'kay, so I already brought up the following with Ariamis, but:

I'm going to take a step back from this RP. Now, I'm not saying I'm leaving, but I will say I'm going to take a backseat to actively posting. My drive for this is at an all-time low, but I do like this RP a lot still. While I wait for my creative juices to recharge, I'll take a break from proactively searching out interaction. Devors and Serah are always open to be bothered, however. If someone wants an interaction with them (for whatever reason) I'll happily write for either, but I'm not going to seek out them interacting with others.

TLDR; @ me if you need me, I'm lurking for a while.

I just finished watching Gundam Unicorn. I -love- Gundam, but it almost seems like this was designed to be the last Gundam UC series. Which is fine because they got what, 26 seasons out of the UC storyline? I tend to like the non UC stuff better, like Wing, Seed, and Iron-Blooded Orphans, so I am also ok with the UC line ending. All that being said, I really kind of want to see what is ahead for Noah Bright. Maybe do a time leap of sorts and he is of higher rank and his Child is now the commander of the Gundam Carrier. I donno. Anyways.

In other news, I got a promotion last week into a different store, so now I am driving almost 40 minutes each direction. So I have a little less time to spend on here, however, I do have more time dedicated to thinking, and sometimes that thinking is about this RP.

So another thought I had for a possible second primary for Ojo, if/when we get there, is another function of the GDA. Hyper-focusing the array on a weapon and using the magnets to excite the materials to the point that it heats up and explodes. Works best on stationary targets and armaments. Can be used to punch holes in especially hard armor. Thought, between this and the Gravity Bomb, I think I like the grav bomb better.

The explosive attack sounds admittedly strange, but with a longer description might be interesting. Grav bomb is a better established weapon in my opinion too.

See I am just basing my upgrades on Titanfall or something I see while browsing the interwebs.

The desire to have a beefed up af version of the Laser Core from Titanfall 2 as my second primary is strong.

@Ariamis Well the idea works heavily on Induction. In cooking, you can use induction magnets to heat the pan itself, rather than using the electricity and the resistance in the metal to create heat in a coil which leaches out and slowly heats other things nearby. More or less it is way faster, safer and more efficient way of cooking. If you take that to a graviton star level, I am more or less cooking the ammunition or power supply inside the weapons being targeted in order to ignite them and cause them to explode. Shrugs, but I still think that the gravbomb is better.

Also, it occurs to me that the GDA could possibly be used to push/pull ally weapons as well. So Paladin sends a few tungsten slugs flying through the air and Ojo redirects them to get them around defenses. That sort of thing... Sorry, just thinking out loud here.

Also, just watched the first episode of Darling in the FRANXX. I think I like it. The mechanical design of the mechs are still stupid, to me anyway, but the rest of the show was pretty sweet, as so far as the first episode, at least.
