IN DEPTH APPEARANCEArchie is of average height at 5'11'' tall, he has an athletic slim build that he maintains by swimming laps at the pool. His hair has a deep brown color and a slight curl to it, it varies in length depending on if he's taken the time to go to the hairdresser or not. For the moment he is keeping it quite long and somewhat free falling. Archie’s eyes are a deep green and are very easy to get lost in if they happen to lock on to yours. The only marking he has on his body is a tattoo of an arrow on his right forearm as a call back to his name.
When it comes to clothing one describe Archie’s style as ”Smart but casual”, you will often see him in a button down shirt in a fun pattern but with a hoodie over it or a t-shirt with a blazer paired with a pair of pale jeans or chinos, always slim fitted. He always says ”Whatever style you go for just make sure they fit for fucks sake!”.

HABITS- When Archie has to sit still for a longer period, his starts tapping his foot sometimes so vigorously that it tends to annoy people but he just doesn't notice it anymore.
- Rolling his eyes when he finds something annoying, even if he’s not part of the conversation.
- He has to have a cigarette to start the day and one to end the day.
- Reading in just about any situation, you will most likely see him with a book open and sometimes even reading it in the middle of a conversation.
HOBBIES- Swimming, he hits the pool almost every morning.
- Cooking dinner at the house.
- Translating foreign texts
FEARS- Being shut out
- Dogs
- Not getting a job after college
SECRETS- Has a sophomore boyfriend
- Doesn’t know how football works
PERSONALITY TRAITS- SMART - DRY - WITTY - LAZY - ALOOF - CARING - KIND -
PERSONALITYAt first you might not even notice him, sitting there at the far off table immersed either in a book or in his note pad scribbling away. But when you sit down and grab Archie’s attention he will be the brightest person in the room. He tries to keep every conversation he is in light and breezy, there is nothing he hates more than awkward silences so he will try to cover that up with humor and if that doesn’t work he’ll just go back to reading. Archie is laid back to the point of looking like he doesn’t care much what anyone thinks, but actually he cares a great deal about what people think of him especially his Phi Kappa Delta brothers. He always thinks twice before he says anything as to not rub anyone the wrong way or look stupid.
Being that calculated has made him well liked around campus and that is something Archie prides himself with. Even though he doesn’t deserve it all the time he can be very judgmental sometimes and it can take some time for him to like you back. If he for some reason does not enjoy your company he will be very dry and distant and probably make a comment about everything you say.
When it comes to work he wishes he could just sit all day translating old books or reading in a sun filled clearing, which makes him look lazy but that’s just because he is… well lazy and sometimes you will have literally drag him out of his room to make him do something, except if it’s for a party. He really enjoys to cut loose with his friends and is a demon on the dance floor when he gets a few drinks in him.
In the end Archie is just a fun guy to have around, the most important thing for him is to stay loyal to his friends and he will do his utmost to keep them happy. If he sees you down or unhappy he will be the first one to ask if he can do anything to make it better, usually by cooking you dinner. Because who doesn’t get cheered up by food?
HOMETOWNAtlanta, Georgia{Birth-18}; Pennbrooke, Mississippi {18-now}
HISTORYIt was a sweltering July day in Atlanta when Archer was born to Jessica and Garret Perlman. When the couple brought their new baby boy home to show their 3 year old Oliver his new brother the little blond boy made a sour face and blurted out “No, take it back…we don’t need him!” which would foreshadow the brothers relationship in the years to come. The Perlman’s where one of those families you see in those neighborhood pamphlets, a huge house with a pristine lawn, two cars, two kids and a dog. Garret is a bigtime lawyer and partner at Perlman & Schultz, where they deal with a lot of high profile cases. Maybe this is why he has always been very strict with his boys and in his mind steering them in the right path. Archers mother Jessica is a painter and owns a gallery in midtown Atlanta and is the one who always keeps her boys grounded.
Archers brother Oliver takes after their father, he was football captain, married his high school sweetheart, goes to Harvard law. Basically the golden boy in their fathers’ eyes, so Archer has always felt like the black sheep.
The Perlman’s are a very Christian family, and growing up Archer had to go to church every single Sunday and listen to a preacher talk about how they should live their life in a god fearing way. This is why he had to suppress what he really felt in his earlier years, Archer has known he was gay since he was 14 but being raised in such a religious family where he had been told by the church that what he felt and what he was is sinful and wrong. But when he was 18 and just about to leave for Pennbrooke he couldn’t stand it anymore and he decided to come out to his family. It went about as good as you would think, his brother just laughed and his father just looked at him and uttered one sentence “Then you don’t need to come back to this house.” And stood up and left for his office. His mother looked at him tearfully before she rushed after his father. When he arrived at Pennbrooke Archer had received a text from his mother that said “I am sorry that I reacted that way, you will always be my son and I will always love you. But your father just need time to process this… I’m sorry”. Archer hasn’t been back to Atlanta since. He talks to his mother on the phone about once a week still and she supports him now that his dad has cut him off.
Archers freshman year of college was lived in fear for this reason, was everyone going to react this way? They were in the south after all. He kept to himself mostly but he realized that wasn’t him at all. After a while he couldn’t keep in anymore and his personality started to seep out when he was around his friends. Something that surprised him more than anything is that he got really in to the Greek life on campus and rushed Phi Kappa Delta and they accepted him as one of their brothers.
This is Archers last year at Pennbrooke and now he has to figure out what to do with his life after Pennbrooke. Can he patch things up with the rest of his family or will he have to start anew on his own after he’s graduated.

Coach is a tall individual, standing at 6'2" with a fairly obvious and well toned build, exceptional for doing long and grueling work outs to stay fit for baseball. Well, to stay fit, in general. He's pretty much what people would expect for a fraternity bro, which he isn't ashamed to admit. He's got white, clear skin, and the kind of stereotypical hair for a college student of his status. Though, his eyes are very chocolate brown with flecks of green in them and his teeth are almost impeccable aside from a stubborn canine that's been pushed forward due to his top left wisdom tooth.
Coach walks normally when not under stress, but when put through the ringer, a limp can become very obvious due to an improperly healed kneecap. It means he can't quite work out for as long as he usually did, nor can he run too fast or too long. It's something he lives with and something he doesn't let get him down. Though, he has put a hamper on his muscle tone, but he's sensitive about that, so hush. He speaks with an airy baritone that denotes his often relaxed and lackadaisical way of moving.

▔▔▔▔▔▔▔✶| Overly-Competitive | Chill | Fatherly | Loud/Obnoxious | Supportive | Stubborn | Dismissive |The epitome of 'Cracking open a cold one with the boys,' Coach sees himself as a man's man. A person's person. Someone who can relate and associate. Most importantly, Coach is a social creature with a love for supporting those under him and those around him. If someone needs a guy to paint their entire body and scream on the sidelines, Coach will go that extra mile and paint names across the chests of willing and unwilling subordinates. He'll be there for you, even if he's never quite there for himself.
Coach has a hard time with introspection. Most of the time, he'll convince people that their concerns, fears, and worries are his. He'll spend too much time helping others, that he stops caring about helping himself. A classic tale of a man who thinks his problems are mole hills compared to the mountains other people have to carry. In doing so, he cracks under his own stress and pressure, often forgetting that he can ask for help, too.
Other than the deep and cumbersome pressure of his own issues, Coach is a fantastic friend. He's the type of individual who likes to hang, to socialize, and to party with those he deems his close friends. To him, everyone's a close friend. Of course, being in a competitive environment all of his life, Coach has issues with taking competition too far. He goes to great lengths to make sure his team wins and in an environment that has no actual rules (aside from the law), Coach can take things to a dire level. He wants to win and he'll trample anyone over to get that win. Most of the time. He'll apologize afterwards, probably after he's done gloating.
𝗁𝗂𝗌𝗍𝗈𝗋𝗒
▔▔▔▔▔▔▔✶All-American Family, U.S.A. Coach has had an easy life and an easy time growing up. With his parents owning a large firm in Memphis and working primarily for big-time companies, they've never wanted for anything. Their big plantation house with their full staff of hired workers meant Coach had a relaxed living, with people caring for him here and there. He was provided for and allowed to maintain a child like wonder of the world while growing up. All the work he's had to do was in school and, more importantly, in sports.
Growing up, Coach found his passion for baseball at an early age and further cultivated his talent right into college. Losing wasn't a concept Coach was familiar with, finding himself the crutch of the team, he took everyone on his back and carried them to victory. Well, when he was in his element. Coach had a talent for baseball and other sports he found himself more of a supportive player than an all-star. It's likely why he found himself in a coaching position now and why he adopted the nickname Coach early. Where his actual coaches slacked, Coach picked up on. He had as much vim and vigor to ignite his entire roster of teammates — he was the heart of his teams, even if he didn't play exceptionally well himself.
Perhaps it's just a childhood fancy, but Coach found his passion early in life and he's always felt the need to pursue that. He wants it, deeply, and with all of his heart. Yet, his parents have other plans for him. And, while they aren't necessarily monsters like in fairy tale books, they have their own ways of worrying for him. If that means dashing his dreams so that he can actually live off his work instead of living paycheck to paycheck, well... his parents do like to play dirty. Which is exactly the reason why he's playing dirty himself.
Penbrooke was a place his father went, and his father before him, and so on. Naturally, it's where Coach found himself and, even more naturally, it's where he found Phi Kappa Delta. His father was something of a legend, or at least that's what he says. It's not really something Coach here's a lot through the halls of his fraternity, nor is it something he wants to here. He doesn't fancy living in a shadow.
Upon hitting his Sophomore year, Coach found himself in just a few predicaments: he needed to join Phi Kappa Delta, which he did, he needed join at a very inopportune time, and he injured himself during their little hazing ordeal. Hazing's an outdated concept and he already pledged the money, so he really didn't need to bother. Unfortunately, he liked making people happy and in doing so he made himself incapable of playing that season and then consecutive seasons he found himself benched over and over again. His injury never did fully heal and he felt slower and less reactive than he was before. He never faced his issues, instead he decided he'd help coach his teammates, help them practice, make sure they were primed and ready for the season. He couldn't actually coach a team, but he could help them practice and train off the field. Plus, he's had recent duties lately that would keep him from being able to dedicate that much time to actually playing.FC: Daniel Bederov

Avery "A.J. Barnes | 23 | Junior | Female
Omega Psi Phi Vice President | Homosexual | Pre-Law Program | Political Science
There's really nothing 'sororal' about Avery and for those who take a bit of pride in maintaining the illusion of 'beauty' or 'what proper Omega Psi Phi's should look like' Avery's natural gifts and rather effortless presence and style has certainly caused ire if not jealousy. It starts, as these so often do, with her height. Avery is naturally tall - which is certainly quite the asset - with thin, long arms, and legs that, while shapely, aren't as long as she would like. She isn't waifish, just slim with softer, almost boyish curves which goes in line with her overall sense of style and physique, when she isn't dressing up for the occasions.
It continues, of course, with her head - specifically what lies atop it. Avery's hair is a natural muddy brown and always has the appearance as if it just saw a professional stylist for a washing and a touch up. Lustrous and medium cut, Avery's hair just might be the favorite thing about herself physically - except for when it gets in her face which it used to do fairly often before she settled on a shorter length.
Avery's facial features are rather sharp, with her jaw line being very well defined down to her chin. Wide, light brown eyes, thin eyebrows, and a smallish nub of a nose make for a cute face on an otherwise piercing looking face. When Avery smiles it's always with a bit of a mischievous grin that still nevertheless shows off her immaculately porcelain teeth that rest just behind her thin, coquettish lips.
The same care is given with her day-to-day which would see her more feminine attire skirt a dresscode if this had been a high school or thereabouts. Her skirts hover precariously over the 'too short' line (with her excuse always being "You try finding a fitting skirt when your legs go to the moon"), though on most days she'll be found in pants and a blouse with a matching jacket - often leather - to finish the ensemble which is certainly its own sort of style. She shifts rather comfortably between a more professional sort of elegance and the more flirty, overtly feminine articles of clothing as easily as one snaps - though anyone with eyes can see she vastly prefers the pants and blouse with heels than dresses and skirts, which she has out of obligation rather than genuine interest.

☑ Unsalted cashews. She can eat an entire can of those things without thinking.
☑ Scented candles. She has way too many.
☑The oeuvre of Ryan Reynolds. His brand of type casting vaguely quippy every-man just has a timeless sort of appeal. If she weren't gay she'd probably go for his type.

☑ Butts. Just butts. Who doesn't like a good butt.

- Has been quite manipulative in getting one night stands to sleep with her.
There's a word for people like Avery and it radiates from her damn near the second she walks through a door. Confidence. She might not be the top of a list of 'hottest sorority babes' or whatever, but she's possessed of a swagger and sense of self all her own. Even when she was pledging in her Freshman year she came off more like a mother than a sister, having the veneer of experience that likely had more to do with her gap year than it did actual genuine experience. But Avery has since developed a persona stemming from her utter strength of identity. She knows who she is, and no one can take that from her.
Of course she's not perfect. She's actually quite selfish at the worst of times, and her gift of the gab has worked both for and against her. While she does care for her fellow sisters, some people can't seem to shake the vibe that she thinks less of them, and there are several rumors that potential pledges get scared off because of her - all unfounded, of course, but while some sorority sorts have the reputation of being a bitch, better to be the bitch you know than the one you don't.
Avery can be quite manipulative, it's what makes her so effective at problem solving, but she's still quite insightful which is a good quality in someone who puts themselves up as a candidate for leadership. It's not uncommon to see Avery showing up to events with a new girl on her arm - often an underclassman - which only served to solidify the more negative aspects of her personality. She's got a bit of a hedonist streak in her but only to the point where she enjoys the company of women in her bed on weekends; if it weren't for that she'd damn near be a shining example of good morals in that she doesn't drink and she only smokes rarely and casually.
Avery in her first and second years was more like an older sister even as she was a little sister within the sorority. Now that she's a junior and in a position of power within the house she's more like the young, cool mother that will offer a hug and advice but also be incredibly biting. She's exactly the kind of person you want backing you up in an argument.
Avery was born in Chicago to a pair of starving artists. Her mother was a budding comedy writer and actor who was part of Second City while her father was a sous chef at a Polish eatery. Avery was unexpected. Her father was laughing boisterously during a Second City show and caught the eye of Avery's mother. After the show they met up. They had drinks. They made mistakes. But none as big or expensive as Avery Jane Barnes - A.J. to those she chooses to let call her that. Her parents never wed despite trying to make a go of dating and raising their child together but when there's not love but lust at the basis of a relationship it's hard to transition to the other. It was commendable, in a way, that they even tried. But when Avery's mother landed a writing gig on a somewhat well known comedy program, she didn't take Avery or her one night stand along with her.
Avery and her father relocated down south. Her father's chef gig didn't pan out - him not really being trained in that manner of cuisine didn't help matters - but he found work with his brother selling cars in Mississippi. A single father with the support of family meant Avery didn't feel like she had a particularly difficult upbringing, which was a small comfort. She did find it odd how her father often got misty eyed when watching a weekly sketch comedy show but she didn't pry until she was about sixteen and well on her way to being a future heartbreaker of her own.
Avery isn't quite sure what drew her to the world of law, but it might have been due to hanging around a car dealership and reading the fine print in many of the contracts the salespeople just breeze over. Her uncle's dealership taught her many useful things: how to read the fine print, how to sell people on damn near everything (which is a skill she uses to this day to sell herself or sell others on hooking up with her), but most importantly how to lie with an honest smile. If she wasn't so determined to become a lawyer - or worse: a politician - she would make a hell of a saleswoman for some shady pharmaceutical company or thereabouts.
While it's not quite Harvard, Avery applied to many colleges when the time came and settled on Pennbrooke which wasn't exactly known for its stellar law program, but the way she saw it if she could lawyer her way through a school like this then she could hack it at any law school even if it wasn't some Ivy League institution. It wasn't out of a desire to be a sorority girl that saw Avery pledging, but a belief that being part of an organization stressing sisterhood and unity and all that jazz would make for good references and in the eventual autobiography.
Avery vied for the President role but lost out in the end. It stung, yes, but to the credit of the board she didn't always seem to have the house at the top of the priorities. She's slotted well into the Vice President role, however, and offers to shoulder the burden and handle some more of the paperwork and disciplinary aspects of the job while maintaining an open door policy for potential complaints - in case the President is too busy doing her hair or something.
While Avery says she's all about the sisterhood and all, it's hard to shake the feeling that she's just being a car salesperson. Telling everyone just want they want to hear.

i recasted my character whoopsHunter Christine Harris20FemaleBi (but she thinks she's straight)Big Sister JuniorEconomicsHunter is a pretty tall gal, honestly. She's 'bout 5'9. Give or take an inch or so. Her hair is as shiny, blonde, and beautiful as a field of wheat. Speaking of that, it is also deceivingly thick so don't get your fingers tangled in her hair. She hates that. You might think that someone with her background, that she wouldn't know a lick about makeup, but honestly she's pretty darn good at it. It takes a long time, but it pays off and makes her look a whole lot more beautiful. She don't ever leave the house without it though. You ain't ever gonna see her without at least some sort of makeup on.
Being the good girl that she is, she doesn't wear those scandalous outfits you'd see on other campuses. No sir, she is a good Christian girl. She loves her dresses and skirts though. She's not very fond of pants unless she has to wear them for a competition or something like that. There's a lot of yellow, too, but I think that's a lil' obvious if y'all went into her room or looked at whatever she owns. It's yellow most of the time. Would you believe it if Hunter's father believed that she was gonna be born a girl? Yeah, neither did he. For the nine months that Mrs. Georgia Harris carried dear ol' Hunter, Georgia and Robert were getting prepared to have yet another son. Because they were a Christian family who loved the bible, there were six other Harris siblings. One other girl, and five boys. Multiple ultrasounds had pointed to Hunter being a boy, but on birth they were completely... to put it into a word, bamboozled. When their doctor announced that Hunter was a beautiful baby girl, the Harris family was completely thrown off guard. The Harris Brothers were bummed that they wouldn't have yet another brother to beat up on, but the lone Harris sister was happy that she was going to have someone to share her girly activities with. Of course, Hunter's name stuck since the family didn't have enough time to think up of another name until it was too late, but at that point it just became her middle name.
Growing up, Hunter was busy doing things a regular child in Texas was doing. If she wasn't out helping out with her parents' business, then she was inside watching TV or playing with her siblings/friends. One of the things that had really intrigued her, however, was figure skatin'. Robert Harris thought that it was very fruity, but seeing his youngest daughter be so enveloped into it had really changed his perception on it. Eventually Robert found a rink nearby and took Hunter for her very first experience. Since then, it was nothing but love for the activity.
Pirouetting her way through life, Hunter eventually scored herself an acceptance to Pennbrooke University after a compelling essay about figure skating and her life. Since then, Hunter has enjoyed life as a student of Pennbrooke University. It might've been a little far from home, but it was all for the best. She is currently a member of the Pennbrooke Ice Skating team and enjoys a position in Omega Psi Phi.
