“I do remember something though,”

"What is that?" he asked with a slight grin.

“You called me cute, that time back at the mall. I thought you were just Talon then. Remember? Right after you helped me escape Mr. Johnson. And then when I was blinded back at the Lounge, you helped me get out, and stuck by me no matter what. I guess, that shows you’ve always really cared...”

"I've always tried to care about people. I guess that's why my main power is defensive." He walked with her out of the school before turning to say something else, only to get blind-sided by her kissing his cheek. He froze for a few seconds, waving distractedly as Tonya said bye.

Once Tonya was out of sight, Beak began giggling hard. "I think she likes you." The only response from Eddie was a laugh and cheer of pure joy and elation.

-----

As the five students left the school, Matthew arrived at his house. "Tomorrow." he said to his Kwami. "We will get their miraculouses." His Kwami nodded as he flew to his bed. They both needed sleep.

Bella nodded faintly in understanding. Of course it would feel weird being put in a situation where she was the youngest by a few years, but if the others didn't mind, she'd definitely try not to let it get to her. Heck, she'd probably be too nervous to talk to Jess or Brian unless she was with Alex, so it would turn out okay in the end, right?
"Th-That's...a relief..." She said before placing a hand on her chest, sighing softly.

At the mention of homework and studies in general, Bella's face brightened significantly.
"N-No! U-Uh, I mean, yeah I'm a good student, but I'm o-open for a-any kind of help, really." She explained, not wanting Alex's help to be in vain. Of course it felt a little weird knowing that other people she didn't even know knew of her as a 'star student', but that didn't mean she was perfect. Getting help from Alex and her friends could prove to be beneficial in more ways than one.

The two continued their little conversation until the car scheduled to take them both home can into sight.
"Oh, th-there it is! L-Let's h-hurry." Bella said with a small smile as she picked up her pace to not keep her maid waiting.

---

"Bella..."

"..."

"Bella."

"..."

"Bella!"

The girl woke up with a faint start, her expression covered mostly by a sleepy haze. It was clear that the girl was still awfully tired, but if she slept in any further, she would have been late for school. Plus there was detention so she would be there longer than normal. The detention in general just seemed to mess up her entire schedule.

After dropping Alex off to her home, Bella was finally able to go home herself. She expect the maids and butlers to at least be worried or concerned about the bandages wrapped around her head, or maybe why she was in detention, but nope. Like always, they kept to themselves. Bella would like to say she was use to it, but that didn't mean it didn't still hurt. It went to show how much they really didn't care, she assumed. After that, it was more of taking care of Hoppi, who reassured her that everything would be okay, finishing up some particularly hard homework, having dinner, trying to get a way for her parents to come home to talk to the principal, and having a hard time sleeping in general. In the end, she probably only got about 4 to 5 hours of actual sleep.

Glancing back at the Kwami hovering above her, Bella yawned.
"...Good morning..."
"Good morning! Come on! You gotta get ready to school! I wanna see my friends again! Hurry! Hurry!" The rabbit Kwami shouted excitedly, flying to and fro as she could barely hold in her excitement. Instead of feeding into it, the blue haired girl calmly sat up, placing a hand on her throbbing head. Waking up with a headache was never fun, but unfortunately she'd have to deal with it...
"I-it's not until after school, so d-don't burn yourself out, okay..?" She hummed in response as she slipped out of bed and moved to her closet to find something to wear. Knowing that it would be cleaning lockers, Bella opted for short shorts and an oversized t-shirt, before taking the clothes into the bathroom, Hoppi following quickly after.

It took about 15 minutes for the girl to get ready. Once she had her backpack, Miraculous pin, and Hoppi safely kept away inside of one of her baggy sleeves, Bella hurried downstairs. Still a little upset with her guardians, she opted out of breakfast and instead slipped on her in line skates and was off to school. Naturally being the type of person who hated being late, Bella zoomed down her route, arriving at school about ten minuted later. And while she would have changed out of her skates for school, Bella decided to keep them on for safety reasons. Anything could happen and she needed to be fast if she wanted o help anyone.

Classes for the most part were normal, aside for the constant whispering she heard going on behind her, most of it having to do with her and how she got detention. If her self-esteem hadn't already been scrapping the bottom of the barrel she would have told them to shut up, but one could only wish.

Before she knew it, school was over and it was time to start detention. Letting out another yawn Bella made her way under the school's main staircase, wiggling her sleeve a bit to get Hoppi's attention.
"I-it was here, right? Y-You should hide until you see one of other Kwami, okay?" She whispered as the little being flew out.
"Awww, can't you stay with me unless someone shows up?" She questioned, her eyes pleading. And while Bella would have preferred to stay and wait, she knew it would be rather weird to see the other Kwami, so she declined the request with a faint shake of her head.
"I-I'm sorry...it shouldn't be that long though, I promise..." She mumbled sadly before taking her leave. It was time to clean some lockers...

Alex followed Bella and smiled at her replies. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad after all. She followed Bella to the car, and felt rather guilty to actually hitch a ride with her. But she had insisted and Alex rode in. After being dropped off, she entered her house. As expected, there was no one at her house. She expected that the lecture would come late at night once her parents had come back home.

After all, they didn't even take the time out of their jobs to take her out of the hospital, so she didn't expect them to take an early leave.

So, she did what she could do. Jess had dropped off some notes into the mail as well as their due assignments tomorrow that had been given earlier. Alex went on to do the homework and study up on some of Jess's messy notes. When she heard her parents' cars pull up the driveway, she took a deep breath and then let Poyzz rest on the table with some beef jerky. "Stay here, Poyzz. Don't come down, okay?"

Poyzz looked worriedly at his master. "Are you going to be alright Alex?" He questioned, pressing his palms against each others.

"I'll be fine."

The hour long lecture she had gotten from her parents was strenuous and her ears would fall off if it was physically possible. They had shouted at first and Alex wouldn't meet their eyes. Even if she skipped school for the greater good, she couldn't say that to them. Their lectures fell on deaf ears because she already knew the drill. Alex knew all of it by heart now.

Don't fail them.

That was it. That was the core of the lecture. Once they were done, they were tired. Her father told her that if her grades doesn't go down because of this, then it was fine. She could take all the breaks she wanted but she cannot flunk a subject. How sweet. At least they gave her permission to skip classes however many times she wanted. Wonder how the principal would feel about that.

There was nothing about her visit to the hospital. They didn't dare mention it for reasons unknown to her. Ah well, it was to be expected. After all, she was still very much alive and didn't even really get any serious injuries. Of course they wouldn't care all that much.

She went up to her room and then collapsed onto her bed. Poyzz landed on the side of her pillow and then patted the side of her head. Despite his usually energetic self, he knew better than to pester her any further. So, he simply hummed a very, very old lullaby that he has learned from a long time ago.

-----

Once more, only the alarm woke her up. She went on to do her own thing, cleaning up and then dressing up. Unexpectedly, Jess was waiting at her doorstep with a concerned look on her face. "Talk. Now."

Alex resigned herself to telling a story, giving out the reason that she only wanted to take a break. After all, school was getting the best of her. Jess then went on to say that she and Brian and her should go out and have some fun on the weekend. That way, she would get to relax.

"Should I wait for the two of you to finish detention?" She asked once they reached the school.

"If you want, Jess." She replied and the girl nodded.

The two of them made their way to the classroom and went on with their classes. Jess usually pushes away anyone who questioned why she suddenly left and what she did. Jess was really good at deflecting them and Alex owed a lot to her.

Once that was all done, she bid farewell to Jess who decided to wait at a nearby cafe. She headed to the meeting place with the kwami. She patted her jacket softly and Poyzz came out. "Have fun Poyzz." She told the ferret.

"I will!" He then flew towards a close hiding place to see Hoppi there. He waved at her frantically just as Alex headed down. "Hoppi!" He exclaimed.

Alex went on to attend detention and clean lockers.

Not a word was spoken of the incident, in fact, hardly any words were shared between father and daughter that evening. Tonya wasn’t sure whether she’d rather her father yell and be angry or not. Her good mood from saying Farwell to Eddie felt smothered by the thickened atmosphere of the deafening silence. Everything that could have been said had already been discussed, and that wasn’t much. At least her father hadn’t enacted even more punishments, perhaps he considered their damaged trust, and the school’s week long detention to be sufficient. Whatever the case Mr. Tabbet took a premature evening, mumbling some excuse about getting to work early tomorrow, leaving Tonya nothing more to do then catch up on a lot of overdo homework, and talk to Ossar about what had occurred.

The serpent kwami was less than pleased that they all knew each other by name at that point, but proved to be at least understanding of the predicament. His cold eyes, and disapproving mood only added to Tonya’s discomfort however and after only thirty minutes of struggling through math problems and history short answers she huffed out a “g’night Ossar.” And went to sleep resolving to do the work eventually.

The next morning Tonya arouse to find the house empty, and a note saying her father would be late coming home that night. Implying heavily that he’d missed vital hours of work yesterday. Fixing herself a bowl of cold cereal Tonya munched on the sugary kernels while watching Ossar swim about in a separate bowl of milk she’d set out for him. His rhythmic laps triggered an important fact she’d almost forgotten to share with him. “Oh, Ossar I forgot to tell you last night. The other kwami wanted to meet, during our detention. You were asleep, so you wouldn’t have heard.”

The snake’s body stilled, and he rested still on the surface of his milky sea, like a miniature sea serpent rising above the waves. “My friends and I have not come together in many long years. Our meeting shall be joyous no doubt.” But then the serpent’s eyes clouded, and he shook his head. “No, it cannot be. Trivial past-time might be enjoyable for the moment, but detrimental in excess. Should something occur and I remain incapable to enact my bond with the miraculous, all for my own selfish desires, thou might find yourself vulnerable to Rouge-Bat’s aggression. Better to err on the side of caution.”

Tonya laughed, sloshing the bowl, causing milk to flow over Ossar’s head. He rose into the air indigently, his forked tongue flickering out to clear his eyes and nostrils. “Rouge-bat doesn’t know who we are, there’s tons of schools, and thousands of kids our age in Louisville.” Tonya explained. She wasn’t having so great of a morning, and she’d be darned if Ossar missed out meeting his friends because he was worried about her being attacked. “What are the chances he attacks our school, during our detention when no one is there? Small I’d say. And we’ll be literally down the hallway scrubbing lockers. You are going, and that’s final.”

Ossar bowed his head, sinking once more into his bowl. “Very well, if thou orders it, it shall be done.” He closed his eyes, then said in a low voice. “My thanks Tonya.”

The matter settled Tonya collected her books and bag, tucked Ossar away into his hiding place, and set off to school. She missed Eddie on the walk there, having left a little earlier than usual. She was slightly disappointed by this but kept going, arriving early to her classroom. No other students had arrived yet and only her teacher was there, grading something or another at her desk. Tonya approached timidly, her eyes fixed on the floor at her feet. It was only when she brought her gaze up, and looked her in the eye however that her teacher acknowledged her presence.

“Yes, Miss Tabbet?”

“I wanted to apologize.” Tonya said. She’d been doing it a lot lately, it was starting to get easier. “I had a bad morning yesterday, and I was….”

“Disrespectful?”

Tonya cringed. “Yes, ma’am. Very.”

“Okay then,” her teacher leaned back in her chair, giving Tonya a small smile. “I forgive you, just make sure from now on to keep that temper in check. Now go take your seat, class is about to begin.”

The rest of the day went a lot smoother from there. When the bell finally rang releasing the students to freedom and Tonya to her punishment. She ran by the stairs, taking Ossar in her hands and releasing him to join the other kwami. He slithered across the floor, his eyes lighting up as he spotted the rabbit and ferret kwami already there. “My friends.” He hissed, curling about them like a constrictor might, and giving them a friendly squeeze. “Salutations, it hath been far too long, and thy pleasant embrace is a blessing upon this one for certain.”

Leaving them to their reunion Tonya joined Bella and Alex at the lockers, nodding a greeting to both of the girls.

Eddie arrived home to an empty house, glad for the chance to eat and sleep in peace. However, that was broken the next morning. Eddie checked to make sure Beek was still asleep before wandering down to see his parents arguing with the only one of his sisters that still lived at home. Ignoring her as best as he could, he sat to eat breakfast. He interrupted the argument to give each of his parents a hug before he heard his sister stomp away, mumbling something about never being at Luna's Lunar Lounge the previous week. He'd have to ask her about it later.

It didn't take long for him to get ready and head out. He left at his normal time but didn't see any of the girls. He thought it was strange but dismissed it as just coincidence.

His school day was long and boring, and it was hard for him to stay awake. Multiple times, he had fallen asleep and his head had fallen to the desk, the impact of which woke him with a shout of, "I'm awake!" It happened once in one odd the classes he shared with Tonya. He was more embarrassed in that class than the others because he did it in front of her.

After school, Eddie left Beek at the stairs before heading to detention. Beek was happy to see his friends and, with a joyful smile, pulled each of them into a hug. "Hoppi, Oscar, Poyzz, it's been forever."

It was clearly nerve wracking being all alone while waiting for her friends to arrive, but Hoppi remained strong, hearing out for the smallest sound of one of the other Kwami to reach her ears. She had been so focused, in fact, that she hadn't realized her familiar ferret friend was near until he literally blew out her eardrums; not that she minded of course.
"Poyzz!" She shout just as loudly as she met the ferret Kwami halfway, glomping him with all her might. "Wow, you look great!" She then grinned, ears twitching excitedly in the process.

The two engaged in small talk for about a minute or so until the dialect of an all to familiar snake had the rabbit beaming. "Ossar! Talk about a blast from the past!" She chimed, barely able to suppress the giggle bubbling in her mouth as said Kawmi circled around the both of them and gave a happy squeeze. Oh how she missed the polite Kwami's enveloping hugs.

And lastly came Beek, who pulled all of them into a separate hug. When it was her turn, the gray bunny smiled happily, hugging the bird back with all her might.
"It really has been forever Beek!" Hoppi said with a nod before looking at the others. "Because, I mean, who would have thought we'd be able to see each other, let alone work together? I'm glad to see that we all are still up and beating bad guys!" She said with an eager nod as she circled around the three boys.

Poyzz reeled back when Hoppi glomped him. He wasn't bothered by it, though he was taken by surprise and they tumbled backwards but at least they didn't land on the ground. "You look good too Hoppi!" He replied as he patted her back.

Not long after that, Ossar had come - wrapping around them and giving them a friendly squeeze. A grin came on his face as he did that - though moreso when the snake Kwami went on to speak. "You still haven't changed up from the old language huh?" Poyzz wasn't bothered by it. In fact, he found it funny and, as Hoppi put it, a 'blast from the past.' "Do you still do riddles buddy?" He questioned.

He was pulled into another hug when Beek arrived and he patted his back as well. "Good to see you Beek. You should really work on your hiding skills though!" He suggested to the eagle Kwami who he suspected was the first one out of the bunch to be spotted by the other Kwami. Well, he did suppose that it may be just because Poyzz always kept an eye out for any of his old companions.

"Mhm, it has been a while since we fought together!" The ferret agreed with a pump of his fist. His last master was nowhere close to any other Kwami or Miraculous users so he went about it all alone. While it was a pleasure to have been under the use of a Native American, he felt a little lonely if he were to be honest. "Wonder what the Guardian is thinking though. I'm not complaining about seeing you guys, but activating four Miraculous at the same time... it's like Kivaat's owner is really doing something bad."

His earlier concerns not forgotten Ossar drifted amongst his friends, all greetings given and received in their happy reunion. He truly appreciated the chance to talk to his old companions once more, but the kwami knew that it was only possible due to a grave error by their new masters. Not even four days in and already the four of them knew each other by name. Still, not wanting to spoil the good mood, and fully aware of the more carefree nature of his longtime companions Ossar kept his worries to himself, for now. He would broach the subject later. At the moment he embraced, and embraced again each of the three kwami in turn, pressing his rounded nose against each one’s forehead in a serpent’s kiss. “Indeed, such good tidings and friendly faces are a surely welcome sight for sore eyes.” He hissed rising a few inches off the floor and relaxing in midair. With a lazy flick of his head the snake closed his eyes, thinking for the briefest of moments before addressing Poyzz.

“Despised am I by knave and liar,
And after me the wise inquire.
Ask of me, what secrets hold?
Without a word I shall not fold.
In dark places I may expire,
But shall I rise over deceit and fire?
Find me out if ye require,
Of what am I, such deep desire?”

Beek smiled as he began talking with his friends. Ossar had a riddle but the eagle Kwami was too busy examining his friends. There was 2 times he thought he heard feet and hushed his friends to not get caught. One of the times, a small bag was tossed under the stairs. Beek hesitantly looked in the bag to find a snack for each of them. "Food!" he giggled as he pulled out a Cadbury creme egg to unwrap and devour. After eating, he pulled something else out of the bag; a miniature Clue game. "Want to play?" he asked, smiling. "I had Eddie buy it when I saw it at a local restaurant."

Poyzz did enjoy talking with the others, even if they didn't seem all that worried with this kind of coincidence. Though he was pretty sure that Ossar, at the very least, was concerned about them already knowing all their secret identities, Poyzz decided not to bring the issue back. It was pretty nice to just kick back and relax. Alex's worries seemed to have rubbed off of the hyperactive kwami. So much so that he wasn't bouncing around the place like he usually did.

Ossar finally gave off his riddle and Poyzz placed a hand on his chin and crossed his legs while floating on the air. He thought about it for a few seconds before shrugging, visibly giving up on trying to solve it. If it was out of boredom or out of his lack of knowledge, Poyzz kept that in the dark for the reason. "Still as good as I rememeber you to be!" He cheerily said with a thumbs up. "In fact, did your riddles get harder?" He questioned. Whether or not he was serious about the obsservation or if it was made in jest was up to them to figure out.

Multiple times, Beek told them to hide because the humans were running around. Of course, it was their school after all. He then drifted close to Beek as he yelled out that there was food and then pulled out this game that he saw some humans play back with his old master. "Don't think we really have any other things to do." He replied with a shrug. Though he seemed unenthusiastic, he was curious on how to play such a game. And for such a curious being such as himself, he couldn't help but be gravitated to learn and play it.

Waiting patiently for Poyzz to puzzle over his riddle Ossar slithered across to Beek where the miniature eagle had just finished eating his chocolate and was setting up a game board. It was still massive for the kwami, even in its miniaturized form. Pulling out the rule book the snake tilted his head from one side to the next pouring over the intricacies of the game. It was nice that they got the chance to relax and do something inconsequential for once. It was a pleasant breather from the constant action from before. Still, there remained an air of concern reside over the group. The looming problems they sought to ignore for even that short space of time hung over them like overripe fruit, just waiting to fall and make itself known. Ossar could almost taste it and the rest of their posse seemed aware as well. The usually cheerful and friendly Hoppi was quiet, the energetic Poyzz sat still, and Beek. Well Beek was being Beek.

When Poyzz gave up on the riddle Ossar looked a bit indignant. “Harder? Heavens no my friend, that was an easy one. I gave ye a bone due to our time apart, as I thought thou might hath become lenient in your capacity to resolve my more complex puzzles. I had close to a hundred years to devise them after all.” Closing his eyes Ossar attempted to think of a way he could give the ferret a hint, without giving the game away entirely. “What do liars’ hate, alongside those who seek to hide me? What do the wise seek, alongside justice and police? Come on now I rhyme with tooth, I am the…?”

Beak smiled as he looked at the snake. "I think I know it!" he giggled, beginning to sort the cards. Once the stacks were separated, he shuffled them and had each of the other three pick one each from the stacks. Once the cards were chosen, he slid them into an envelope before shuffling the stacks together and dealing the remaining cards between the four of then as evenly as he could. "I'll be the yellow one." he said, rolling a 3 on the die.

Bella cleaned lockers almost as if her life depended on it. She was mostly in charge of moving the large trash bin closer to the others so that it wouldn't be a hassle to get rid of trash. When she wasn't doing that, she was busying herself with getting rid of the gum that people oh so generously decided to leave on said lockers, while also attempting to ignore the lonely feeling in her gut with Hoppi not being with her. Fortunately, and before she even knew it, they were free to go home. The girl wasted no time skating down to where she left her Kwami, and upon spotting her as well as the three others, Bella slowed down and watched nervously. It looked like they were playing a game and while she didn't want to interrupt, she'd rather have Hoppi by her side.
"H-Hoppi..." She murmured faintly and thanks to the other's sharp hearing, was able to hear her. "Oh, over here! Over here!" She shouted excitedly as Bella complied, rushing into her hand once she was close enough. "The others are coming too right? I don't want to leave until everyone's with their partner."
"Y-Yeah, they'll be h-here in a bit..." Bella responded before giving each Kwami a weary glance.

"The truth, right?" Poyzz replied to Osaar though he didn't seem too sure. It looks like years of being contained in some jewelry with no one to talk about has dulled the ferret's mind. It's always happened. He then graviated over to Beek to watch him, though he doesn't seem very interested in it.

Alex soon came over after cleaning the lockers though she saw Bella sprinting to the stairs after they were dismissed. She gave the others a nod and giving Brian a quick dismissive wave so that he would go on ahead. He gave her a suspicious look before agreeing to leave first. She got another message from Jess about her being angry that Alex left without Brian again... which led Alex to wonder if Brian messaged Jess about it, or if Jess was waiting outside - and was absolutely serious about waiting for her earlier.

She shook her head and sighed, but she had a small smile on her face as she messaged Jess back. Once she was done with texting her, she slid her phone inside her jacket's pocket and then reached the staircase where the kwami were hanging around. Before she even reached the top of the steps, Poyzz had already zoomed forward and clung to her jacket. He grinned up at her. "Had fun?"

Poyzz sat down on her shoulder. "Yup!"

Alex nodded her head in approval and then turned to the others. "I'm going to head off now. Not sure what'll happen if I get home late after our last escapade." She told them but didn't disclose any more information about her past. Her gaze lingered on Bella for a second longer as if asking whether or not she wanted to come or not.

"Yes indeed friend Poyzz," the serpent hissed happily as he flipped open the rule book and began memorizing its contents. "Although there may be many secrets, fire, and liars; the truth shall always exist somewhere. Only its evidence might be smote from the world, and yet despite anyone's greatest efforts the truth lives on always. A fine game, shall I tell another, or would ye try and bamboozle the master?"

So continued their time together, conversing, playing their game, and occasionally supping on the food items Eddie had brought them. It was some time before the children returned to collect their kwami. Bella arrived first, staying on Hoppi's request until the others arrived. Ossar stared towards the young girl, noting the tremor in her voice, and the wary stance she held. Ossar had never considered himself an expert on human body language, but he understood enough to recognize the signs. Drifting through the stale stairwell air Ossar held Bella's eyes, a touch of concern in his reptilian voice. "Daughter, you are troubled." It was more of a statement then a question. "Ye need not be afraid, for we are not angered. A mistake is only that, a mistake, that from which we must learn." He regarded her for a moment more before Tonya came scurrying down the hall, stepping around Bella. In a flash he had slithered up her sleeve, emerging at the base of her neck beneath her hair where he liked to hide. Tonya shuddered, still having not grown use to the sensation of the tiny serpent slithering across her skin. "Farewell my friends." Ossar called, raising his voice so the other kwami could hear. "I look forward to the day we might meet again. The morrow perhaps?"

"Uh, yeah bye. See you guys later." Tonya coughed, lingering by Bella for a moment, wanting to ask about yesterday. She decided against it, instead jogging over to the main doors and waiting on the steps for Eddie to collect Beak.

Beek watched as the girls arrived to collect their Kwami. Eddie was the last to arrive, seeing Tonya about to head out. "Tonya wait for me, please." her called after her. He gave Bella a small pat on her back, "See you later." Beek was quick to fly into Eddie's hood once the teenager was close enough.

As he walked with Tonya, he kept glancing around, looking for something. "If you want, we could hero up and help random citizens."

-----

Meanwhile, Rouge-Bat strode into the Chinese restaurant he heard an argument coming from the kitchen of the tiny establishment. Sliding in the back, he sent out his bat to the older man. Despite the language barrier, he managed to portray his meaning to the man.

Bella's eyes lingered on the snake Kwami, the one that belonged to Tonya. It's not that she wanted to stare, but more like she was a bit nervous about breaking eye contact with him looking back at her so intently. Once the later spoke up, Bella nodded slightly, a relieved smile gracing her expression for a brief moment before the others came to retrieve their partners. She didn't say much as they did, only nodding quickly as a farewell, and smiling faintly when Eddie gave her a small pat on her back.

As she was about to take her leave seeing as everyone was ready to head back, Bella's eyes lingered on Alex's as her's did to her own. She wasn't quite sure what this meant, but before she could think any more on it, she was already skating towards the dark haired upperclassmen. From their last little drive back home, Bella knew that they lived in a similar direction, so walking how with Alex just made sense. Plus they were friends now!

Moving into step with Alex, Bella smiled happily as she looked up at the other.
"I-I'm glad...even though we did mess up...I'm glad we can be friends now..." She murmured before quickly looking down at her clasped hands in front of her. She was mostly quiet after speaking up, as her conversations skills were held captive by her nervous persona.

"Pass! I may know some things, but I'm not an expert at riddles!" Poyzz said cheerily. Being one of the kwamis who prefer scholastic masters instead of simply fighters (even if he had no choice in the matter), he was indeed well educated. Now if only he could use it in more mundane situations instead of it being useless knowledge thrown around as a sort of 'fun fact' to others. Truly, the ferret kwami could have done better in terms of what he reads and remembers.

Poyzz waved at the others. "See you guys when I see you!" He cheerily replied even though the others just seemed to go with their respective owners.

Alex was rather pleased to see that Bella had gotten the silent question, and accepted the walk home. She appreciated the familiar presence of someone else even if she didn't mind being alone. "Yeah." She replied. Neither of them seemed like the conversational bunch which left them at quite the pickle of simply being in silence, even thought Alex didn't mind as much. She had grown used to just listening while Jess blabbed on about the latest gossip, fashion trend or whatever else.

Poyzz squirmed out of her jacket, peering out from the collar of it. It wasn't too suspicious. "So, Bella, how did you come across Hoppi?" He decided to ask, placing his elbows on the collar of Alex's jacket.

Thinking over the proposition for a moment Tonya wondered whether it was wise or not. Her father was more than likely still frustrated with her, but she could always tell him they were kept late at detention. Besides, suiting up with just Eddie did have a particular appeal to it. Grinning mischievously she nodded, touching the necklace. “Yeah alright, let’s do it.”

Lee Fu-Yu wasn’t in the best of moods. His new busboys, who also happened to be his nephews were lazy and inconsiderate, spilling soups, and misunderstanding orders time and time again. Their rude comments drove several customers out, and their worst offense had been when he found them longing about in the pantry snacking instead of working. Mr. Lee, though he was short and ageing was still a force to be reckoned with and he waved his copper pans about, yelling fiercely at the young men cringing before him.

Now sweaty, and breathless Mr. Lee stepped out of the kitchen to get a breath of fresh air, still holding the copper pan. He was about to roll a calming cigarette when a tiny bat flew from the shadows, biting him on the arm. The small man froze, staring hard at the masked figure that strode out before him, explaining his proposition. His mind taken Lee spun his pan, the makeshift weapon infusing him with power as strength and life flowed through his limbs. Mountain Style Chinese armor clanked into place, a tall crimson plume adorning his helm. The pan glowed and Lee shrank until he was less than a foot tall, then it flashed again, and in an instant he stood nearly ten feet high, his arms and legs thick as tree trunks. Flashing a third and final time Lee shrank back into his normal size, nodding approvingly.

”Yes,” his voice that of an ancient warrior, deep and commanding. ”I shall strike them when they least expect it, confuse them as to my abilities and cut them off from their allies. But first I must learn, for I now only myself and not my enemy, and I must not underestimate them. To succeed in every battle I must know them as I know myself. Learn of their weaknesses, and use them to my advantage. For Supreme excellence is not fighting and conquering in every battle, but to gain victory without fighting. To overwhelm my enemy and crush them before a single blow is traded. That is the art of war. I, General Yu shall bring you their miraculous one and all, Rouge-Bat.” A moment later the newly titled General Yu was infused with light and he shrank smaller than the size of a pea, disappearing into the grass to search out his enemy, and watch, and learn.

Ella was in her room, studying to increase her English. She had helped a guy earlier who was struggling with some shopping. She couldn't talk to him that well but she tried to help. She had been there to pick up a few food items. She helped him out as he couldn't reach something so she went up on her toes to reach it. She then saw a small brown box on her table. That wasn't there before. Ella opened the box curiously and the first thing she saw was a grey thing flying out. "What are you" She looked confused.
"I am Molla your Kwami"
"What's a Kwami" She spoke. It was quite basic so she knew that.
"I grant superpowers to my holder, the one who wears the hairpin of the mouse"
"But why me" She looked confused having understood most of the sentence
"You were chosen, also I haven't asked your name yet"
"Ella, I'm Ella, and how, I didn't do anything amazing like the heroes around here" She was quite confused
"All heroes started like you finding their Kwami, Ella"
"How do I become a hero"
"Put the hairpin in and say 'Molla Tail Out' then to use your special skill say 'Molla, shrink down' and to transform back say 'Molla Tail in' and you need a hero name"
"Kleine Maus, tiny mouse in German, now Molla Tail Out" she transformed into Kleine Maus and used her ribbons to travel away from her home to try out everything
