These two days filled the District with a splutter of new life. Buildings beginning to fill up, with rooms becoming occupied one by one. The doors would shut and open as suddenly people began to acquaint themselves with their new home, though many weren't comfortable enough to talk to the other musicians and producers dotted around the complex. Whilst this stigma of awkwardness and lack of comfort lasted for the first night, the gall would slowly melt away on the second day, where neighbouring groups began to talk and explore the very local buildings and restaurants around the area. Some even explored the complex itself, finding recording studios, design studios and practice rooms in large numbers. It was grand, grander than any other musician's dream. Some called it grander than the stage itself.

The rooms were also of peak interest for those invited. Spacious for what they were being given, but not over-sized to expand the egos of some of the more arrogant to-be celebrities around. The style was modernised, even further than some of the more traditional homes found in Europe and Northern America. Multiple rooms, or singles for certain users, thick walls to conceal privacy and stocked kitchens, as well as an en suite for each room. Their influence in beauty attracted most, if not all, the inhabitants as they went to their assigned rooms. Some slept alone, some with their groups or with a random partner of their own assigned by the assistant staff running the complex itself. It seemed like a wonderland, only better!

The third day was now in session, at dusk for the time being now, and the first batch of announcements made by an important member of staff was made. Yet, the third day was more of a first day. There were the actual opportunities being created for these people, and this was the day where they would find out. Yeah...this third day felt more like a first day; especially for people like Thom McNicholas.

Thom McNicholas was one of the invited, for two fields unlike some. Tall, lean and usually quite covered up with clothing, he wandered into the bustling complex, filled with chatter and already formed groups of acquaintances, on this third day. The rest of his band were already here, all of the other four. They had managed to get ahead of schedule by heading out as soon as they could. However, Thom couldn't. At first he was nervous, scared even. He didn't want to leave the comfort of the United Kingdom, nor did he want to detach himself from his current rehabilitation team that were available if he had any breakdowns throughout his daily life. Yet, Cystra City offered to ensure he had the proper medical applications, as did every candidate invited to the Daywing District. Everyone understood why, allowing him to have an extra two days to consolidate his decision. He was fearful, nervous of his own possibility of ruining the chances of success. Yes, the band themselves had made quite an image in Scotland and many areas of Great Britain, but here in Japan everything could down the shitter. It was only a matter of self-integrity that was going to get him through this campaign of success, and it was one that he needed to come to terms with. The two days were lonely, giving him time to think and call his local medical teams for advice. It was clear. He had a duty to attend to, and plus his band-mates were already in Japan by then. They couldn't perform without their bassist after-all, now, could they?

Initially, stepping inside the District was overwhelming. He felt a surge of happiness as a smile corrupted his worry and forced the joy of pleasure as he sought out what was presented in front of his own eyes. A living and breathing city within Cystra City. This place seemed like its own world, like paradise. But Thom knew that it wouldn't be paradise. There weren't going to be musicians that were perfect, or ones that would respect everyone else. There would be social issues, and social issues were the worst-hitting weapons Thom hated. Yet, he persevered and headed inside. However, before Thom could make his way to his designated room, he head a call from a centre stage in one of the main openings within the complex. Through the intercom an announcement to gather all musicians was made. It took only a few minutes for the 300+ talented individuals to arrive where called upon.

The stage itself flashed of a few colours, lights being tested to make sure that everything was in order. Thom was surprised that he had managed to arrive on the right time, even being later than almost everyone. This right time was critical, as the first group announcement was about to be made. A figure took to the stairs, wandering up the right flank of their presentation and came into view. An elderly Japanese man, most likely in his 50s or 60s, brought himself closer to the microphone. His body was also lean, and his beard remained thin and slightly grey. The man had aged well, but he still was recognisable for his life-span. Unknowing to who this was, and the fact that this was an announcement, Thom stopped where he was to listen like everyone else did. After a short silence, he raised a hand, as if waving to greet everyone there. His English wasn't awful, but it definitely could be seen as confusing during certain words and phrasing. The man began to spoke, quite passionately...

"Welcome, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Kuroba Tadashi, Co-founder of the Daywing District. Today, I would like you to be welcomed personally by myself, as well as Arthur himself, in spirit." There was a hint of sadness in his eyes, representing his closeness to his ally and friend, Sir Arthur Daywing. The two had built and planned this place and event from the start. To have him pass away before the grand opening like this must've been quite emotional for everyone, not just the design team. "My friends, I want to remind you all of how important you are to this City. We're here to revive music! We're here to make statements and names, on top of records and projects. Films, games, concerts and solo compositions! Everything here is going to be achieved by you, if you can prove yourselves! I'm here to remind you all of your fortunate states of being here. And I must say, I and my team are fortunate to have you all here as well."

He smiled, pointing to a few nicely dressed men and women bearing the logo of the Daywing District upon their backs and breast pockets, each holding posters and promotional material for what looked like events. They had dates, similarly close by a few months in correlation to the day it was today. Thom looked closer, scrutinising what he saw with care. Before he could make out the words fully himself, the voice of Kuroba cut his mind off with the information required.

"This here, my friends, are the upcoming projects of the year. We have, firstly, a combined musical concert in late-November, early-December. This will require the sign-ups for several bands, solo-artists and what-not. It's a two-to-three hour event, and will be there to present what we have to offer on a smaller scale. A chance for everyone to perform comes in January as well. However, we also have a film festival coming up. There'll be several films for the long-term composers, producers and sound designers to find a place to employ themselves. However, there are the, if you research, smaller projects to get you off your feet in the city and build a portfolio along the way. Sound interesting, right? I hope it serves a good purpose. However, if there are any queries, please ask me for more smaller details, or any of my executive staff around the district's offices. And just so you know, my wishes to your enjoyment are here. Please...feel free to talk to me when you need to."

An applause of those who found his speech and introduction welcoming and somewhat inspiring filled the area for a brief moment, before the groups started to diverge to where they were before once more. Thom stood his ground for a moment, looking around and seeing multiple people. He was staying in Block B, a collection of rooms on the Eastern side of the apartment-centre of the District. It suited his desires, as there would hopefully be a view of the city in the distance. Though, knowing the concerns of his "leg", they would put him on the ground floor. A bunch of small booths opened temporarily. Some were there to explain the upcoming events, whilst others were there for general information. Heading over, he requested for his room location, knowing his equipment had already been delivered to a safe and desirable location. To his surprise, he found where he was.

He was within a room far away form his band-mates. They were in Block C, the next one down. It wasn't what he expected, especially seeing as he hadn't even seen his band-mates since he arrived. They were lurking around somewhere, awaiting his arrival, but that might have to wait until the next day. The sheet and key-card that showed the location of his room was simple. Room 6, the furthest to the right on the ground floor. The buildings of each block arched around at the base, meaning that his room was on the very end of the Block. It was interesting. There was another name on that room-list as well. No one he'd have heard of, unfortunately, which could have been a treat. Hikari Whitaker. Clearly of a more localised descent, judging by the name, but that could be just a bad assumption. Either way, once he had finished limping his way to the door, he found himself stuck, locked outside as his keycard failed to open the door. The several attempts saw frustration in his eyes, as a thin chuckle left his lips. What cruel irony. First late, then locked out. It was likely the room-mate of his wasn't in, which made him feel more vulnerable and alone for where he stood, here...Finally in the Daywing District, complex of opportunity.

Abby was in heaven as she felt the music move her as it always could, oh how she wished she could find a lover that moved her as powerfully as she explored both grounds and the depths of music.

She had always loved music and couldn’t be tied down to any genre finding the love in almost every corner of the art form and proof of that the music she was presently hearing over her headphones

She couldn’t explain it but this tune by a man who’d called himself a Punk Gypsy’s enthusiasm infected her sometimes and made her want to throw away all the labels the industry had tried to place on her in her career. She was a novelty because of her size, a Lollie Queen, Metal Maven, and the “Mouse that Roared” the later she actually thought of when in the studio and the producer and his gang kept focusing on her size calling her a Pixie, or a Fairy.

She had suggested the title as if boredly tossing a one off and was surprised when Rupert went for it and even had a bit more fun insisting she be called Gloriana Duchess of Grand Fenwick; they eventually called her Glory which amused her to no end as they had no idea of the true source of her inspiration. That should have been her first warning that these fools had no souls and were content in calling themselves clever for their ability to siphon off a living made through the efforts of artists but she had been about the music not the cash.

Sure she loved having the money she needed to buy instruments, rent studio time, and indulge herself in sound but beyond that the world could play sit-n-spin and leave her alone. She did love that tween and teen fashion had indulged itself in a more adult look and that kids grew so fast as it gave he a wide selection of secondhands to choose from at boot sales and charity shops. She never bought fashion current and had taught herself her own methods of clothing alteration giving her an almost harajuku loli look that screamed sex kitten because her curves were not those of a child.

She had listened to the speech made by Kurobasan ….she hoped that was the proper address but she let is slide as she considered his words noting he hadn’t mentioned Fame nor Money and hoped she could take that as a good sign. She was here to reinvent herself, to push her boundaries, to see if she was more than a tiny woman with a powerful voice. They talked about film and while it interested her Abby was sure her size as it had so often would limit her chances once more fitting her into the “Oh isn’t she adorable...just like a Doll” exclamations mold, a novelty. In her heart Abby was Godzilla and ready to topple skyscrapers.

Then her odd and neurotic search machine popped up with a classic for 1974 forcing her to join the Cult a slave to the bass beat and the echo chamber effects so as she danced in a courtyard oblivious to the world she belted out

With a purposeful grimace and a terrible sound
He pulls the spitting high-tension wires down
Helpless people on subway trains
Scream, bug-eyed, as he looks in on them
He picks up a bus and he throws it back down
As he wades through the buildings toward the center of town

she felt free lost while singing in tonal parallel with Buck and Eric and nothing else mattered

Current Location: Block B, Ground Floor - Interacting With: Thom - Mentioned: Hikari's Friends & Kuroba Tadashi

It was a wonderful day to be someone musically inclined.

At first, the idea of travelling was an idea that hadn't set well with Hikari. Some mode of transportation would have been required to travel to the Daywing District, and Hikari didn't quite have a good view of automobiles. Nevertheless, the invitation was one of importance, and a few words from people Hikari trusted convinced her to face her fears to explore what the Daywing District could offer. Thankfully, the scenic Japanese countryside was enough to calm Hikari until she reached Cystra City, the complex and advanced city housing the district.

As she arrived, an attendant assisted Hikari with her belongings, as they did with anyone else that arrived. Despite receiving the same treatment as others, Hikari felt like a foreigner in her own homeland as she was helped out of the car. Some of the attendees had their own bands, and others had fancy amps or other various musical equipment. Yet for someone like Hikari, it had been just herself, her belongings and the wheelchair she had been bound to.

Feeling so out of place made Hikari wish her friends had accompanied her, and that their group was still active. Still, Hikari had pressed on, taking some time to explore the facility. The Daywing District was fancy, even for someone well adjusted to city life. Everything seemed sleek and modern, evident that thousands of yen and other currency had been funneled into its creation. Even the attendants and staff had shown that they were picked for their qualities, evident by their regard for the attendees.

Eventually, there was a call for everyone to arrive at one of the auditoriums within the complex. Rather than struggle fighting the crowd, Hikari decided to roll her wheelchair towards one of the back rows, watching from afar. The man on the center stage introduced himself as Kuroba Tadashi, one of the founders of the Daywing District. Greeting the attendees, Kuroba went on to explain the future of their stay at the district as straightforward as he could with his knowledge of English.

After hearing Kuroba speak of what was planned, Hikari wondered what she could partake in. There were many options to choose from, but now was not the time to think if Hikari wanted to leave the auditorium. Kuroba dismissed the attendees to the tune of applause, including Hikari, and so began the storm of at least three hundred musicians. Wishing not to be stuck in the crowd with her wheelchair, Hikari left at the earliest convenience, and made way to where her room would be.

Due to her disability, it was easy for Hikari to find her room with the help of some of the staff. Placed on the ground floor of Block B, Hikari was given her key card to open the door. Finding the location of her room with relative ease, Hikari opened the door, only to be greeted with wonder. Like the rest of the Daywing District, the room was modern and sleek, and some areas, such as the bathroom, had been made accessible for Hikari to use.

However, perhaps the room had been too wonderful. The sounds of failed attempts to get inside along with a faint chuckle surprised Hikari, who realized she had forgot that she had a roommate.
"C-Coming!" Hikari exclaimed, rolling herself over towards the door. Unlocking it, Hikari was met face-to-face with the waist of someone she had never met before. From what Hikari could see, the man was tall, perhaps at least six foot, and stood out with a limp.

"Ah, you must be..." Hikari paused, trying to remember the name she read off the room list. What was it again? Thorn? Tom? No, wait... Thom! "Thom, correct? I didn't mean to lock you out of your room. I hope you'll forgive me." Hikari replied with a slight giggle, bowing her head to replicate her version of a Japanese greeting as best as she could in a wheelchair. Moving her wheelchair backwards, Hikari gave way to allow Thom inside, and perhaps explore on his own.

Location: Auditorium --> Courtyard / Interacting with: Abigail (@RumikoOhara} / Mentioned:

Edward had been rather unsure of where life would take him - but he never expected to be invited to such a prestigious project. He had been originally planning on being a doctor - a medical technician. But because of certain events, it led to him dropping out and then working. And now he was here - a producer. He felt a little bad for the other producers who went through professional school for it and didn't make it to Daywing District. It feels like he's cheating, but he had to take every chance he got. It was all for Lily, even though she already offered to drop out of high school to help him out. Edward couldn't have that. She needed to get a stable job too, and that meant she had to finish college. Edward just go off lucky with being a producer.

Nevertheless, he was excited to be here. They were new opportunities after all. If he could continue being successful here, who knows where he'd be after this. Though he might have been a little more excited than he thought, since he had arrived a day earlier than he was supposed to. Given his trip here was a little far and he managed to get the cheapest ticket, with the consequence of him arriving early. He took it without a second thought. Lily had been rather sad since it would mean that her brother would have to stay away for a while, since they had a dorm and everything. He had to reassure her that he'd call every now and then.

Since he had been there for quite a while now, he had taken to exploring the area. It was rather large and it would take quite a while to completely memorize, but he at least knew where his room was and where the auditorium was. There were other places he had explored like a small garden somewhere, he presumed it was a place to relax or maybe even compose some music. He was sure that he would frequent that general area when he needs some stress relievers.

The next days rolled in and it was going to officially start. They were all summoned to the auditorium and he quickly made his way to it. Kuroba Tadashi spoke about the events that would transpire and welcomed them. It was rather short, but it had all the information he needed. Edward would have to find someone later to see if he could hear more details about it, but he guessed he should look around. There were new arrivals on that day so maybe he could talk with some of them.

He moved out of the auditorium with the others and then walked around - finding himself near the courtyard. A small blonde haired girl was dancing and singing at the same time with no other care to the world around her. He always liked seeing people having fun without worrying about the repercussions of their impressions on other people.

With a smile on his face, he walked closer to the girl. He waved, "Hello there. Having fun?" He asked innocently as he ran a hand through his hair. "At least you're not a bit nervous about being here. You know, with the pressure of living up to the standards and all." He caught himself before continuing with speaking. He was blabbering by now. Maybe he was more nervous than he thought?

Location: Centre Stage, Courtyard / Present: Abigail @RumikoOhara, Edward @Polaris North

Hollywood actress Miranda Cox set her character's crystal tumbler down onto the bar's rich mahogany table with a hard clack. An uneven line of B-list actors began to fill the fake bar's uncomfortably new seats and greeted her in the same coldly warm fashion, raising her career onto their shoulders like runny whip cream underneath a sweet red cherry. She belted out expectant laugh no. 7 and stiffly flipped her hair with a red manicured hand, aware for every single second of her time melting under the golden heat of the cameras that she was a product for consumption. As soon as her hand finished its slow arc to her thigh, the woman tilted her head ever so slightly, beckoning the audience to enjoy their viewing experience. It was like soft fizz after pouring cherry soda. She spoke through the camera, directly into the viewer's eyes. "Having a good night, gentlemen?"

Victoria leaned forward on her orthopedic computer chair and quickly selected the replay button on her laptop, as if it was going to escape if she didn't click it fast enough. Miranda Nicholas Cox was the lead actress to this year's most acclaimed film, The One Night to Remember. Victoria praised the movie for its success in attracting its target demographic. The forgettable, moderately attractive young men that made the bulk of the movie acted as stand-ins for the male viewers. It was an escapist power fantasy that seemed to prey on young men's insecurities regarding wealth and friendship in the modern age. Miranda was playing both the eye candy and the female power fantasy of the film, unsurprisingly solidifying herself as the apex contemporary woman after claiming award after award for her performance(s). The internet, it seemed, couldn't get enough of her. Her line when greeting the movie's cast members became second to none in terms of online presence all over the world.

Victoria watched the snippet again and again, studying the structure of Miranda's hand as it flipped through her conditioned hair. During replay number thirty eight she noted the way that Miranda had her ring finger slightly raised, when compared to the rest of her flat and stiff hand. On replay number thirty nine Victoria noted that Miranda's index finger was slightly lowered as well, combining with the other properties of her hand to form an elegant visual. Victoria began quietly hmmm..-ing to herself in a display of data extrapolation. She sleepily scribbled notes onto a pine green journal. After what felt like a few minutes she let out a sigh and closed her laptop. She had bags to pack.

Current BGM

Victoria arrived on the third day. Her reason based on why she was inexplicably late for two days would vary wildly depending on who asked her. It was exactly like her stage name VENA, its origins modified to suit whatever her conversational partner wanted to hear.

Vena was her name now, receiving Kuroba Tadashi's speech less like a musician and more like a soldier receiving orders from a general. She will revive music. She will make a name for herself. VENA will win. She attempted to clap before anybody else did, as a quick test. The furor and passion of her new rivals as they clapped in unison with her nearly caused her relaxed facade to slip. Her stay at Cystra city was going to be as challenging as she thought it would be, it seemed.

After Mr. Tadashi's speech ended, Vena walked towards a small coffee machine in the very back of the centre stage, skimming through the crowd like a scientist observing lab rats. There was no malice behind her actions, only insatiable curiosity. As she filled a styrofoam cup half empty, her eyes darted back and forth, holding the beverage as if it were a peace treaty between her and the rest of the room. All the performers around her were so visually and auditorily unique, and yet all of them had managed to snatch the public's heart in some way or another. Were they aware of the archetypes and topes that defined them? How those categories simultaneously showed them off and enslaved them, like clamshell packaging? Vena quietly tossed the coffee in the trash without having taken a single sip and began maneuvering to the booths. She was ravenous for information regarding her new life, but suppressed her desires to interrogate every staff member behind a cool purple mask.

After quelling her biggest questions, the green haired woman began storming out of the auditorium with newfound vigor. She quickly paced from hall to hall, annoyed at her inability to take notes due to fashionable women's clothing and functional pockets existing in opposite sides of the same spectrum. Vena decided on scouting out the heart of the area, the courtyard. In a walk that could be described as two parts relaxed and one part soldier, she made her way to the two silhouettes in front of her. She could dwell on the humor behind a person named vein being at the heart of something later. Right now she wanted to meet others and see what variety the world had to offer.

Vena smiled like somebody who learned it through a diagram and flipped her hair with a stiff, calm hand.

"Having a good night?"

Elly May O'Meadow

It's been a long day for Elly. She had only arrived in the grand city of Cystra two days ago, and her internal clock hasn't quite adjusted yet. The jet lag had left her drained and exhausted, so she went straight to bed, and slept through most of the first day. The second day wasn't much better, but at least she had a nice takeout meal delivered right to her room; Japanese cuisine was certainly different, but Elly's always been adventurous when it comes to food. She stayed in, though, making phone calls to relatives and working on a few small projects of her own. So the food was good and the bed comfy--but Elly's not fond of crowds. And this?

This is a crowd. The auditorium is big, but with so many musicians, so many bodies... Elly grew up sheltered, maybe, but this is astounding. The director wasn't kidding with this project of his. He's got guts.

And with the amount of people taking him seriously, Elly muses, looks like this might be my chance after all. She initially was skeptical of this... thing, but then, all of a sudden, she's got a plane ticket to Cystra City and a letter of invitation to the Daywing District itself. That's when she started thinking this could be her big break in the world of music, her chance at fame. And money, because money. Elly isn't the richest girl on the block, and she'd love some fancier equipment. Her laptop's getting a little old.

The speech goes by quickly, thankfully, and when it ends, Elly jumps at the chance for a bit of peace and quiet. She may like a bit of company, but loud noises and lack of elbow space are not on that list. She meant to go straight back to her room, to the nice, clean bed and her quickly-becoming-favorite takeout place, but her mind decides she's spent enough time cooped up in her room. She needs to stretch her legs.

Her feet take her around the district--there's a pretty little park to one side, things Elly notes for later--and somebody is singing. She smiles. The volume of interest and people invested may be large, but in the end, they're all gathered here for one thing--music. Such a simple thing, and yet... Millions of dollars, millions of people have fallen in love with it. Including her. Music really does bring people together.

She sighs. Maybe some food would be nice, before she goes back to her apartment, or a cup of warm coffee. But the night air is welcoming--not too cold, not too warm, so she wanders around for a few more moments. Getting a good look at the garden is nice, and a little music is never bad. The singer has a good pair of pipes. Elly wonders if they'll meet later, if they can collaborate... she does need some new voices, as all her old partners have moved onto to bigger things. Getting successful while leaving Elly behind, like usual. It's tiring, but she can take it. She's tough. One day, her chance will come. Today? She's not sure, but with a bit of hard work, Elly's sure anything is possible. She's good at working. It's the talking that sometimes escapes her. She'll need to work at that.

Watching the crowd from afar, though, isn't that bad. She likes people watching, and these people are very interesting indeed. Though, if she were caught staring...

Abby became aware of Edward’s approach and tapped the mute in time to hear part of what he’d said. ”you're not a bit nervous about being here. You know, with the pressure of living up to the standards and all.”

She thought his nervousness was charming in a way but then most asian guys were were nervous around girls but then the asian girls were demure and nervous around guys but that was them and not her.

”I’d have made the incorrect career choice if I were nervous love.” then she gave her patented giggle to set the mood. ”Hi I’m Abby Winterborn my friends call me Mousie or Abby; I promise I don’t bite except when aroused. she didn’t offer her hand instead giving him a slight bow as she understood the local customs prefered.

Abby loved the nervous blokes as they were usually easiest to manipulate within certain parameters and allowed her to control the situation and Edward was adorable. She didn’t want to manipulate him for any evil purposes but did need to control him quickly because of her extremely petite stature which made most people think her a fragile orchid of rare type who they could either dominate or think needed their protection….well then there were the ecchi who saw her as an exotic treat.

”I’m from the Isle of Man...A Manx girl if you need detail and a voice by trade”

She knew that looking him in the eyes wasn’t what a Japanese woman might do but then she wasn’t a Japanese woman and she also knew it gave her a bit more control in her present situation alone with an unknown man. Japanese dating practices were still a bit of a mystery to her but she did know that Japanese men were usually the aggressors in boy/girl encounters and that they often viewed western girls with the concept western girls being unattainable so there she was safe a bit.

He was tall for a Japanese man and then it hit her that he was Hafu and the non Nipponese likely of some European origin which also explained his hair and eyes which were a lovely green. He was dressed conservatively which placed him in some other field than performer for Japanese men who were performers always dressed to set a tone about themselves though she could be wrong she was at least 70% sure he didn’t perform on that alone but then adding his nervousness she upped her assessment to 90% probable. His suit and shoes were nice but of a common cut and make marked him as a Salaryman so she guessed overworked producer’s assistant as he didn’t strike her as a technical type.

Then as she was waiting for the lovely man to respond Abby was happy to see that she and he had become the center of a small gathering of others who were here to join in or to criticize and that was when she realised she was doing it again focusing on a person and making assumptions before they’d chatted even a few minutes and its absurdity amused her which in turn was expressed in a bright smile and sparkling eyes.

Location: Courtyard / Interacting with: Abigail (@RumikoOhara) Victoria (@HokumPocus) Elly (@OliveYou) / Mentioned:

Edward couldn't help but smile at her and then said, "Too true, I guess you all don't really get nervous all that much anymore." It was part of the reason why he admired the performers. They were the kind of people who can quickly adapt to their surroundings. Of course, some aren't as natural as the others - but a little bit of training and experience is all they need before they can perform like they're singing in their own bathroom. Well, he never dreamed of going onstage with everyone's eyes on him so he didn't have to worry about any of it anymore. His sister, on the other hand, was another matter entirely. He swore he heard her mention that she was interested in becoming one of the idols of Japan.

Shaking the thought out of his head, he focused back on the petite woman in front of him. Oh, she was definitely a foreigner, and from the looks of it, she's a full-blooded foreigner. Keeping his smile, he introduced himself as well. "Edward Ichibane, pleasure to meet you." He then laughed and scratched his cheek - a very light shade of pink appearing. "Now isn't that a bit too much information?" Though, it did appear to have been made for good fun so it didn't matter. But Edward had never been an expert in reciprocating these kinds of jokes.

Edward placed both arms behind his back as he continued to listen. He wasn't familiar with the area of her birth since he's never been outside of the country because he was never given a chance to. His mother might have mentioned it though, but if she did, he remembered very little of it. He shrugged and then said, "Can't say I'm familiar with the place. Never set foot out of Japan ever since I was born." He admitted and then nodded. "I'm a producer. Used to work in the booth, but they put me in the producer's position in my old job." He explained. Seeing as they would probably get to know each other more, it wouldn't hurt to drop some history here and there.

The blond male placed a hand on his tie, an instinctual response once there was silence of if he was feeling even a little bit nervous. It seems that he just can't seem to put his hands on one place and stick with it for now. He observed the girl in front of him - if only because of the silence. She was rather small, as was mentioned earlier, but it looked like her personality was a far cry from the demure, cutesy type of idols he usually saw. He liked to think of himself as a good judge of character - based on how his job would revolve around this - and he could tell that she was the unconventional type of girl. Not that he minded, diversity was something he always liked when it came to films or even performers.

The momentary silence was broken by another voice. Edward turned his head towards her with a smile on his face, one that was admittedly more natural than the one she had on. "You could say that." He replied. There was something with the green haired woman which seemed to put Edward on a state of mild unrest. Perhaps it was because of how unnatural her movements were? Edward wasn't aware of this as he had brushed it off as soon as he felt it because who was he to feel that way to a performer? "It's rather exciting to see what's in store for us. And how about you?" He curiously asked the female.

Edward placed his hands behind his back again, green eyes wandering around as he waited for an answer. He soon spotted a red haired girl off to the side who seemed to be watching them. Edward inclined his head to emulate a bow, and gave her a smile. He wasn't going to openly invite her, just in case she didn't actually want to join in. After a moment, he turned back to the green haired girl and Abigail.
