Biography:

Nidgardt was born from the union of a dragon and a demoness, his father sought powerful offspring and thus experimented with a co-worker.

Despite his nature, Nidgardt is not ashamed of his heritage, nor does he flaunt or act with a high and mighty attitude because of it. He accepted early on what he was, but decided to not let his half-breed status stop him from having a life normal to that of humans and others. His father had much expectations of him however, his mother was never in the picture or offered him anything. She was to Nidgardt 'just the woman who gave birth to me'. He was trained from an early age to make use of his strange racial powers, some whom not even his father could have predicted would fall into his hands.

Whilst he would never be able to turn into a true dragon like his father, he possessed draconic wings, claws and a single horn at the right side of his head, whereof the horn had been due to his draconic or demonic side is unknown.

Nidgardt's skin is naturally resistant to many forms of injuries, mainly slashing kinds. His bloodline also gives him resistance towards fire and demonic energy, but at the same time weakness towards holy magic and magic specialized for fighting with dragons. He also is more vulnerable to piercing attacks than any other. While he may not suffer the full effects a pureblood would, it is still enough to be felt would he be hit by either.

Amongst the abilites that was granted to him early on due to his nature, such as winged flight, immense strength and durability, the ability to use flame breath, he also were granted a number of demonic powers at his disposal which he has inherited from his mother. His skills with them has made him a very variable combatant, even if his main strength lies in fighting opponents up close using his oversized demonic left arm or his demonic sword in his right hand.

When spoken to he is generally quite laid back and not very judgemental on first glance, he has come to understand people need time to accept oneanother, same goes for respect to which he thinks is important. Thus if engaged or challenged, he will gladly oblige and fight. Would he win or lose, he still think that it would have had it's purpose of gaining mutual respect for oneanother.

In the school, Nidgardt is working hard to gather a strong team in order to take on the Rhean schools in privately funded tournaments. At such he is interested in both bettering himself, but also his companions. He believes that teamwork is the key to everything, since he is a halfbreed he believes that mixing tactics and people in one same group is a good idea to achieve a variety of skills and ideas. He may upon first glance look quite intimidating, due to his oversized arm and claw, aswell as those large draconic wings on his back. Not to mention his attire, with him wearing a black visor almost all the time.

The best of two worlds, Nidgardt has been granted many gifts from his mixed heritage. Such as draconic wings usable for flight or attacking with, an oversized clawed left arm, a oddly shaped horn upon his head and the ability to spew fire in a cone shape. He is also resistant to physical damage, fire, demonic powers, mental control and has immense physical strength.

But all these gifts also come with it's flaws, his dualblooded nature means he has a weakness to holy magic and weapons, aswell as anything regarding causing harm to dragons do affect him aswell. Not to the full degree it would to a pureblood, but good enough to cause alot of damage. His body is also weak towards physical piercing attacks, as they pierce the near invisible to the eye scales which decorate his body.

1: Energy absorption: Nidgardt may create a small shield of dark energy to absorb magical attacks, such as projectiles, beams and anything which comes into contact with his hands/claws. Holy magic bypasses this, and so does physical projectiles, physical weapons and matter which are non-magical in nature or from a non-energy source.

2: Balor blade: This is a magical dark-purple blade which manifests in his right hand, it assumes solid form and may be used as a viable melee weapon for stabbing and slicing attacks, it can also hurl wave-like projectiles towards opponents, in both vertical and horizontal manners. He uses this as one of his main weapons and usually in conjunction with his oversized left arm and claw.

3: Demonheart: Nidgardt can attune himself more to his demonic side, creating a massive explosion from himself, sending whomever standing near him back in a violent fashion. Unless ofcourse they are too heavy, or if warded by some form of shield or barrier and capable of keeping their footing. The knockback effect is however not the main part of this power, it is that it empowers his strength and overall energy output, making his balor blade bigger, aswell as the projectiles used by it. His energy absorbtion also instead envelops him in a bubble, but he needs to lower it before being able to use his own magic.

Biography:
“Hee hee, you sure ask a lot of questions for one young little boy. That's not good for your health, you know~”

She was born as the sole heiress of the esteemed Rheumann family. Her mother died giving birth to her while her father died in a plane accident just when she was five years old. The deaths didn't stop there however. One by one all the other members of the Rheumann family died, either with a mysterious illness or a freak accident. It didn't take long until she was dubbed as the “Child of Misfortune” by the maids and butlers of the family. Frightened by the evil curse they saw hanging over her, they all left one by one, leaving the once beautiful mansion into the grim and desolate place it was now. Only the chief butler stayed loyal to her.

As she grew up, she slowly realized what kind of power she possessed. But instead of scorning or running away from it, she embraced it. She accepted the fact that she was destined to be the witch of misfortune, leading to her twisted personality now.

She went to Zarkov just because she thought it would amuse her. And it indeed did, as her favorite pastime was giving out curses to the other students and saw how they would react. This naturally made her be feared by the rest of the academy, leading to her not having any friends.

But it's better this way. You wouldn't want to be infected by the witch's curse now, would you?

She always brought Tiana, her black cat, with her. She usually perched herself on her master's shoulders.

Powers:
Core power:
Inflicting curses. Simple ones like making you trip once could be done by a simple touch.But stronger ones required her to obtain a drop of your blood, usually done by having her cat scratch you, and then using it as ink to write your name in her grimoire (which is actually just a normal book) that she always had in hand.

Auxiliary powers:
She could inflict a curse on herself as a buff with a price. Like having her have bad luck for the rest of the day in exchange for an increase in physical strength. She could also use the same technique to allies though naturally, they each had to pay on their own.

She could inflict a curse on an inanimate object. All her belongings were cursed so that anyone who stole them would suffer terrible things happening to them. This stopped the bullying she got right away.

Her cat was also cursed by her to be her loyal servant. It was far stronger than your ordinary cat as a result. Not to mention, its life was now intertwined with her master. As long as her master lived, she would live. But the moment she died, it would die as well.

Relationships:
She liked having one boy and one girl chasing and worshipping after her. She had put the curse of love to them. She would change her victims periodically however, usually when she got bored with them.

Her current male victim is Charles, a freshman.

Biography:
Twins born with powerful blessings from twin gods: Mundas and Celestial. Uniquely, their powers could combine to a degree to be even stronger... but their parents were foolish. At the age of 10, they were cursed by a witch after their parents reneged on a bad deal. The twins were fused together, a large portion of Kato's powers being sealed inside of Kakra... and Kakra was sealed within Kato. Only when on death's door may Kato free Kakra, but if she stays out for too long, the imbalanced powers will caused her to go into meltdown.

Therefore, she must use her powers to heal Kato before it's too late, but in doing so seals herself away.

It's an extremely uncomfortable existence for both of them, as Kakra was always the more dominant personality -- to say nothing of the requirements of Kakra gaining even temporary freedom.

Kato spends much of his time quietly reading, usually occult books trying to find a cure for their situation. Various power users have tried to help them over the years, but so far no one has had a powerful enough ability to counteract the curse.

Suffice it to say, they're also not on good terms with their parents.

Powers:
Core: Sun/Moon Flower
Kakra gains significant power in broad daylight, and vice-verse for Kato at night, and more so under the moon. This manifests as a shimmering field around their bodies that protects them and makes them physically more adept, but if the field is damaged they lose all their strength until they recharge for a short time. While normally their power would be limited only by the length of day and night, due to the curse, even under the moon Kato is weaker than Kakra would be even on a cloudy day, though still slightly stronger than an average person, while Kakra is limited by the impending threat of a meltdown.

First: Overgrow/Shroud
Kakra overcharges herself, gaining absurd healing and increasing strength overtime. She can shed this energy and gift it to others, healing them and reinforcing them, but loses the effect on herself. / Kato creates a null-zone that blocks light and saps the strength of those inside, giving it to himself.

Second: Starburst/Bloom
Kakra creates a small star that grows, becoming blindingly bright and then exploding after a few minutes. This feeds back into Overgrow. She can direct it like a missile when it's ready to burst, or just set it off early. / Kato summons a ring of eight moonflowers, creating a safe zone for all those inside it. Only people he welcomes in can enter it. The flowers slowly shut one per minute until the circle fails. The barrier can be overwhelmed, and weakens slightly as each flower shuts. Is nearly impregnable at full power, however.

Third: Mixer/Eclipse
Kakra can possess Kato to speak for him, but to take control Kato must be effectively dead. When she takes control, she will go into meltdown after about fifteen minutes, but can use altered versions Kato's powers while she is in full control.
Enshroud = Celestial Cloak: She enshrouds another in sunny energy, effectively granting them a reduced but still quite powerful form of Overgrow. She also gains a small portion of the solar energy that person absorbs, further increasing her own growth.
Bloom = Sun Blossoms: She summons a sunflower where she touches. It blooms over the course of a minute and then releasing a fully charged Starburst. She can plant them one at a time, up to only four, and in fairly quick succession.

Eclipse: Kakra can create a singularity that adsorbs sunlight and projects a dark space for Kato. Similarly, Kato can absorb moonlight and then release an orb that acts like a small sun for a short time. This was a much stronger ability when both were free to move at the same time, obviously...

The child of General Sergei "Train Puller" Zhukov, Alexei was drilled from a young age by his father to be the model of a Yekataria soldier. Alexei always wanted to live up to the mans expectations, and so was ecstatic when he was accepted into Military academy. Unfortunately while many cadets wash out of the academy on the basis that they could not use their ability effectively Alexei was the first who would have passed if he had stopped using it. In many ways he was a model student: punctual, polite, obedient. Always had his affairs in order, aced all the fitness requirements, always striving to go above and beyond what was expected of him.

If only he would stop with the damn Wild Magic.

Maybe it was a way to show some individuality, or the strange and varied effects were to tempting for someone who had lived life so rigidly, or maybe it was just a desperate determination to show that such powers could be useful. Whatever the reason he never missed an opportunity to throw around his wild magic and it would inevitable go wrong, such as giving himself an unquenchable craving for seawater or causing rain to rise from the ground into the sky for an afternoon. The last straw was opening a gate to the Elemental Plane of Fire while making camp and causing an all night battle with a an endless stream of fire elementals. After that he was unceremoniously booted from the program for disregarding orders and being a "disruptive element."

There arn't many people for whom Zarkov is the second choice, but he needed it. If any school could teach him even vague control of this unruly ability it was the Tsar's own.

Core Power: Wild Magic

Whenever Alexei uses his power roll 1d10000 and consult this list. The rolled effect happens. If the duration of the effect is not specified assume it eventually wears off unless the players of those affected wish it to be permanent. Effects that do not fit the setting (anything to do with gold and platinum, for example) are open to interpretation. No effect is instantly fatal unless stated otherwise. Particularly ruinous effects are subject to divine intervention.
