No, I mean the person in charge of the students who are evacuating. The principle, or school administrator, or any first responders that happen to be around. Someone that can give details about the situation inside the school and what exactly happened.

I'm giving him a cover story to use so there's actually a reason to take all the students off the campus for the day. One that's easy to fake and won't reflect badly on the school administration.

Not a bomb, a bomb threat. There isn't actually a bomb, and because the note would have been found on school grounds the blame for the whole fiasco is shifted onto the student body rather than the faculty.
