It was a good little slice of life, and doing those occassionally to help reinforce tone and setting would be cool, but I am not sure how much I would clutter the post order with them if I were in your shoes.

I will have free time this coming weekend, but by all means, I don't want to hold you guys longer than it should.

I don't mind having Maria being introduced late, especially given the fact that I wrote that she has gone rogue in her CS :)

Rhayven's been in service to the crown for 15 years, much of that time he has made his home in south haven, not noticing the prince might be the princes preference, but it also doesnt make explicit sense for Rhayven, unless the prince has made a concerted effort to disguise himself.

True, though Rhayven was subtle only pointing it out to his companion, and not blurting it out to the whole room. Besides it is a reasonable way to measure the seriousness of the proceedings if a member of the royal family is present, and looking like someone kicked their puppy.

I, thankfully, already have a post mostly written. A winter storm cancelled school in the area so I don't have to go to work \o/
