@Mag Lev, here's most of my CS, minus the history which I'm currently working on. I'll also clean up the formatting :)
Also, @Eisenhorn & @IgaFlan, based on what I've read in your CS's, I'd be open to them being business acquaintances or whatever kind of relationship that would be mutually beneficial to the characters. Perhaps for Weiland, he has a contract with Lotus Corp as well as Delta Corp? (not sure if that would be a conflict of interest though...).
Character Name/Alias: Sam Hélios
Age: 29
Sex: Female
Race: Human
Profession: Executive Assistant at Lotus Corporation. (Unofficially acts as personal bodyguard to her father and select Lotus Corp Execs)
Appearance: At almost six feet, Sam’s long, lean frame stands taller than the average female, even to the point of intimidating her male colleagues. Her dark hair hangs about mid-back, but is kept fastened neatly in a bun or some intricate braid most of the time. Her choice in business attire accentuates her friendly and generally approachable personality, coupled with a tough-as-nails approach when working to further the Lotus Corporation’s business interests. The most striking features -or so she’d been told on many occasions- are her emerald eyes, which seem to give off an iridescence depending on the lighting. If she is ever seen without clothing -which aside from her primary medical doctors, few have- the most obvious focal point is a large mythical dragon of Chinese origins which has been systematically tattooed on her torso, starting up near her left shoulder and down across her chest, then wrapping around the middle of her back, and ending coiled around her right thigh. Both arms up to about where her shoulder starts are also covered in various glyphs of Chinese origin. The artwork itself was masterfully done by one of Shanghai’s top tattoo artists, and is the primary agent of creation when mustering her magical abilities to both ward off damage and attack.
Country of Origin: Born in Tokyo; family originally from Greece.
Personality: Sam is polite, courteous, and well spoken in her mannerisms, yet quite reserved when not being spoken to directly. Overall, she exudes confidence in her work life as well as personal, but rarely attempts to flaunt or boast, leaving the accolades for others to revel in. However, don’t ever mistaken her friendly disposition with weakness, as she will quickly remind you otherwise. Generally she has a good relationship (both business and casual) with many Lotus clientele all over the globe and while she may not be able to assist with their every request, she has the knowledge, contacts, and assets to requisite whatever is needed.
On the other hand however, she does have trust issues at times, especially with those she feels are not quite up front with her, and in the business world, that could be a very long list.
Relationships:
Possessions:
Chain link necklace with small pendant, which houses anl Ark Crystal fragment. An illusionary spell keeps the presence of the crystal relatively hidden from prying eyes, giving the appearance of a simple opalescent pearl.
Weapons:
Rarely does she carry anything more than a collapsible stun baton, the dragon tattoo on her body can also be summoned via telepathic ability to attack or act as a secondary offensive weapon, but must stay anchored to her body, which means melee range is about as far as it will go.
Augs:
Neural enhancements: Primarily designed to suppress the effects of mental and physical fatigue from magic use. However, the side-effect tends to be a suppression of emotions as well. Monthly medical checkups are required per Lotus Corporation.
Armor:
By way of telepathic ability, the artwork on her body can be altered to an degree that they protect her for short periods of time against physical and even magical damage. Over time, the properties of the ink breakdown and fade, and reapplication is needed where fading occurred.

Background Information
No one ever said that just because technology was evolving, life would be that much simpler. If anything, it’s become more complex, and the more we lean on magic and machines to run our daily lives, the less human we become.
Tokyo had been a place of dreams for the little girl who was born and raised for many years of her childhood in the bright lights and big sprawling city that never seemed to sleep. A girl who took after her more liberal-minded mother, and sought the artistic world. She imagined herself as perhaps a beautiful dancer like the many she witnessed on holovids and in person at performances her parents treated her to. If not a dancer, than a professional artist, painting wonderful portraits and landscapes for all to enjoy. Or music, yes! Music was the very soul of the city and its people, so why wouldn't a girl of ten years want to contribute to such joy? To truly enjoy and be passionate enough to delve into the arts, bringing fresh ideas, inspiration, and a slower pace to a place that seemed to always be in a hurry was something of wonderment.
But, “dreams” were just that, and as a mental illness struck her mother, closing her love and affection off from the rest of the family, Sam felt alone and lost. It was then that her father -a high powered Corporate Executive-, stepped in to fill that void, knowing that his daughter needed guidance. He deemed that her mind needed to steer away from fantasy and fairy tales, and take root in what really mattered: innovation and growth. Or, better read as: “Work for a large and successful technological corporation and you'll make something of your life”.
And so it was, that year after year, while private school and extracurricular activities were becoming increasingly more challenging and time consuming, the life of the “artist” was left slowly subsiding until the idea almost became a kind of fiction to the young mind. And it was less about creative pursuits and more about business acumen.
By late adolescence and now living with her father in Lotus City, Sam was already interning with Lotus Corp, working alongside and shadowing not only her father but several other leaders within the organization, listening, learning, and studying. Embedding herself in the business world helped as well, allowing her to really experience first-hand the fruits of one's labors, and that once resistant nature began to conform and love the corporate arena. She could really make a difference in a city that was still going through so many changes.
A turning point in her life changed not only her physiological makeup, but her whole outlook on the future. One evening as she was leaving the office, Sam was confronted by one of the chairmen, an older man with many tattoos, who quite fancied her and saw the young girl’s occasional flirtatious gestures as some “sign” that he could simply waltz into her life quite forcefully. Next thing she knew, she was locked in the man's dimly lit office and essentially threatened unless she would submit to his every dark desire. Needless to say, that didn't go over too well with the eighteen year old, and as he attempted to lay hands on her, a mixture of fear and rage welled up enough to cause something extraordinary to manifest: Magic.
In her mind, the girl could see a dark, slithering serpent-like creature and the more she focused on its presence, the more she realised it was no dream. The dragon reared its head from the man's chest, and next thing anyone knew, coiled it's long body around his neck, putting enough pressure to suffocate and crush the windpipe before disappearing into a wisp of particles. And, as the man's lifeless body dropped to the floor, Sam stood unmoving and unsure of what just transpired, but also knew she couldn't stay. So she ran.
An emotional wreck at this point, she made it home only to fall into the loving arms of her father, who she eventually told, and while the story seemed like something out of fiction, he knew his little girl was different. Magic certainly wasn't uncommon, and he figured that -because his wife had some semblance of magical gifts- that their offspring at least had a chance. It was no curse, but a blessing indeed, and one he hoped Samantha would cultivate and expand on, perhaps to better things for the future. Of course, before anything could move forward, the crime scene and body had to disappear, but there were enough “fixers” on the company's payroll to make it happen quickly and efficiently.
Scientists in Shanghai were interested in the young girl’s abilities and so, with her father’s approval, they began tests and research, only to find out that through a telepathic link, she is able to manipulate the properties of ink, specifically focused on those used in body art. Furthermore, they discovered that the inks themselves could be altered to harden on the skin, making a temporary “barrier” of protection against physical and -to an extent- magical attacks. These “Wards” -as they were later referred to- would later become quite essential to her everyday life, allowing her to feel more secure as she learned to harness and control her newfound gift in a safe environment. And not wanting her daughter to ever fall victim again to an assault like she experienced previously, her father recommended that she take up self-defense courses while in Shanghai, working closely with an instructor who could not only teach her traditional martial arts, but one who understood how to incorporate her magical abilities into the art. Lucky for her, she was given a chance to actually become a human canvas, as one of Shanghai’s leading tattoo artist was commissioned to cover a majority of her body in artwork that would both represent Sam’s personality as well as being a practical application for her Creation Magic.
Years had passed, and Samantha found herself back in Lotus City now working as an Executive Assistant and helping to further the interests of Lotus Corporation and its future successes. In addition, with her combat training and magical abilities under complete control and proving to be a capable and trustworthy asset, she has more recently become of a “bodyguard” to her father and several high-ranking Executives within the company as death threats and the like have surfaced. Aside from company business, she also tries to make the time for personal art projects, as her creative aspiration have once again gained a momentum, especially considering where her magical abilities reside...
