  I have changed out MULTIPLE components and I still can't figure out what's making all that noise! Almost like the whole thing is vibrating, humming, and whistling all at once. Good grief. Not to mention how the joints whirr and scrape, it's annoying. I guess folks didn't care if it made all that noise in the middle of a firefight but this is excessive. Recorded between 50 and 70 decibels. And when it tries to lift something VERY heavy? Around 90-- That's lawnmower loud. 06/2032
• Technician 1432D Note// Non-Amphibious?:
  I thought all these Cyborgs were capable of amphibious operations but the Guardian series apparently can't swim, no matter how many swimming programs we include. They can't even walk along the bottom! There's a package that was under development to make them you know, not emergency shut down whenever they exceed a twelve foot depth. I'll figure something out. At least it can stand the rain and not blow up. Then again, this one's sturdier than the newer models but I still wouldn't take it diving anytime soon. 01/2032

  It's an old Cyborg, another country's trash, AND something people literally dubbed the "Kill-Bot"? We're doing our best to make this thing work but it's old. Basically stapling and gluing on new tech onto a rusted blender. I keep getting error codes and breaking it the more I go along. On top of that the uh, "Biological components" are nothing more than a few bones and the Cyborg's memories. Oh man. May as well call it a robot with skeletal decoration! The rest of you should pull the black box recording of the Cambridge Bay Massacre. See what this thing did! And they said it was melted down after that! Why are we doing this again? Speedyboi [+]

Óscar Guijarro, also known as Roundabout.

Species: Human

Age: 38 years old

Height and Weight: 76 kilograms. 1,76 meters of height.

Gender: Male

Description: Óscar is simple at first sight, his body being that of an average male of his age, but it seems that he takes care of his health and body, shown by is slightly muscular body: Nothing too crazy, but he's fit. He tends to wear dark, baggy clothing, tending to choose black amongst all other colors. He also seems to be a fan of numerous video games and comics, which is shown, once again, by his shirts. He also dons a full beard, completed with a black pompadour that he takes care of, sometimes putting it softly under the hood of his...well, hoody. His eyes are brown, which aren't really special or anything, but he sometimes seems to have some sort of twitch on the left one, the causes are unknown, more than likely accumulated stress of some sort. He has baggy eyes, possibly related to his unscheduled sleeping time and/or insomnia.

Enhanced Speed

Since an early age, Óscar had always been quite an energetic kid, learning how to walk and run way faster than the rest of the kids - his parents, of course, were concerned with that...and with good reason! Since the doctors could now find any kind of trace as to why the young lad was so goddamn fast and energetic, that was until the whole "superpowers" thing became aware to the public. Óscar's parents, Juan Carlos and María Victoria both lived in Spain at the time he was born, which was in the year 2000. As the man grew older and older, it became apparent that the super-speed that he could gather was something clearly not normal, although the reason as to why he was the only one in his family to have such a power is still a mystery. At the age of 8, María Victoria suffered a stroke that left her catatonic and, ultimately, died a few weeks after the incident had happened: all of this out of the blue, no one expected it.

Óscar's father, Juan Carlos, turned into a depressive alcoholic that did not do much aside from drinking and smoking, which caused him to contract a larynx cancer that had to be treated with a tracheotomy and finally the removal of the vocal chords. With all of this and that, the father never struck Óscar or seemed to be angry at him: more than likely due to the boy being his only reason to be alive and not let himself go, he needed to protect his love's son, and his own...duh. Anywho, fast forward to 2016, where Óscar then stood as an official orphan under the wing of his grandmother and uncle who took good care of him, although they clearly did not care for the boy's psyche seeing as how they rarely talked to him. Fast forward yet 5 more years into the future, at a time in here the Spanish boy finished his own studies at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, graduating with average ratings in Technology of the Information, yet having no job. That's where all started, at first they just were quick robbing and maybe breaking into one or two banks in the blink of an eye, but as his money grew and equipment did too, he got bolder.

Eventually, the man calling himself Roundabout as both a reference to the song by "Yes" and his actual superpower, was caught and sent to prison few years prior to the alien invasion. Now he still stays there, nearing his 40's but with the same energy and personality as when he was a young lad, time treating him right as there would be very few aging details...one could say he's still in his later 20's!

Weaknesses

-He is still very clearly human and vulnerable to all things humans are vulnerable to.
-Emotions, he is really the emotive guy. If he sees something that gets him sad, you can clearly see it, and he sometimes acts due to emotions, not planning ahead.
-Óscar may be able to dart away in the blink of an eye, although he does not have unlimited stamina and will get tired if he overuses his power for hours and hours, being in need of quite a long rest before doing anything else.
-This may sound weird, but it has been seen that salty and non-sugar based foods seem to either drain his power or tire him even more. More testing is needed.
