@Mister Thirteen The symptoms. They scream of the flu. So it's a stomch bug passed by vampric bite. There's also the fact that it sounds a lot like a book I read where a character was pregnant with a dhampir. Don't ask me the title it was years ago and I borrowed it. (It was not twilight.)

Does the edit work? Or should I have Alice at home?

Well, in several Vampiric works of fiction I've read, those are symptoms amidst the changing process. Not to mention in 1995's Dracula I believe.
Ah well...

I guess you can wrap up this scene with your next post.

I'll post a single post linking back to Thomas and his bar contact.
Then i suppose you can skip ahead to about eleven o'clock where Alice fully turns, ensuring to describe what she did throughout the rest of the day.

Remember, the pain grows worse in the final hours of humanity, climaxing several minutes before Vampirism takes full effect. It then slowly subsides and then converts to vigorous energy. Alice's wound will also have totally heeled several minutes after she has turned.

So, the big question is; what sets Alice off?
What makes her be consumed by blood list and overcome with her powers for the first time?

@Mister Thirteen Hm... She is incredibly hungry , won't cut it I don't think. Alice would balk heavily at attack people. I would perhaps Liam shows up or perhaps Alice is startled into it. Ie. Someone spills a blood test or somwthing.

I like the blood test idea @LadyRunic.

I'm thinking a nurse drops a bag of blood in one of those cold storage rooms, Alice smells it, has a strange attraction to it, and follows the smell into the storage room after the nurse has left.

She feasts on the blood in the room at your own decided amount. We'll figure out what happens next when we get there.

Right now we just need the post about Alice's reaction to the police and a short description about what she does for the rest of the day, just don't include anything from the turning sequence.

My next post will divert to Thomas and his contact he's meeting at the bar, which will begin a "merging" of sorts.

Then I guess next comes Alice's turning and feasting post at your Que.

(I feel like I'm being a bit dictating right now. I'm not becoming unbearable am I? If my pace or assertiveness is bothering you at all please speak up.)

@Mister Thirteen Oh thank goodness you thought of that. I was stumped. Because Alice is very much passive aggressive person. Even then she doesn't get upset often, and if she does she's more likely to sucker you into trying something on, having it fitted... Then she'll prick you all day with needles.

As for the assertiveness. I honestly don't have a problem so far. The only thing I would rather Alice was at home (As would she) but you were very right. The hospital works better especially for her 'first bloody drink'. And don't worry. I'm sure Alice will pull a assertive stance in time. She can be a bossy little thing ESPECIALLY about her shop. The Timeless Tailor is her baby and like hell Alice would leave it.

Now comes Alice's first feeding.

Remember; nurse dropped a bag of blood in the cold storage room which busted and splattered blood across the floor.

It's up to you if Alice just licks up the blood on the floor or goes into a feeding frenzy and starts slicing open bags with her claws and gulping it down.

Either way, once her first blood lust has been soothed, it's up to you on how she handles it and what she does before the nurse returns with a mop.

Quick request; to your last post, add in a short bit about Alice enduring the blood tests and the Cat Scan and the doctor and nurses ensuring that results would be in tomorrow. Maybe throw in a short dinner mention.

This way I can have your unwelcome visitor showing up in the late evening or night time and not have to skip through and leave the day's events unmentioned.

So I guess your next post can end Episode 2 with Alice following Liza down the dark alley.

I'm thinking we can pick up Saturday night or maybe Sunday and start talking about Episode 3. I myself need a short break as I feel a case of writer's block coming on and the old brain needs to recover anyway.

So then, we can wrap up Episode 2 with Alice following Liza off down the dark alley.
