Skills: She's studied many methods of fighting, but prefers stun batons, vibroblades, or light blasters. Give her a heavy repeater or a ship's turret and she'll be quite good with it. She's also had some experience flying fighters, but she prefers to see her enemy instead of just their ship.

Bio: Born on Coruscant, she witnessed the abuse of the people by the Empire first hand, though thankfully she was human enough that she didn't get an extra portion of abuse just for being the wrong species.
She joined the rebellion four years ago, and has been in resource acquisition for the last two.

Appearance: Verro is a slightly below average height Mirialan, standing at 5 feet 7 inches. His skin is yellow green, slightly more yellow, one of the common Mirialan skin colors. His tattoos are fairly average for his age as well. He has one across his the bridge of his nose, bracketed by two more. He has one on his chin, and a cluster of diamonds between his emerald green eyes. He keeps his ash grey hair in a simple, low maintenance, high and tight style. He has an athletic build, thanks to years of an active lifestyle.

Skills: Having been a former security officer, Verro is familiar with hand to hand techniques, basic medical, blasters, and close quarters action. Having since resigned from his post, he has only gotten better at close quarters combat, shooting, grappling, and he capitalizes on his natural agility by practicing his acrobatic skill. Combined, his speed, agility, and preference towards fighting in short range, culminates into something that common soldiers have difficulty keeping up with. As a soldier, Verro is very impressive. However in almost every other category, he suffers. He has no knowledge whatsoever of mechanics, electronics, engineering, and his education is average at best.

Personality: Verro is a quiet, thoughtful man, always taking the time to think about what he's about to say and taking him time to say it. During combat his communications, if he has allies, are short and concise, never speaking more than needed. He's quick thinking and perceptive. Calm and collected. His temper is nearly non-existent, and he's open minded to new cultures and teachings. Verro is not hesitant to admit that he doesn't know something, and if someone offers to extend their knowledge, he always takes advantage and tries to learn as best he can. Despite that he always seems to be distant, a side effect of his tendency to travel. He's learned to always keep people at arms length, it makes goodbyes easy, and if they get hurt he's able to control his emotions to more logically assess the situation. For the few people he has an emotional connection to, he would travel across the galaxy to go to their aid, and he knows he would. He tries to keep that amount of people rather low.

Biography:
Born in 30 BBY on the Mirialan homeworld of Mirial, his childhood was fairly normal. His father was a civil engineer and his mother a doctor, his extended family was huge, with a dozen uncles and aunts, dozens of cousins. The Tallav family was very close knit, having family gatherings and parties often. He was 12 when the Clone Wars broke out, and someone from his fathers past came by to tell them about it. His father and mother debated leaving Mirial, and soon his uncles and aunts joined the discussion. The world was in separatist space, and they knew the Republic wouldn't treat their citizens harshly. They weren't so certain about the separatists. About half of the family decided to stay of Mirial, while Verro, his mother, father and the other half decided to move to Republic space. The family scattered, and Verro ended up moving to Coruscant. His father helped design and construct airfields and bases for the Republic army, while his mother worked in a hospital treating heavily wounded Clone Troopers.

The mysterious man from his fathers past, Verro's godfather, visited occasionally. Every time he visited, he taught Verro something new. How to shoot, how to defend himself, how soldiers fought and moved on the battlefield. His father didn't object, fearing the new, more unstable galaxy. His mother protested, but she never went further than expressing her distaste at her son learning to fight. Over the years he often visited a small garrison of Coruscant Guard, the clone troopers there enjoying his visits. Verro asked them to teach him how to fight, and they obliged. As the Clone Wars came to a close, Verro's friends at the garrison became more and more distant. When the Great Jedi Purge began, the Coruscant Guard told Verro to stop visiting, one trooper admitting that he thought the galaxy was going to become a much darker place over the next few decades.

A few weeks later, his godfather visited once more. He walked directly to Verro's father and the two began to argue for what seemed like forever. Eventually, his godfather won the argument, and gave Verro a pistol. He said it was for his own protection. His family, lead by his godfather moved back to Mirial. One by one, his aunts and uncles came back from the other planets, reuniting the family. His godfather settled on Mirial as well, living about a long walks distance away from Verro's home. At the age of 16, Verro joined the planet militia. Sweeping through basic training, thanks to the training his godfather and his former friends at the Coruscant garrison gave him. Verro continued to train with his godfather and did nothing much for the next two years.

Discontent with his current situation and feeling that he was meant for something more, he saved up his credits, bought his own armor and a blaster, and handed in his resignation. He told his family that he was going to travel, and they gave him their blessings. He took a job as a merchant guard and left Mirial. He ended up near Mandalore, used the money he earned to buy more equipment, then took on another merchant guard job to a new place. Then he kept on going, eventually becoming hired gun, asking more experienced guards and bounty hunters for tips and training as much as he could. Eventually Verro became known amongst the merchants as a vigilant guard, capable in combat and honorable. During one job a wealthy merchant admitted that his daughter had been kidnapped by the local gang, and Verro offered his services to rescue her. Verro and two other merchant guards were hired to rescue her, and with a quick operation, she was safe and the gangs were arrested and turned to the local authorities. Verro's reputation increased and he began to take more varied tasks, including hostage rescue, weapons and equipment testing, security testing, bodyguard tasks, material liberation, almost always from the same merchants who had hired him as a simple guard.

Name: Jonas "Painter" Roseland

Growing up in a noble house of Alderaan one would expect a pacifist possibly a singer or artist. However being the ninth son of his family and a bastard to boot made him rather an outcast among his brothers. Save however for his two older sisters the three got along wonderfully all of them sharing a love painting specifically.

In his youth, the Roseland family expected much of the black sheep, unlike his siblings who were groomed for arts, sciences, and politics on Alderaan Jonas was treated differently. His families Echani bodyguard trained him in combat with a blade as they both accompanied his father on trips off planet Roselands being one of the few Imperial lap dog families on Alderaan. Jonas learned to shoot as well, even getting his first pilot experience shuttling his father from his personal ship to stations he visited.

Jonas's sisters moved up in the world, become designers at Incom working on the X-wing project, after rebels stole the designs and prototype X-wings Jonas offered his father an idea, have him go into Empire as a pilot to help rescue the family name. Slightly proud of his son for offering to serve the Empire rather than being forced he accepted his sons after and paid his way into the flight academy. During his time there he improved and matured into a fine young man.

He graduated top of his class, then promptly vanished during the graduation ceremony. He resurfaced with the rebel's flying with a squadron in the Corellian sector. Painter earned his nickname for the fact his squadron flew custom painted X-wings rather than standard Republic red. Painter proved himself an impressive and daring pilot mastering command of several types of rebel ship, however, his love is the X-wing and he rarely ever travels without it or his astromech droid Goldie.

Transferred to rebel fleet command for a mission to Jedha he was paired with an individual he was excited to meet at first and quickly was bored by. A Jedi named Airus Vel Aath, assigned to travel with Airus to the investigate Jedha look for other leads on Jedi, relics, and artifacts that could prove deadly in the Emperors hands. Jedha is just one of many places the two are supposed to search.

Airus Vel Aath was never supposed to be a knight, he was a Padawan apprenticed to a Jedi Archivist while he had passed the initial trials and attended the Academy Airus ability to use more advanced force techniques was limited. While his saber skills were impressive and could have allowed him to continue on to become a knight his passion for knowledge and a love of history especially of the Republic and Jedi Order made him a choice pick to become a Lorekeeper.

During his time training, he practiced in the path of Sentinel before becoming a Lorekeeper. He trained in investigation and practical use of the force. His other training came in how to deal with people with depending on the force and learning about how to negotiate whether discussing money with a Hutt or dealing with Alderaanian nobility. These skills served him well as his older master could give him field assignments or recovery missions alongside Knights where he could hold his own and retrieve valuable history for the Order. Especially about the recently returned Sith who the Council wished to gain as much insight about as possible.

His time as a Padawan under a current Lorekeeper began during the final years of the clone wars. Due to the war, few initiates became Lorekeepers with so many Jedi needed to fight alongside the clones. Airus had been dispatched with a few Jedi service corps from medical corps to Mandalore after Maul was removed from power. His duty at the time had been to search for items Maul might have left and to record the events that had transpired on Mandalore. His host family even offered him a gift a walking stick made of Mandalorian Iron, a gift for his efforts in chronicling the life of Duchess Satine Kryze so her deeds would be remembered by all of the Republic not just Mandalore.

Airus was given shelter and a place to stay in Sundari, he was welcomed and shared many long debates of Mandalorian history with the family that gave him a place to stay. He finished his records and discovered nothing pertaining to Maul, nothing even about the Dark Saber that the Mandalorians so revered. Yet all was not well, Airus was on Mandalore that day when the Order fell. Those who had sheltered him told him to run yet, that the clones would kill him but he couldn't leave the medical service corps Jedi. He wasn't sure all of them even had a lightsaber, Airus arrived too late he saw Mandalorian's being dragged away for trying to help the Jedi. The enter medical service corps dead save for one shivering young initiate cradling her wound.

Airus moved to her side, he could do nothing there to care for her. He could not save her life, but he could be with her and offer her some comfort before she returned to the force. He held her talking with about Coruscant a few moments, offering a distraction. Finally, she pushed her holocron she'd been hiding to his chest and told him to carry on the legacy of the order... That people like the medical corps and the Lorekeepers would need to survive just as much as the Knights would. She passed away after that, taking her lightsaber to honor her commitment he made a vow he would survive to give his knowledge to the next generation of Jedi.

Airus nodded, placing her back near the others he gave them one last honor burning the bodies as he made his escape. He escaped that night on a freighter the teenage boy crying as he realized his life was over as he knew it. Airus rebranded himself as a pilgrim, a blind one simply wandering from place to place collecting knowledge in the outer rim. He trained himself through his personal archives of data on Jedi healing skills, he'd hoped to learn something while on assignment with the medical corps. He became a wandering healer performing little miracles where he could in exchange for food and a place to sleep.

Until the Alliance found him, they followed records of his little miracles hauling him in they wanted him to join them. He agreed but only as an advisor and historian, of course, that didn't last long quickly finding a pilot to accompany the Jedi they decided to set him a job of recovering artifacts rather than any frontline combat. Of course in Airus's opinion, he should be back with rebel command offering advice and ideas rather than with some hotshot pilot searching Jedha.
