Explaining Josuke and Giorno to my sister, who doesn't watch Jojo, was a heckin' trial. Like, this high schooler is the uncle of this adult marine biologist because Joseph made the family tree kind of weird but DIO made it even weirder because that's technically Jonathan's sperm. That's what you get for asking smh 🤔

And I've had Sono Chi No Sadame stuck in my head for three days now. After getting super into Berserk, Yakuza, and now this, I feel like a weeb.

It is a fact I too have no idea what was just said.

Jesting aside, it is a fact that I am exceptionally detail oriented and become lost to the fine tuning and mechanics of something. While a perfectionist aware perfection is unattainable, I consistently strive to involve myself in the best I can do. This, as one can gather just in passing alone, creates a circumstance where this great cat becomes attentive to things, fixated upon them, where not needed. I spend more time polishing and refining anything I do, more than I would ever need, and far beyond any expectations of others. I bring down upon myself this sense of anxiety in doing the best I can when, much to my chagrin, others skate by with not even half the time or effort involved.

I find myself in a sadistic mood a surprising amount of the time from all the cards against humanity I play and all the Deadpool I watch... speaking of Deadpool in DP 2 he brought up a good point all family movies start with murder.

I'm more terrified of jumping off something that's 15-20 ft high than going skydiving.

You and I both, as I am hesitant to leap from something I am uncertain to with the height versus a situation where I know I have ample time to contend with the fall itself.

I have climbed a 150' - 200' wall with climbing gear. I rappelled that same distance. One time I traveled through the air about 100' below a helicopter while in flight. The damn thing dunked me and three friends into the Chattahoochee River in the process. I've also flown on 16 helicopters, on the inside of the aircraft this time. Most of the time the doors were open and my head was forced toward the outside of the aircraft. Only once were the doors closed; winter time.

The only time I've been on a helicopter was from a ship somewhere in the Arabian Sea.

Despite being a native Minnesotan, I've never had Caribou Coffee until now. For reference, that would be the equivalent of a Washingtonian never having Starbucks.

I feel I have an unusual reaction to incorrect information, such as during a presentation when I am often reviewing or rating another party. When I hear the speaker informing the audience make a factual error, I experience a sort of repulsion to the circumstance that is immediate and compelling, somewhere between a physical and psychic "pain". It is unpleasant, hardly harmful, but enormously distracting at the same time. The sensation can ruin the entirety of the ordeal and noticeably skews my audit of them. To date, I have met no one who has had this kind of experience and it does not arise in matters of debate; it seems intrinsically linked to objective facts and the speaker presenting wrong information, being more noticeable if the speaker is unaware of their error.

I've always been a pro-active problem solver. There's never once been a time I used excuses to stop myself from doing something important that I could do. Helk, I achieved my only real goals in life pretty early on. And still have been recently changing what I can for the better, while having very few doubts in life...I'm sure I should be proud of myself for that.

So it feels like an odd fact to say that life for me is at a very strange impasse that I cannot really do much about basically everything, and I'm not even entirely really positive how much really needs to change. I suppose there's certainly worse states of mind to be in.

I tend to use androids from DBH as an almost metaphor for people being different in the real world.... I don't know why but I do.

I'm disappointed of where I'm at in life. I have a master's degree and experience (slightly related to my degree), plus I qualify for certain applicant preference but I'm currently working at an entry level job where someone with a year of general office experience and straight out of high school can get. The people I work with are amazing and the position itself is unique and relatively new, but I can't help but feel ashamed when I compare myself to my successful friends.

If ever offered the choice, I would chose fresh fruit over sweets/candy.

Contrarily, if offered the choice, I prefer meats to sweets and fruit alike; I have no palate for either of them. If faced with the choice of only selecting from those two, I would rather choose to not eat, even if that meant fasting for an extended period. There is just something about the texture and content of the latter I cannot contend with and the pure, unchecked negatives of the former that I would rather find myself awaiting or seeking out actual food.

Totally get it. I've pretty much gone through that whole emotional roller coaster and sometimes still do, but being in my (almost) mid thirties and having little ones running about, I've begun to release a lot of my own dreams and aspirations to help fulfill theirs.

Yeah, I can imagine how having kids changes a lot. I'm almost up there in age but I keep telling myself I'll have kids after I have my stuff figured out, more so for their sake.
