The year is 2200.

It has been two decades since Commander Shepard, the hero of the galaxy, activated the cubical destroying the Reapers, at the cost of his life. It has been two decades, since Mordin cured the genophage, stopping the Krogans from going extinct.It has been decades since the Ilusive man, the leader of the terrorist group,Cerberus, committed suicide, after being convinced he had been indoctrinated by the reapers. This made the council think that Cerberus was done for, gone, died.

They where wrong, Cerberus stilled remained. under the command of a unknown...thing. Through the council denied there existence,

Until the Systems Alliance System dreadnought-Shepard, was destroyed upon launch from it's ship yard. Cerberus troops soon moved on the shipyard, and took it, and after a few days of siege, where all killed.

This puzzles the Council, who could not ponder how Cerberus was still going well enough to destroy a dreadnought and take a shipeyard and last for more then one day in battle with Alliance troops.

Captured Batarian pirates soon reported that there bases where forcibly taken by Cerberus troop's, and banks in several different area's of the Galaxy reported that millions of billions of credits where taken from them, sometimes by gunpoint

Soon, terrorist attacks grew in Council space,especially System Alliance Space.

This worries the Council, who have ordered Spectre's to investigate. Hoping that this only a handful of remaining Cerberus Cell's that refused to give up.

They are wrong.

Name: Zeto'Orzh vas Rayya nar Neema

Race: Quarian

Gender: Male

Age: 24

Appearance: Zeto is taller than most Quarians, standing at a even 6 foot, with a muscular build. Though almost no one ever sees him with out his suit Zeto has thick dark brown hair, pure white eyes and dark skin.



Personality: Zeto is a very laid back individual, rarely getting angry like most specters, and adjusts well when things don't go to plane. He seems to make friends rather quickly, maybe do to his calm demeanor. He tends to make jokes, though if the jokes are funny is a whole other story. When he is on a mission Zeto has two objectives in mind at all times, get it done and get everyone out alive. He is also rather prideful about his race, it being one of the few things that will set him off if prodded about it.

Skills:
-Basic hacking skills: Like most Quarians, though he never looked too deep into the field.
-Physically fit: Zeto trains his body regularly to be able to hold his own in hand to hand combat.
-Small arms expert: Zeto is skilled in small arms, pistols and submachine guns to be more specific.
-Medical training: Do to his weak immune system Zeto researches as much about medicines as he can.

Abilities: Adept
-Heavy Throw: Zeto uses mass effect fields to hurl targets away, smashing them against walls with hurricane force
-Pull Field: Zeto uses mass effect fields to suspend entire groups in the air
-Heavy Shockwave: Zeto sends out a series of explosive biotic impacts, with the strength of a biotic freight train, ignoring any obstacles
-Heavy Slam: Zeto lifts a target and slams them to the ground with 800.00 newtons worth of force
-Heavy Warp: Zeto spawns a mass effect field that rips people apart at a molecular level
-Biotic Sphere: Zeto can form a small dome to protect him and a few others from fire for a short time

Equipment:
-M-11 Suppressor: He relies on this pistol most of the time, liking it's quick and quite nature
-N7 Hurricane: This is his back up weapon he uses only when he fills overwhelmed
-Series of antibiotics, immuno-boosters, and herbal supplements: In case he finds himself having to take off his suit
-L5x Bio Implant: He underwent a surgery to have the updated implant installed, which almost killed him, once he was cleared to be a specter. As a result his Biotics have been increased twice over

History: Zeto's story starts with a explosion, quite literally. When his mother, Shala'Orzh vas Neema, was still impregnated with him she was unfortunate to have been caught in a explosion of a shipment of Eezo that was being delivered to the ship. It caused a near fatal rupture to her enviro-suit, and unknowing to her infected her unborn child. Zeto lived a normal Quarian childhood, starting in his bubble and receiving his first enviro-suit like the rest of his peers. It wasn't until he was thirteen that his Biotic abilities began to show, he knocked a boy across the trading deck of the Neema for calling his mother a bosh'tet. Being one of the very few Biotic Quarians, Zeto took it upon himself to train his abilities to their very peak, ignoring the engineering path that most of his race normally took.

Though most of his fellow shipmates thought him as weird and out of place, for not pursuing the technical arts, he still kept a upbeat personality even when he was sent out on his pilgrimage at eighteen, which he was sent out early after he knocked the same boy across the trading deck again this time for telling he was a disgraceful Quarian. Zeto spent two years wandering the stars, traveling from Omega to the Citadel and everywhere in between in search for his pilgrimage gift, when was then captured by what he assumed to be a slave traders. He spent three weeks locked up on their ship, where he almost died of sickness. Zeto was able to break free when he blindsided one of his captors when they went to feed him, they weren't expecting any Biotics from a Quarian. He then went to work taking out the rest of the ship's crew, not killing any of them shockingly, before managing to get accesses to one of the ships computers and downloaded all their data before he boarded one of the escape shuttles. Once he was free he sent out a signal to the Alliance to pick up the ship before he went over the information he got, finding out that he was captured by a Cerberus group who were planning an attack on the Migrant Fleet.

Zeto then returned from his pilgrimage with the information of the attack as his gift, he presented it to the captain of the Rayya and joined it's crew. Though word of a Quarian Biotic clearing a Cerberus ship with out back up quickly made it's way around, finding it's way to the Council. It wasn't long after the Council approached the Admiralty Board with the offer of making Zeto a Specter, which both the Board and Zeto accepted. Shortly after his acceptance into the Specters Zeto underwent the sugary to up grade his Bio amp to the latest version, upping his Biotic skills to near Asari levels.

So, I am a fan of Mass Effect and am interested. I have a few questions, though. First, how do you feel about Geth? Is this RP going under the assumption that both the Quarians and Geth survived the war, and if so, would anything prevent me from being a Geth? As they would have gained individuality in the war. I'm also wondering how the galaxy has changed in those 20 years following the war in terms of tech, society, and so on (I made an RP set in this time period once, so I have a lot of ideas, if you're open to them).

The Geth...there debating on it,on joining the council and all that, some just want to keep to themselves in the Veil, other's want to stop the isolationism they been practicing, Most Quarians are fine with the Geth,through some still hate them with a passion.

I have no idea on what went on the 20 year gap, besides Cerberus.

Well, the homeworld of both the Quarians and Geth is Rannock (or however you spell it). In ME3, if they both survive, the Geth offer to help the Quarians resettle on the planet. They even begin to help them gain back their immune systems (your character would probably have a decent enough immune system, Saarebas). If they both survived the war, they would have to be coexisting. Although, as you said, it is reasonable to say that there would be groups of Quarians that still don't accept them, probably offworld.

At any rate, I am eager to join as a Geth. There is one suggestion in terms of technology I'd like to run by you. In ME1, they had guns that could cool on their own, but it took a while, so they replaced them with thermal clips to cool more quickly, but it required them to sacrifice the former cooling tech. In my mind, the natural progression of that technology would be guns that could use thermal clips, but when they ran out, they could still cool on their own like in ME1. What would you think?

Personality: As one might expect from a Geth, Avatar is driven by logic, though it does have a distinct personality, as most Geth have come to develop since the Reaper War. History: For most of Avatar’s existence, it was but a single Geth program, with little more than rudimentary instincts and completely reliant upon the presence of other Geth to attain intelligence. That, however, changed in the midst of the Reaper War. In the aftermath of the battle with the Creator fleet at Rannoch, all Geth were given Reaper upgrades that uplifted them to become true A.I. Avatar was given its name by a group of organics it fought alongside during the Battle of Earth, and decided to keep that name in order to facilitate easier communication with organics.

After the mass relays were repaired, Avatar filled many roles. At first most of the Geth’s efforts were on rebuilding what was lost at Rannoch and helping the Creators resettle on the homeworld. The efficiency of the Geth’s planning coupled with the eagerness of the Quarians to re-establish their home made the process exceptionally quick. Avatar spent a few years inhabiting the suits of Creators, mimicking the effects of viruses to help them to rebuild their immune systems. Over time, cities were erected on the surface of Rannoch, and more and more Creators were able to live without their suits, though most still chose to wear them due to tradition.

Eventually, Avatar’s role shifted away from rebuilding and into security. Due to the weakened state of the galaxy in the years after the war, piracy and other forms of crime were becoming increasingly common. All Geth were capable of combat when installed in the correct platform, but Avatar had a desire to help, as it would mean working more closely with other species, aside from Creators. Avatar served for about a decade as a combat platform, patrolling sectors near the borders of Geth/Quarian space, and sometimes even in the territories of other species, when requested. Overall, the Geth were not in consensus on how much of a role they should play in galactic politics, if any at all, but most agreed that attacking pirates and other criminals benefitted all parties.

Recently, Avatar has been given a new assignment. In a show of mutual cooperation, the Geth have agreed to send advanced platforms to directly assist the Council in dealing with a new potential threat. These platforms are to serve the same roles as Spectres, and are likely to work alongside them. These Geth are not exactly considered Spectres, as the Geth have little desire for ranks or titles, but they serve with the same capacity and resources.

being seen as a outcast by both humans for being Asari and by some Asari for being raised by a human, she was always alone, staying inside. then like humans do...her mother died, the event hit Aliya hard and she left the Citadel and went to Omega in search of her "father".
While looking and tending bar/dancing at Afterlife she started learning to harness her bioitics, and then using weaponry becoming really adept at the sniper rifle. it was then she decided to train and after many years she became a covert opertive.

a rarity being a asari raised by a human, mixing human ways of thinking with Asari ways.
her skill in stealth and covert missions are top of her class.

Cerberus Guard-The reserves of Cerberus, Guards are either recruits still in training, or are demoted operatives. They are too guard Cerberus stations and facilities with their life, and armed with a M-7 Lancer or a M--8 Avenger, officers armed with a Mattock.


Trooper-The Rank-and-file soldiers of Cerberus, they are well-trained and discipline, and are a force to be reckoned with. They are armed with a variety of weapons, including the M-25 Hornet and M-96 Mattock.


Centurion-The Centurion are the squad leaders of Cerberus, armed with a M-96 Mattock.


Assault Trooper-The elite troops of Cerberus, they receive the best equipment and training.


Officer-The commanders of stations and battles, they also plan attacks on Cerberus enemies.

History: Raised on Palaven he was only 10 when the Reapers attacked, unfortunately the assault of the Turian home planet left Telsa parent-less, and most factions of her family had either died or went missing. The military took in the orphans, having them set to work on their civil duties plan all the while raising them in foster home type situations. When she reached the age of 15 she joined the military officially and set to work on her 15 year civil service plan that all Turians must carry out on their home world. There she joined the police faction of the Turian military and upheld order in areas that were still undergoing construction and redevelopment that were riddled with gang activity. After showing great valor in the line of duty she was promoted to the Turian armada and stationed on various frigates who patrolled various portions of space under the command of the Council. After ten years of duty she was issued her own frigate, and patrolled the boarder of the Vale for suspicious activity. After snuffing out a rouge faction of Geth, influenced by what was later discovered as a foreign code implanted by Cerberus, she was asked to join the councils special guard, the Spectres.

I might post up one, depending on how my midterms go. It will have the same general theme just the time will change instead of 20 years after the reaper invasion it will be somewhere around 200 just to be realistic with the reconstruction of the mass effect relays and whole civilizations haha. I'll Let you guys know :)
