Age: 28
Personality: Due to a genetic defect, she has no capacity to feel emotion, though she does understand the concept. She's professional in her manner and speech, but occasionally she comes across as condescending due to living most of her life as one PI&N's uppercrust. This side of her comes out most often with people she's decided are undesirable, such as vagrants, morons, and the corrupt.
Backstory: Even at the peak of her career, the youngest daughter of the illustrious Blackmoore family was unknown to the majority of Paragon Industries & Nuclear. This was, of course, by design. For a corp that prides itself on its superiority, publicly admitting that their much-vaunted Angel-Knights had defective members among its ranks would be unthinkable. Though, to their considerable frustration, her skills, 85% Sync Ratio, and constant successes made her difficult to justify removing.
Olivia Blackmoore's defect isn't really relevant to her combat abilities, nor is it immediately apparent. Put simply, she's emotionally blank. This is the result of damage to her Limbic System that was unaccounted for during her development. The geneticist working on her and her siblings was fired for his error, but, by the the time it was noticed, she'd already distinguished herself in combat. So, she was quietly swept under the rug.
For ten years she acted as the commander and point-woman for a squad of Agents that enjoyed unprecedented success in increasingly-suicidal missions. Her successes were an endless source of frustration for her superiors. As it turned out, she was, in fact, being sent on suicide missions. If she died in the course of a mission, the higher-ups had thought, then they could happily pat themselves on the back and use her death as further proof that superiority can only be achieved through perfection. Eventually, they grew tired of waiting.
Corp loyalty is beaten into every employee's head. Even low-borns, especially low-borns have it driven into them that the corp is their best chance at a happy life and continued survival. It was that loyalty that resulted in her own squad being sent after her for some fictional crime against the CEO. With few viable options at her disposal, Olivia commenced a tactical withdrawl. She scuttled her old corp mech and escaped into the wider world, eventually managed to make it to North America. There, she successfully stole an old Denver-Vegas mech that, while far clunkier than the sleek, nearly-alien mechs of her homecorp, was far more rugged and easily maintained.
With her stolen mech, which she named 'Outcast', she's made her way to Electrum Company. This is partly for her own protection, but she considers it a temporary solution at best to her real predicament.
Tactical Preferences and Skills: Olivia's history as a covert agent has colored her tactics. She prefers not to strike without some sort of advantage whether it's numbers, gear, or information. By the time she reveals herself, the enemy is lost, scared, and out of ammo.

Type of NC: AssaultEquipment & Armaments: Outcast utilizes a rather standard set of High-Threat Riot Gear: A twin-linked NC-Grade assault rifle with both standard and explosive rounds, a collapsable riot shield, and a combat knife. Its armor is rather unimpressive by Denver-Vegas standards, but, for someone who advocates caution in her approach, this is a relative non-issue.
