Backstory:

situated roughly 30 miles from Houston, Vault 125 experiment to see how the Vault dwellers would handle the unexpected failure of all Vault's core system with no spare parts or ability to make them, ideally focusing the Vault to open early and scavenge what was left of American to find/make an replacement. Not even the Overseer, who where usually aware of Vault experiments knew of this to ensure the shutdown came as an complete shock.

Unfortunely for Vault Tec this experiment failed before the bombs had even dropped with an clerical error leading to Vault being overstocked with replacement parts and raw materials. Vault 125 did not just survived the end of the world but thrived.

175 or so years James Wilson was born in Vault 125 or Vault town as it was now called and compared to most kids growing up in post war American had an Happy, carefree and fully educational childhood but then James turned 16 and took the GOAT Test.

The Goat test did not lie/be rubbish, overly next several years James began an expert tailor, with him even being able to master the somewhat rare skill of Basic ballistic weaving or "Bulletproof" of clothing but compared to his brother and sisters, it was bloody boring with James spending most days making and selling clothes whilst they explored the radioactive ruins of Houston or Fought against raiders and the odd "Bull" scouting patrol.

it got to the point that after James's parents died he decided to leave, taking his Great great grandfather 44. Magnum James set out on a grand adventure for himself.

Over the next 14 years James travelled up and down the east coast of united states although never becoming as famous as the Vault dweller or that kid from Vault 111 James with the help of Susan cooper earned an reputation as relivable Merc/Bounty Hunter Team.

However James wouldn't settle with being "decent" and decided to go after the bounty of the century, the one no other (Decent) Merc dared to try... the Jade empress herself.. Calypso...

Tracking and learning about calypso for some time James & Sue waited until she had left her fortress and stopped off at a new brothel she was opening... Well defended but easily to attack than her fortress.

Bribing an group of raider to attack the place James and Susan snuck in the back and split up with Susan going to find Shelby (not knowing she had since left) whilst James went to find calypso.

Finding calypso James was challenged and foolishly accepted to fight her in a sword duel. A decision he immediately regretted with Calypso dominating most of the fight but was unable to strike the killing blow.

It would seem like calypso would win but then James was able to get the upper hand after he enraged calypso over her supposedly infertility but before James could kill calypso one of her goons enter rooms and whilst James was dealing with them calypso chopped his arm off. Escaping though the window, James promised one day to get revenge on calypso.

After his battle with calypso James had a robotic arm built by pinkerton but after several years and heavy use it has began to fail. Although he could perform basic repairs James lacked the skill/parts to build a new one so James headed to the commonwealth and began looking instuite survivors, hoping their knowledge of synths could also be used to build him a new arm.

After a few weeks of commonwealth James and Susan where able to track one to the small seaside town of Salem....

Backstory: James's mute Partner and younger sister of Steve Cooper very little is known about this woman other than she supposedly grew up in little lamplight where she earned the nickname "Blue" after the blue dress she had.

Along with help James to get his arm fixed Sue hopes she will meet her brother, having left DC shortly after the brotherhood took over they have not seen each other in years and only communicated though letters. Steve currently does not know Sue has lost her voice.
