Mia took a few minutes to finally recognize Trevor, but, once she did, she said all the things he'd expected her to say, to which, he responded "No, no, but I sure wouldn't mind some help, I mean, we should stick together, at least, right?" she then asked where they both were, and Trevor, after looking around a bit, did his best impression of a shrug, and said "As far as I can guess, we're in an enchanted forest in a world based around a TV show I hate," while this was enough information for the likes of Trevor, it probably wasn't anywhere near enough info for a careful woman like Mia. Trevor would have said something else, probably some sort of joke at his own expense, but, he instead listened in on the horse's speech... his ears twitching, Trevor noticed something... he KIND OF knew what that horse was trying to say. As much as he didn't like that thought on its own, with what he knew about the avali (and the other races from starbound, modded or not), he knew that he could be a translator for the two parties. Last thing Trevor wanted was MORE horses, this time, horses that used to be cool space raptors. "Speaking of sticking together, Mia, would you mind being there to help me in case things get a little rough? I'm going to try to translate for the two groups," Trevor asked Mia with the kind of seriousness he usually brought to missions involving the artifact, or saving the world in some way.
Hoping Mia was by his side, Trevor walked up to the group, hoping not to scare either side, and thankfully, it didn't seem like they were fighting, yet. "Hello, you guys, I can see that you're having trouble talking to one another, I can kind of translate. While I don't know what language the raptors speak, I can speak a language that their own translators can pick up, however, miss fire horse, I only know a bit of your language," Trevor explained to the group while he looked between the two groups, making sure he said that first in English, and second, as best as he can in the horse's native tongue, using that mental link thing to help him out with this.
