I have a loose idea and basic plot for a story;
You play a hero - band of heroes - pet, and attempt to delve to the bottom of a giant dungeon ran by
a little goblin mastermind for a television show.

Heroes could be of any race, that could function within dungeon, pets would work similarly.
Basic classes would be supplied; ie. Fighter, Mage, Cleric, etc.

The entire premise of the game would be to reach floor 100, for a wish granted as a reward for keeping the goblin entertained (and making him fabulously wealthy/famous).

It was right along the outskirts of Dunmoore, capital of the mountain dwarves, where Casino Dungeon appeared.
Magical, instantly it was there; decorated in large black and white dice and large suits of armor wielding spade-shaped halberds.
Spotlights shined across the skies; coating the stars with light pollution the likes of the mountains had never seen.

Upon the discovery of Casino Dungeon the population of dwarves and the like approached angrily but cautiously. A voice, piercing and shrill.

"Come one and all to a heathen's wonderland! Casino Dungeon is open and ready for business!"

The owner of the voice remained unseen however. The voice boomed from speakers built not only into the entrance but it echoed much further than that.

Hidden speakers found in trees, homes, even nations away. The voice screeched the seemingly cryptic message. As time went on the casino was seen as a tourist attraction and great business partner with Dunmoore.
Casino Dungeon had earned its place, it was a haven of sin and merriment.

More and more the people discovered the secrets of the establishment and then, two years after its spontaneous birth a new message:

"If you had one wish. What would it be? Wealth? Happiness? Peace among broken lands?"

Later that same day the Dwarvish capital was overthrown by the armies of the voice; all dawning the same armor and weapons as the suits decorating the casino. His face broadcasting to all radios and televisions across the lands. His words immortalized through technology and the history books.

"One wish remains, I've used my two as you can see. I offer the third wish granted to me to whoever can brave the trial of my dungeon. Only at Dungeon Casino, right off of where Dunmoore used to be. Can't miss it."

Many from all races and walks of life ventured out to Ferrey, the newly named capital of goblins. The city became a tourist trap, losing all of the Dwarvish culture it has been famous for, Ferrey replaced it with a never-ending party.
Brave adventurers faced the trials of the dungeon, alas none have yet to succeed. Notably, due to the entire dungeon being displayed to all televisions during airing times, the dungeon led to the creation of Dungeon Race, the trendiest television game-show ever.
