Side Effects of skill: When light sources appear suddenly, they are more sensitive to Loss's eyes.
Description of Skill: Though half-orcs lose their orcish kin's brutish forms, they still have their adaptive eyesight.
Name: Ferocity
Job Class Specialization: Half-Orc
Effects of Skill: When brought down to 0 HP for the first time, health goes down to 1 instead.
Side Effects of skill: This effect only works once per day, and only after taking a long rest.
Description of Skill: Even if they're a hybrid, a half-orc is still as ferocious and enduring as an orc, capable of withstanding what would have been a death blow to delivery one final act of defiance.
Name: Savage Attack
Job Class Specialization: Half-Orc
Effects of Skill: Increase the damage done by melee critical hits.
Side Effects of skill: Only applies to critical hits.
Description of Skill: What a half-orc may lack in raw strength, they make up for in cunning brutality, allowing them to make what hurts the most hurt more.
Name: Rage
Job Class Specialization: Barbarian
Effects of Skill: Physical damage dealt is doubled, and physical damage taken is halved.
Side Effects of skill: Incapable of actively casting spells while under the effect of rage, rage may end unwillingly if Loss does not fight or take damage in a short time frame. Lasts only five minutes.
Description of Skill: Tapping into a primal fury, Loss can dish out more damage and take more damage than some others, allow her to run into the fray with reckless abandon.
Name: Brutality V
Job Class Specialization: Barbarian
Effects of Skill: Multiples the damage of critical hits by five. Increases the chance of critical hits Enables critical hits against creatures normally immune to critical damage. Automatic critical damage against inanimate objects. Maximizes damage against helpless targets.
Side Effects of skill: None
Description of Skill: Hit them where it hurts the most! When Loss manages to perform a critical hit, it hurts real bad.
Name: Primal Fury
Job Class Specialization: Barbarian
Effects of Skill: Alters the Rage ability granted by the barbarian. Now halves damage from magical attacks. Additionally, the Rage ability cannot be dismissed except by incapacitating or killing the Barbarian, after five minutes have passed, or if the Barbarian chooses to end their rage.
Side Effects of skill: Alters Rage.
Description of Skill: Anyone can get angry and brutalize their way through the enemy, but only a few barbarians know how to tap into their animal spirit and unlock a primal fury. Now powered by more than merely adrenaline, a primal fury can even resist the damage from magic, and protects the barbarian's mind from interference by allowing them to awaken their wrath against their enemies.
Name: Mad Magic
Job Class Specialization: Bloodrager
Effects of Skill: Enables spellcasting while under the effect of rage. Additionally if ever under the effect of a mind affecting spell, it instead instantly activates rage or if rage is already active, extends the duration.
Side Effects of skill: Alters Rage.
Description of Skill: Learning how to utilize both arcane power and her innate fury, Loss is capable of combining the best of both worlds.
Name: Disruptive Attack
Job Class Specialization: Bloodrager
Effects of Skill: Whenever magic is cast within melee distance of the Bloodrager, they can instantly attempt to interfere with the spell casting by taking an attack of opportunity.
Side Effects of skill: Only active when raging.
Description of Skill: Bloodragers are capable of utilizing magic to improve their abilities, including preventing others from also benefiting from magic. The moment they even think about trying to cast a spell, they can expect pain for their troubles.
Name: Arcane Wrath
Job Class Specialization: Bloodrager
Effects of Skill: When activating Rage, a Bloodrager may instantly activate two specific spell buff from the following list. The duration of the buffs last for as long as the rage does.
- Protection from Arrows - When this spell is activated, an aura radiates from the caster that deflects non-magical ranged ammunition. Even magical projectiles, whether enchanted or direct casted from a spell, will have a more difficult time hitting the caster.
- Resist Energy - This spell reduces the damage from Fire, Lightning, Cold, Acid, Necrotic, and Divine by half.
- Spider Climb - This spell allows the user to walk along angled surfaces, even side ways or upside down.
- Iron Lungs - Ensures that the caster no longer needs to breath, allowing them to hold their breath underwater, vacuums, or in environments where there is toxic air.
- Haste - When this spell is activated, doubles movement speed, increases evasive ability, increases speed to perform additional actions such as attacking, dashing, evading, taking cover, or using an item.
Side Effects of skill: Cannot change the choice of spells after the rage begins, and none of the effects persist once the rage ends.
Description of Skill: A Bloodragers specialty is being able to combine magic with anger, and this ability represents it best. It allows a Bloodrager to go to new heights in order to better demonstrate their rage and fury.
Name: Raging Song
Job Class Specialization: Skald
Effects of Skill: When a Skald begins his rage, he may allow nearby allies to also begin raging, gaining the same benefits and drawbacks of rage as the Skald does.
Side Effects of skill: Allows allies who can see or hear the Skald to benefit from rage, including any drawbacks. If others cannot see or hear the Skald, they cannot benefit from the Raging Song. When the Rage ends, others affected also loose the benefits.
Description of Skill: Any barbarian can tap into their rage and become a threatening warrior, but true power comes from the ability to inspire that rage into others. Like a single drop that creates a big ripple, a Skald can turn still water into a tidal wave.
Name: Spell Keening II
Job Class Specialization: Skald
Effects of Skill: Allows the Skald to replicate any Tier Three spell or lower.
Side Effects of skill: Any spell casted through Spell Keening always takes twice as long to cast, the casting time cannot be shorten, and the spells cannot benefit from any outside buffs. Additionally while this ability does not require mana it can only be used a certain amount of time equal to the Skald level (Currently 6).
Description of Skill: While most spell casters rely on study, objects, or the gods to grant them magic, a Skald uses their own experience and passion to manifest magic. While these spells may take longer and are generally weaker than those of dedicated spell casters, the ability to choose a variety of spells as needed makes Spell Keening a powerful ability in a Skald's arsenal.
Name: Athletic Expertise
Job Class Specialization: Rogue
Effects of Skill: Increase Athletic abilities.
Side Effects of skill: None.
Description of Skill: Loss’ specialized rogue training has increased her athletics, increasing her strength based abilities such as running, jumping, climbing, grappling, pushing, and carrying.
Name: Cunning Action
Job Class Specialization: Rogue
Effects of Skill: Enables reactionary evasive maneuvers such as dodging, dashing, hiding, or stealing.
Side Effects of skill: None
Description of Skill: Speed is a rouge’s best friend, and Loss takes full advantage of it. With her cunning action she can dodge attacks more easily, or failing that she can reduce the among of damage by avoiding the full brunt of the attacks. She can run further faster, or quickly vanish if she has some cover to put between herself and her enemy. She can also do various sleights of hand such as quickly pickpocketing someone even in the midst of battle.
Name: Escape Route
Job Class Specialization: Rogue
Effects of Skill: Automatically teleports to a predetermined location within one mile of the rogue.
Side Effects of skill: Escape Route location must be chosen prior to using the skill; only works three times per day and each time a new Escape Route must be made.
Description of Skill: The capstone ability of a rogue, after all is said and done they must always have a way out. This ability allows Loss to teleport directly to a location she has set up as her Escape Route, so long as she is conscious and within one mile of the escape route.
Name: Assassination III
Job Class Specialization: Assassin
Effects of Skill: Does a massive amount of additional damage to enemy when they least expect it, either due to being surprised, distracted, or otherwise unable to fully focus on Loss.
Side Effects of skill: Assassination only procs if Loss attacks from stealth (And she is not detected), if she has friendly allies near her target, or if her enemy is otherwise unable to try and dodge her attacks.
Description of Skill: Aiming her blows to an enemy’s weak points Loss strikes her enemies where it hurts and does a lot of damage when they least expect it.
Name: Death Mark III
Job Class Specialization: Assassin
Effects of Skill: Increases stealth against specific target. Allows assassination against targets normally immune to critical attacks. Allows the Assassin to always be able to proc Assassination against the specific target of a Death Mark.
Side Effects of skill: Can only use Death Mark on one target at a time until they are slain or the target is changed. When using Death Mark, Assassination does not proc onto other targets even if they qualify for an Assassination.
Description of Skill: A true Assassin is not some wanton murderer, some serial killer who slaughters masses indiscriminately. At least if they are they pick and choose their target carefully. A Death Mark ensures the doom of the Assassin's quarry, increase their efficiency to deliver death in a timely and painful fashion.
