The premise is, here we have when two lovers stop being polite and start being a couple.
The two met in their college years. Hanzo Aki, a student of business following in his fathers footsteps. Tanaka Miku, a brilliant honors student working to become a horticulturalists. During a session at the schools library they met by chance and over their senior year fell in love.
Being traditional they met each others parents and asked permission to be married. They agreed on the condition they both finish college. As soon as the graduation ceremony was over they both had a second ceremony and a long honeymoon.
They both found jobs the following year. at first it was a time of joy for the couple. However both jobs were in different locations. They only saw each other every other weekend. Aki would spend some nights in a motel instead of traveling the long train ride home for a few hours then get the first train back to Tokyo. Miku would get every weekend home to an empty house missing her husband. The time apart creating a rift between them.
After four years the fights were now becoming regular and something had to change.
