anyway as for plotting...it would be cool if roderick had some ties to rowena's fam (her uncle is minister of merchant guild, they do a lot of smuggling)??? IG it would depend on the status of the Twilight Imposter. but they can either be tight, on neutral terms, or like, hating on each other LOL

and I feel like if Rowena doesn't already know his true identity, she'd figure it out soon enough just cuz of her gift. but I'm willing to work out a reason for why she doesn't #expose him

@buffykdh okay but like...Alexander would see him and immediately go "oh...now he's attractive" and want to canoodle with him. And honestly? Him being a criminal would make him want him just that much more. @ayzrules's Rowena and @Briza's Finnegan would probably tell him he has no taste, and Alexander's over here like "honestly they're right, but the 'good' ones are rarely ever as entertaining." Not that Alex likely stands any chance of getting Roderick, nor are they likely to even be a good match, but like...Alexander would definitely think him hot af.

Okay, so I did join the discord. Not sure how often I'll be on, as I'm notorious for forgetting to check it but I'm there. As Shy knows as there was a bit of confusion <3

@MorningStar1399 I'd hate to find out what Alexander would think if he knew Roderick doesn't lean that way lol And as for being told he has no taste by Rowena and/or Finnegan, that likely wouldn't bother him half as much as his parents would have hoped.

@buffykdh Oh, that's pretty much commonplace at this point. Alexander is perpetually finding himself attracted to either:
1. Total scumbags
2. Criminals of some kind
3. Heterosexuals
4. Any combination of the above elements.
Rarely does he actually find someone who's any good for him RIP
And Rowena and Finnegan would more likely comment on his bad taste for the 2nd and 3rd options being true in Roderick's case.

I just hope Roderick doesn't mind getting petnamed and flirted with complimented a lot, because Alexander will be doing all of it...and often.

@MorningStar1399 tbh, he'd probably find it both amusing and possibly a bit irritating. At least, if it keeps him from his usual exploits. And, we're glad it's noted that Roderick isn't a total scumbag. Lol

lol XD Alexander may have a Vincent though, but who knows how well that will work or if Alexander will even be forward enough (like he is with just about everyone else) because he doesn't want to screw up the whole pain reliever thing he's got with the man. Not to mention that since Vincent has seen his scars, he doubts the man will be at all interested in him.

Lol This just gets more amusing every moment.


Yeah...needless to say Alexander would probably throw himself at just about every man he finds attractive except for like...two. One he's been warned not to (but is going to end up kissing anyway) but the other he's almost afraid to because "I can only screw it up."

It's more like "you honestly think I'd leave someone in pain just because they're attracted to me and I am not attracted to them?" (although we know that Vincent is attracted to Alexander, this is more Alex's thought process)

@shylarah Oh I know that, but again: not me speaking. Alexander here's the insecure one. And he's not gonna change just because I know something he doesn't. I'm not gonna have him think/say something he wouldn't reasonably think/say.

hihi @shylarah and I have decided that time skip is happening this Saturday, time TBD because I'm going home and it may or may not be busy? But definitely this weekend!
