• Personality:
Quiet would be Benjamin's way unless he feels there is something that is important to say. A man who chooses his words very carefully he has been characterized as methodical in many instances. Some would say that Benjamin comes off as cold or uninterested, maybe even snooty as if he feels he is better than you. In reality even though he passed by it long ago Benjamin is in many ways still shy. This coupled with the fact that he has a rather grim view of the world and a deep bitterness, most do not see the kind man within. At his core he is fundamentally a kind soul but one who is dealing with demons of his past. He finds small victories in helping others, but he prefers those victories to be personal so no one ever realizes just how much he cares. An while he wants to be more in the eye's of one he loves, he accepts the facts he may never be the man he wants to be.

• Biography:
The culmination of ones life is not based from the way they came into the world but from the way they leave it. These words always even at a young age brought comfort to Benjamin especially for a boy that was born into a world of solitude. Not many know of his family life, he never talked about them and even more so most just thought he was some orphan who had no family and he felt ashamed about it. Truth is stranger than fiction and in Benjamin's case he had a great family. A loving father and a loving mother and in the end he couldn't have been farther from their arms. It was not that he didn't love them in own way it was that he could never truly show it. Benjamin was shy, almost a debilitation in some forms of explanation. He never talked, to anyone, and it was this that kept him distanced from even his mother and father.
In some ways this is probably what lead him down the road it did, down the road to becoming what most people would have considered a creep. Even from a young age Benjamin found a unique way to look at the world, and that view was that in this life there is no true happiness. This point of view was often reinforced time and time again when he was ostracized for never talking and being forced to therapy to solve something that had no way of being solved. His parents never understood, probably because they were in all respects the perfect couple since their high school days. Prom queen, prom king, loved by all and as social as a butterflies through and through. They had no idea how to help Benjamin and in turn they pushed him away in the end only furthering his pessimistic view of life.
This is what lead him to his current life save many untold memories of starting his own Detective Agency. What does one do when they can't talk and their parents push them away? They bury themselves in books and find odd ways of satisfying their misplaced needs. Benjamin had two, one was an obsession that nearly consumed his life nearly driving him mad and the second was puzzles, mysteries, things that had no clear solve to them. These things fascinated him to no end and these things took the toll off his troubled mind. Over thirteen years Benjamin has lead the life of a Private Detective, solving the mysteries that people presented to him, crossed lovers, missing people, betrayal, conspiracies against fellow man. One might say he had seen it all being in such a line of work. However...
When the invitation arrived on his desk for a class reunion it was obvious he had not seen it all just yet. To say he was one step from tossing the thing the moment he read it was an understatement. He did not relish those old days, the days where he could not speak and he was the silent third wheel to all his classmates. But he could not deny that his teacher, the one who sent the invitation had made his life a lot less hellish in those days. She had been the kindest person to him back than and he felt that he at least owed her enough to show up if nothing else than for her. So he dropped his cases for a couple days or so and took a trip down memory lane back to his childhood haunts. Although in the back of his mind there was another reason, or rather another person that drew him there besides Mrs. Deville. A person whom he had tried to convince himself many times played no part in his life anymore. But like he has said many times to many people, truth is often stranger than fiction.
