Name: Lillian Wilcox
Alias: The Lone Witch, Lily, "The Blue-Haired Asshole over there"
Age: Around 24, about to turn 25
Gender: Female
Appearance: About 5 feet and 3 inches tall, quite small. Not physically strong in the slightest, with a thin and frail appearance as well. She weights around 98 pounds.
Personality: Very laid back and extremely carefree. While she does not support the heroes of the city, neither does she encourage for the crimerate to increase as well. She gets very aggressive if threatened, and shows little to no positive emotions. Deep down, she cares for others she deems important in her life, but she is not used to let those feelings out in the open.
Powers: -Lillian possesses the same powers as a siren, with the ability amplify the power of her screams tenfold, enough to shatter every single piece of glass in a building as well as confuse and temporarily deafen people around her. Those screams also have shockwave elements to them, strong enough to knock people back.
-As a siren, she also has a strong control over telekinesis, but her lack of practice and her unwillingness to actually learn how to control said powers leave them in a weakened state.
-When enraged, the two abilities above become enhanced by a huge margin. On top of that, the color of her eyes and hair (which are the same shade of blue) change to that of red. It is quite hard to enrage her though, for she barely even cares about people around her.
Likes:
-Music.
-Stealing food and goods from small places.
-Being left alone.
-Peaceful and quiet environments.
-Discovering why she behaves in such an obnoxious and awful way, pushing people away.
-Smoking.
Dislikes:
-People bothering her.
-Heroes recruiting her to help cleanse the city fro mevildoers.
-Criminals who disturb the equilibrium of Ring City and attempt to destroy it.
-Children and teenagers.
-The News.
-The blue boys.
-People who ask too many questions.
Skills: Lily is extremely agile, but that comes at the cost of her main weakness: her incredibly fragility. While her powers (even when not enhanced) are enough to subdue those who dare face her, she is no match for someone who gains the upper hand decides to face her in close combat. She also has a very good memory, a selective one though for she usually remembers something with perfect details if she thought it was important enough for her to store it in her brain.
