Appearance
Reo has a neutral monotone look about him. Standing at an impressive 6'2” with a moderately muscular yet lanky body type. He never really is looking to be part of the spotlight. He tries to keep his black hair short and up off his shoulders with pale white skin, or at least paler than normal. His voice is also slightly monotone and really only changes in depth and pitch if he is excited in some way. The boys eyes are always a constant dull blue that glow when he is using his quirk. Also, others around him may feel the hair on their neck stand up. when dealing with higher charges of electricity, small sparks will arc across his body and sometimes harmlessly arc onto nearby objects.
Personality
The Good:
+ Protective:
Reo can be quite protective of those he sees as friends or values as family. He's never had a real family before and will protect what he has from anyone or anything he views a threat.
+ Level headed:
keeping to his Stoic nature. Reo often keeps calm even in otherwise dangerous or strange circumstances. This also helps him with getting things done in short amounts of time without feeling overly stressed.
+ Industrious:
once Reo has a job and its something he knows he can do, he will get it done. The boy enjoys working with mechanical or computer issues. His work often becomes his sole focus, and he will often forget to eat or sleep while working on a project.
The Bad:
- Mischievous:
Reo likes to trick people and cause small bits of chaos. When he isn't doing anything or working on a project, one can often find the young man making some sort of contraption or robot that harasses others for his own enjoyment.
- Awkward:
Reo doesn't pick up on social queues very well and often comes off as quiet and awkward. He rarely understands the sophisticated art of flirting and barley picks up on it when its directed at him. He can also be rather direct and doesn't beat around the bush even if it would be considered rude.
- Thief:
Living on the streets with the nearest scrap yard miles away, left the young man to his own devices when it came to scavenging. Reo would often steal what ever he could to get the parts he needed for what ever project he was working on. even if given everything he would need the young man would still take things from others if it was more convenient than searching for a part else ware.
Quirk
Tesla's Prodigy.
His quirk is rather simple in a way but does lead him to create very complicated things that he doesn't always understand. Reo can manipulate Electrical currents and has an innate mechanical intuition. With his electrokenisis he is able to give simple commands to technology he is touching. This is used most regularly to pull money from ATM's or manipulate simple computers and phones. For now, he can only do this when he is touching said devices and offensively the most he can do currently is “taze” someone.
As for the mechanical intuition, Reo likes to create and make things that would otherwise be unavailable to him. Whether it is something simple, like a phone app that tracks how much sleep he has gotten in the last few days. To a robot that can work in unison with several other robots at the same time, somewhat like a hive mind. These robots are normally used for pranks or stealing things. He has on occasion made some form of tech that is very complicated and most of the time Reo knows what it does but doesn't always know how it does it.

History
Reo's life was normal up until he turned 6 and his parents died in an incident involving a careless hero. The boy, who had no other living relatives that the official's could get a hold of, was put in an orphanage. He was only there for a little over a year before he was placed in another home. He would like to tell you he got adopted but the first chance he got he ran away.
Still dealing with the loss of his parents and the ever lasting feeling of being unwanted. It didn't take long for the boy to find a group of other kids and teenagers that where surviving off the streets. For a time this new life was a little rough to get used to, but with his mistrust for the law and hero's it wasn't long before he found his place among them as a quiet protector and thief when they needed him to be.
It wasn't until he turned 10 that he started getting his Quirk, it was subtle at first. Small charges of static that shocked the others, clothes would stick to him, magnets sometimes acted funny around him. He only really found out about it when things with dead batteries would work or charge in his hands and go dead in the hands of the others. It was also strange to him that he instinctively knew how to fix some machinery or electronics without any prior knowledge of how it worked.
He used these skills for the benefit of his little group of misfits. Not really a gang but not really legal either. It stated small with tricking scanners at the door as they walked out with merchandise and quickly grew to changing security cameras and making withdrawals from ATM's. Eventually their little squad was caught and separated. Somehow he ended up here at the most sought after school in the world almost.
Ambitions
dreams of going to space one day or making some piece of tech that could make it so no one would go hungry again. Might have a thing for excellent gamer girls.
