Okay, Confederation of Hokkan-Shirito's dossier is finished and sent off.

EDIT: You are all free to do whatever you want but "find a way to overcome [resource x] deficit", even at a 6 roll is a real headache for me.

EDIT: "Look for new ways to increase [resource X]" is literally an awful waste of an action, by the way.

I have to finish Ustrela's dossier. Then Commonwealth of Marn then Toubres' Empire then you're next. They are fairly in depth and there's quite a bit of work but you're in there. Feel free to send me orders for January since it's nearly over and post IC if you choose.

I don't believe you want to be next to Vigentino as west of that is more Indo-Arabic cultures, not European-esque.

I'm updating all the dossiers to February, 1905.

Ustrela's was finished. Working on Toubrés and Marn's now.

Only event that didn't fire in January was the Ithero-Hokkan Trade Agreement, it'll take place in February. [I forgot!]

You can wait if you so choose. You will not have the opportunity to retroactively send in orders if you do, however.
